The final bell rung and the classroom halls were storming with children of many different sizes. Large kids, small kids, punked out wild kids and silent yet deadly ones. Being they of different attributes they all loved the same thing. The sound of the last bell ringing. They rushed out the school buildings, destroying and breaking down anything that dared stand in their way from where they were to the bright glowing doors.
Behind them all stood the lonely, quiet boy. Astral Phoenix. He emerged from the rushing children, unharmed amazingly. He adjusted his sunglasses with his index finger and held his backpack strap over his shoulder with his left hand. He slowly walked out of the school building with children everywhere running about. The enevitible fights broke out. Astral simply looked on near the edge of the buildings.
After the students either beat each other senseless or was broken up by some outside force Astral lost interest and started heading out toward the city. He hadn't quite been deturned yet and he didn't feel like heading home. So instead he decided to head out and look around the city he had been so use to. The passing people often filled the day with entertainment.
As he walked along the city streets he enjoyed ripping apart his life within the school walls and the one without. The city wasn't as bad as the schools within them. It was rather intense to see things in the school. It was amazing to see anyone make it out of those schools. Then again Astral shared no mind the the subject. He simply walked along without wandering too hard on it. Then again trying to get Astral not to think about something was a difficult task.
After a few dozen minutes he finally stopped at a large fountain near the center of town. It was a beautiful marble statue that was the resemblence of angels. Unfortunately the beauty of the god like creatures were sprayed with spray paint and scarred with various objects from thugs and punks around town.
Tis a sad fate for the angels, to look down below and watch how their praise has become this.
Astral simply sat down near the fountain edge and rested his head upon one of his palms. He continued to watch people pass and live their lives.
