"That is good, uncle. I do miss them. I'm sure that Kaori is all grown up now." He said with a very sad tone, as if he could never see them agian.
"I wish I could go see them." He got quiet for a while and just walked over to the bar and bought a Scotch from the barkeep. Then sat back down in the booth drinking it abnormally quietly.
"Sider, I....I-I can't tell you. I'm sorry."

OOC: yeah no he is still completly wasted, but he has moved from stupid to depressed. And he is probably about 3 drinks from spilling his guts about what you and I talked about.
He would sit in silence. After several minutes he would speak only one word.

He sat stoic, not even flinching at the bottle being taken. Almost letting slip something he couldn't control.
"I got a letter from my...Malakai today......He wants me in Bakersfield."
He said, now explaining why he came in to drink, and not letting slip the words that might open a Pandora's box with Sider
