((OOC: Continued from here ))
Delilah sat at her desk in the dark, staring vacantly at the wall across from her, turning her thoughts over in her mind. Part of her felt bad for what had just transpired--it was the first time someone was actively banned from the Crow's lands, and it was her that performed the ousting. It...had been easy and a hard decision all at once. She wanted to believe in the good of everyone she met. She could see it in Sidervib as well; she had helped him, trained him to a certain extent. He had potential...
It was too bad he couldn't see beyond his own desires and wants. No regard for the feelings of others, hence the insults, hence his refusal to leave her office (I told him TWICE). If he wanted to become a Crow, there would need to be consequences for his actions. Which reminded her...
Delilah stared down at the paper in front of her, one of many letters she was writing to the leaders of the gangs thus far who had been affronted by Sidervib Warhazzard. One for Mathew, Leon (in braile), David and Kiyr (even though it had been Mathew and Kiyr who were affronted, the other leaders deserved to know). Mathew's she would deliver in person. One for each high tier God. One for Zack Asiv and Marcus (as an option). Kazuya as well, seemed he had a right to know. A few extras. Just in case.
With a sigh, she put the pen to the paper again and began writing out the next letter. Once she was through, she would fold them neatly, place them into envelopes and have them sealed with the black and red wax seal of the Crow's feather. They would be sent to the respective people the next morning save for Mathew's. She would deliver that one herself.
The letter would follow thusly, addressed appropriately to the person and title they were associated with:

While I hope this letter finds you well, I must admit the purpose of it is less conversational and more serious. Sincere apologies.
Recently, a young man we all know rather well by this point named Sidervib Warhazzard has come to my territory in the interest of becoming a Crow. After interviewing him with several discerning questions, I determined that he was unfit to be a part of our organization. Not only does he claim not to fear Barker, but he attempted to 'correct' my words and reasoning for barring him from joining. After being told twice to leave my presence, which he refused to do, I forcibly removed him myself. If he steps foot into Crow territory from this day forward, he will be shot at with arrows. That is how deeply I feel about his actions, not only towards myself, but to you as well.
His only means of redemption now lies with you.
In order for him to regain the RIGHT to enter our land, he will need to first and foremost apologize to you, personally. For as many reasons as you can think of, in whatever manner you see fit. He sees no need to have consequences for his actions, so he must be forced to confront them. Only after I have received a return report (of any kind, verbal, written, the boy strung up by his toes on a street lamp) that is glowing with your approval, will he be allowed to enter as a citizen once more.
If you do not wish to send in a reccommendation...well. That would speak for itself.
As an allied force, we must show those who would wheedle their way into our ranks that this is not and will never be accepted. If you would wish more detail from me on the meeting itself, you have but to ask. As always, I am at your service.
Thank you for reading.
Sincerely yours,
Delilah A. Black, First Crow, Sniper of Militia, Domestic officer, Valkyrie
