This blade is a tempered mix of wood and steel forged in the Sky at subfreezing temperatures, using high velocity wind and compression techniques. It's blade is sharp as ice, and is in the shape of a standard Katana.

I'll assume this will all go through, and apply the stat benefits, as it takes a loong time to approve these things.
