"Amos' "God Save the Queen" Overcoat"

Worn on the torso, this overcoat is extremely durable and fashionable all at the same time. Its thick woven fibers are said to increase in durability based on the capability of its wearer. Although it looks normal enough, it also seems to have a layer of kevlar or some other material sewn into the inside of the fabric. As such, it slows down the wearer somewhat, but gives good protection to the body.
Effect: When worn not only is bullet damage completely reduced, sometimes a hit is not felt. (Bulletproof/Ignore one blow to the upper body only)
