Delilah strode calmly over the borders of Dragon territory, intent on meeting with Mathew. This day was designated for Dragons and that was how she would spend her time. Though how was yet t be fully determined.
She was dressed casually enough; her usual tank-top, cargo pants, combat boots and array of knives were strapped about her person. For now, Delilah would just continue to smile an wander the territory, somewhat aimlessly, trying to get a good idea of ow the citizens were faring.
She was mostly certain he would find her, if he was in the mood for company.

And find her he did! Word spread of yet another visit from the Crow diplomat through their lands, and as welcome as she was thanks to her bandanna. But that didn't mean she was not watched. Just as Mathew would fully expect to be watched if and when he made the trek to their lands. Sliding two fingers in to his mouth he let out a sharp whistle from behind. That should get her attention.
"It looks to me like the Crow has gotten lost somewhere on the way to it's nest."
He cracked his knuckles.
"We don't take kindly to your kind around here." He said with a dead serious tone. Holding a stone serious face for a slow count of five before cracking a grin.

Delilah turned at the sharp sound of the whistle, grinning at the sight of Mathew...being menacing. She fully rotated her body to face him, hooking her thumbs into her pockets as she looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
"It looks to me like the Crow has gotten lost somewhere on the way to it's nest. We don't take kindly to your kind around here."
"Well, maybe I don't take kindly to YOUR FACE."
She tried to keep her face as aloofly calm as his was before she lost her composure a split second before he did, shoulders shaking with silent laughter.
"I don't suppose you actually mean to hurt me with those, do you?" she indicated his hands with a nod..and a wink, clearly obvious she was joking.
Because this was Mathew fucking Amtrum and he was waaaay stronger than her....and she knew it all to well. But, oh, sometimes the attitude just slipped out of her mouth before she had a chance to curb it.

"Well that would depend on why you are here and how you behave."
That one wasn't a joke. Obviously if she was there to cause trouble then she found trouble. Though with the way talks and everything have been moving the last few months that possibility didn't seem likely. But he wouldn't rule it out. Peace might be on the horizon but there was still a river of bad blood for some people to cross. Mathew being one such person.
"If you are looking for Blaze I'm not sure where he is at the moment. Off doing his own thing I assume."
He didn't much care either. All three elders had their own things they handled outside of the Dragons. That was his business. He did assume she was here for David though. It was not the symbol of the Earth Dragon on her bandanna after all.

"Actually, I'm here to see you, this time,"
She took a few casual steps forward, still facing him. Still smiling, still ready.
"I've been looking for a bit more training, and it's been a while since we last fought. If you would oblige me, I would appreciate it greatly,"

"Trying to get a leg up on the other Crows before we merge forces?"
He asked with a raise of his left eyebrow. They had sparred before, but it sounded like she was asking for actual training. And she came to him for that. He figured that would be the kind of thing she would have gone to David Blaze for, not him. It was kind of interesting.

She shrugged, chuckling.
"Yes and no. I've had a few fights with David and I got a fruit from Leon some time ago. I like keeping myself on my toes...and I think I've kicked my team's ass enough this week," she grinned.
Besides, getting her own ass kicked from time to time reminded her to be humble in her interactions with others.
"So, what do you think?"

"Hmmmm."
He thought about it. So she did fight with David. And Leon gave her a gamble fruit. That was interesting. He remembered her team, nothing that was terribly impressive. But it was possible that they improved since then.
"What do I get out of this?"

She blinked.
"You...get to beat me up?"
That was a good reason for her! She brought a restless hand to the back of her head giving it a light rub, looking at him a little suspiciously.
"Unless you had something specific in mind?"

"Well I suppose a bet is out of the question since we both know how it's going to end."
With her face down in the ground and him standing over her smugly. Which would be fun.
"Whatever. Drop your knives and let's do this. I got some time to kill anyways."

Nodding, she slipped the knives out of the loops in her belt and laid them lightly on the ground. She nodded at him as she straightened, "And what about you, Mr. Terramancer and your monochromatic coat? Are we taking away your teeth as well as mine?"
Just in case, Delilah readied herself while still remaining in a neutral posture.

He snorted.
"First off. You don't want me to take off the coat. Wearing this while fighting you is more for your protection than mine. Secondly, I'm not armed with teeth. But if you want your knives back..."
He would slam his right foot in to the ground and a razor sharp sword made of stone would rise out of the ground.

She laughed, holding up her hands in surrender to his words. "Point taken, point taken. I wouldn't draw a knife on you anyway. You'd probably break them on that stone armour of yours." she made a face.
Still standing at the ready, smiling like a fool because fighting was fun.
"Ready when you are."

"Probably."
He said simply as he started to walk toward her, closing the distance as she finished talking. To show he was ready he would turn the walk in to a quick sprint, before diving forward. His body tucking in to a roll and pressing his hands in to the stone to lift his body up propelling his legs up toward Delilah's chin for a donkey kick. Following that up he would twist his body as it began it's decent back down, swinging himself around for a powerful sweep.

She watched him walk...and then run at her. Her eyes had just enough time to widen as he rolled, the earth shifted, and he kicked her in the jaw.
But it didn't hurt.
She laughed, clearing his legs from his sweep and dropping down, attempting to drop a knee on the back of his to over extend and pin the joint. Her hands would lash out here, aiming to grab and shred his leg with her fingers. She would push up from her crouch, aiming a solid shove kick for his face as he completed his turn, facing her.
Since when did he get so flippy and stuff?
