Men would arrive at both Mathews and Leon's location. They would have a simple message.
"The Storm Dragon requests your attendance for a meeting in the War Room in Dragon Central."
Then he would wait for dismissal.

Leon would get the message in the top portion of the Lightning Tower waving away the messenger before standing from the throne.
"Yun, you will stay as acting leader of the tower."
Yun would bow his head and stand next to the throne, Leon would make his way to Dragon Central.

Mathew when he got the message was starting construction on some towers made of stone around the boarders of their lands. He figured watch towers would be nice, and if they got wood up there for a huge fire they could signal if attacks came.
Taking a look at the tower to make sure it was stable for the time being he would take off for the meeting as well. Hands shoved in pockets and a small tune being whistled.

He nodded at Leon as he entered, waiting for a few minutes more until Amtrum walked in, to whom he nodded as well. Once the door closed, they would notice the place rather empty- no troops, no maps or documents. It was clean. He put his hands behind his back as they both sat.
"Thanks to both of you for coming. One of the first times the three of us get together and the news isn't the best." He sighed.
"So I asked you both here to tenure my indefinite leave of abscence. I've recently discovered some vital information regarding what little family I have left, and as Both of you have been taking on more duties recently, I felt this was as good a time as any. I know matt had his wife and the birth to look after, which was why he was off the grid for a time, and Leon you have been dealing with your loss of sight- but now that everything has reached a balance between you, I hope this leave won't disrupt too much."
He pointed to a cabinet in the corner.
"In there is all the maps, documents, etcetera that were in this room. You may continue to use this place, if you like, though you both seem to have your areas of war. My leave may only be a few months- or permanent. So from here on i'll be relinquishing all powers as a leader of this group until such a time when things are different. Did you guys have any questions?"

"Request denied."
He said as David pointed to his cabinet with maps and charts and the like. A firm shake of his head as he spoke. He didn't know what Leon would say or how he felt since this could be an honor case. But Mathew felt very strongly about this because it was obviously a loyalty thing, which was important to him. One could just ask Kiyr to testify to that.
"I still think you are a stubborn prick David. But you are also family. I don't know what's up with your blood and I don't really care to be honest. But I know if something happened to Bastille and the girls you would insist on having my back. We may not be blood, but we are family."
He nodded and paused a beat.
"You have my sword."

Leon would smirk looking at the current situation and feeling rather nastalgic about he'd say. "And my bow." (OOC: And Gimli would step up from beside Leon "And my Axe!") Leon would snicker to himself. "But honestly I agree with Mathew." |

David laughed. Not in an angry way- in a merry way.
"Thank you- both of you. I appreciate it. But this was not a request. I need to be able to focus solely on my mission, and if i'm constantly worrying about the Dragons... Well, it will be nothing more than a Distraction. One that could cost me my brothers life. Add to that the fact that I need to remain hidden, and even sometimes....avoid conflict, a one man trip is best for me."
He grinned.
"But, seriously though, thanks. I didn't expect an offer of nine companions, so thank you for it."

David sighed.
"Very well. Though I'll consider myself no longer a member of the group, i'll keep your words in mind. Thanks."
He would hold out a hand with the intention of clasping forearms with Amtrum before he would bend and grab the duffle at his feet.
"One more thing- i've ordered my men to remain with you guys. Use their abilities- ten of them, including Kazuya and Jackson, have special gifts I have given them that allow for flight and recon as needed. Otherwise, I'm outta here."
