{OOC: This is Wedge. Be nice to him. This thread is open to others, it's just that Rai and Marcus took interest first.}
Lucien had led Wedge to Crow territory, in hopes of having him join up. While Lucien went to report in, Wedge decided to take a look around...
Within 5 minutes, he was lost. Wandering through the streets, he thought he was making his way South, which, in his mind, would have planted him right towards the coastal marinas and beaches, but they were still nowhere in sight.
"Oh, man. Where am I?" He sighed, looking around for any landmarks.

"Well if you ask me, lost would be a pretty good place to start."
Said a crisp but silky voice rather matter of factly. Sarah Adachi, one of Marcus's 'runners' who' duties normally amounted to being the mans eyes and ears outside of Anaheim, going to and from each crow sector collecting news and rumors to bring back home.
Right now Sarah had been finishing up the last of her notations, scribbling in her notebook while she leaned against the side of her trademark motorbike, half sitting on the seat as she eyed the newcommer up, pencil twirling around between her fingertips, her lips quirked into a wry grin as her dark eyes observed, analyzed and appraised.
Just as Marcus taught her.
"Whereabouts are you supposed to be? Mabey I can point you in the right direction Mr...?"

Rai would come walking up to the two peoples he hadn't seen before. He was just getting a lay of the land as it were before he went up to Delilah about what he could do now that he was the go between for the Crows and Dragons.
Seeing a couple of strangers he'd figured he'd stop by and say hi, might as well get to know the people of the area right?
"Hello."
Rai would say walking up holding up his left hand to wave.

Wedge turned to the girl on the bike, noticing how she was writing things down in a book. He tried to pay no mind to it, but it was kind of odd...
"Uh, Wedge. Call me Wedge. And you are?" He replied, facing her.
And then, a white-haired guy with one eye waved at him, with a friendly greeting. And Wedge didn't know what to do in that moment.
Am I still in Southern California...?

"Raikotsu Sudeki. Son of Kentler Sudeki and next in line as head of the Sudeki Clan if I'm not mistaken. Which I know I'm not."
She answered for Rai in a cliped official tone before turning her attention from the stranger to the young Sudeki.
With a flick of the wrist Sarah had the notebook closed and her pencil tucked behind her ear, covered by a cascade of dark raven hair as she gave him a respectful bow. It wasn't too terribly strange for a young woman like Sarah to know so much about a veritable stranger such as Raikotsu.
One of the things Marcus ensured was that his Wolves knew who was who amongst the Crows list of people of interest exactly for moments like this.
"Master Sudeki, Welcome to the Territories of Crow. If there's anything you need, feel free to ask and I'll see what I, Sarah Adachi can do for you."
Official. Proffesional. Perfect! Sarah wanted to leave a good impression on Raikotsu for the Wolfpack or die trying!
It also didn't help that he was kind of cute.
Not that she wanted to admit that of course.

Than man that had addressed himself as Wedge seemed highly confused for some reason. But this girl, Sarah Adachi, seemed to have quite a bit of info on him which made him raise and eyebrow. He looked at Wedge.
"Calm down there buddy if you need any help just let me know ok?"
Rai then returned the bow to Sarah.
"Thank you Miss Adachi. You seem to have a lot of info bout me?"

Wedge was a bit confused. It also seemed like he was getting really quickly into the middle of something.
"Uh.. Hey, yeah, Sarah and Rai-koht-sue.." He badly pronounced.
"So, you're a Crow, Sarah? You might know my friend, then.. His name's Lucien."
Looking to Sarah, he stated it rather noncommittal, not really expecting either of them to know Lucien. After all, he wasn't really the type to be noticed.

The young woman would reply with a small enigmatic smile, decided to drop the stuffy proffesionalism considering it was pretty much lost on these two. Never was her style anyway, though it was kind of fun trying it out. She was just about to make up her mind whether or not to light a ciggarette up infront of Rai when a rather familier name fell from Wedges lips, throwing THAT train of thought clean out.
"Lucien? You mean Lucien Dechain? Yeah I know him."
Better than most having him as a squadmate anyway.

Rai reached into his pocket pulling out his special Asiv cigarettes he pulled one out and put in his mouth and lit it up. Then he looked between the two others holding out the pack.
"Cig?"
Then he finally caught what the new fellow just said.
"Lucien? Hell yeah I know my little buddy! Hows he been? I haven't seen him in awhile."

They.. knew Luc? Little buddy? Wedge's weight shifted from leg to leg, slightly nervous. Inwardly, he was uncomfortable with the notion that his best friend was someone's 'little buddy'... Especially guys that look like they're.. Well, asian gangsters. The guy's missing an eye, for Chrissake.
"Uh.. He's doing good. And, no thanks, I don't smoke. How do you know him?" He asked Raikotsu in particular, but the question was to Sarah as well.
After all, if these were friends of Luc, they were friends of him.

Sarah would look at the offered nicotine stick with surprise before accepting it. Huh, Rai didn't seem like the kind who smoked. It just seemed like the kind of thing a guy like him would consider below him.
Pulling her lighter from her pocket, she ignited the tip and inhaled slowly, tossing her notepad onto the seat of her bike and stuffing her hands into her coat pockets.
So it seemed Rai Knew the pup too? With the newcomer fixated on the Young Sudeki, that left Sarah able to do what she did best. Just sit back and observe with an aloof expression as her eyes scanned from One man to the other.
'Observe, Report. Just like Fenris taught us.'

Sarah would notice the cig would bring on an interesting feeling almost as though she was feeling better than ever...
Rai turned to look at Luciens friend.
"Well I met him quite awhile back, in fact the first time we met we ended up going on a huge dangerous mission to save someone really important... didn't turn out to well in the end but we've had a lot of adventures since and its be a hellava good time!"
Rai chuckled to himself thinking back at all the crazy shit him and Lucien had done with their friends... then realized it hadn't been a whole lot and a lot of it ended in violence... Fun had a strange meaning these days, oh well.

Wedge nodded to the japanese guy, whose name he was still pretty bad at pronouncing. To think that he was missing out on such big adventures, and such big parts of Luc's life... It just made him even more resolved.
"Sounds fun. I hope I'll be able to do that stuff too." He replied, with a small amount of jealousy detectable in his voice.
For the time being, though, he had to secure a spot in Crows. And, maybe having a few friends might help.
