Wandering alone and lost (open)

[Arael Hiroshi]

"Good. It got what it had coming." Arael muttered under her breath. For what it did to my sister, it deserves to be rubble.
Memories of her sister, isolating herself more and more from her family. Until one day she couldn't come home anymore; because there was nothing left of her to come home. Arael squeezed her eyes shut and shook her head a little bit to get rid of the memories. There was a time and place for memories, but this was not it.

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

"Hmmm, I get the since you don't quite care for the old place."

Rai would 'infer' from her statement.

[Kyrie Blaze]

"A place is simply a place."

She was calm enough, but cast a glance over her shoulder.

"However, I would think most of the public highschools were rather deplorable."

[Arael Hiroshi]

"My sister died there, under Barker's command of the school." Arael replied shortly. "So, yes. A place is just a place, but I still feel better knowing that no-one will have to go through what Penny had to." Arael said the last part quietly, almost whispering to herself. She then looked straight ahead while she walked. Struggling to keep the memories from overwhelming her.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kiyr said nothing, even to the quiet last words of the girl.

'Nobody will, not in that way, but have you taken a look at the world, girl..?'[/i]

The world was devastated--people had more to worry about now than simple violence when every day was a fight to survive and thrive. It had been this way for years, now, not simply months. The blonde found herself wondering just how this one had managed to survive.

Instead, she breathed a soft exhale and stopped, looking to Rai.

"Stay here. I will return in quick order."

Should everything be well with that, she would quickly spring forwards in a run, heading into Dragon Territory to retrieve the Earth Dragon.[/font]

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Rai turned to Ari as Kiyr left.

"I'm sorry to hear about your sister. Seems that this darkness is spreading everywhere these days."

Rai himself had lost more family than he could even count because of men with hearts as dark as Barker's.

[Arael Hiroshi]

"Its been several years since she died, but it feels like yesterday. Same thing with my parents." Arael said, sighing and looking at the ground.
"I should have asked this earlier, but I didn't think of it. What do the Dragons do exactly?" Arael asked, looking at Rai and feeling a little ashamed that she hadn't thought to ask earlier.

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

"We stand against Barker and fight for peace, and we plan to rebuild the world when Barker and any other adversaries that might rear its ugly head after Barker."

After a quick though he spoke again.

"Or at least that is what my master, The Earth Dragon, has planned. As for the other Dragons, Blaze, The Storm Dragon, and my Uncle Leon, The Lightning Dragon, may have other plans. You would have to ask them what their personal goals are."

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kyrie continued her steadfast and rapid journey into Dragon Territory, veering off the beaten path to divert herself to the most likely place Mathew would be.

"Hmm, I thought I heard you mention an Uncle Leon. Do you have a lot of family in the Dragons, or in any of the other gangs?" Arael asked Rai.

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Rai smiled.

"I have 2 family members in the Dragons, my Uncle Leon, a head dragon, and his son Spike, my cousin. I also have an adopted Uncle in the Crows his name is Marcus, a real beast of a man but filled with honor, and I have an adopted daughter that is also my pupil in the Dragons. Other than that everyone else is just family waiting to be made."

"So why did you join the Dragons? Besides the obvious family reason." Arael asked.
She was curious about another person's reason to join the gang, and wondered about her own reasons as well. Was wanting to have a family and learning how to fight Barker enough, or did she have to have other reasons to truly belong?

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

"Well to be completely honest... Family is the only reason I joined, though not in the way you may think. You see, my father is the current head of our family and several years back our family almost got wiped out... So there are very few of us now... But with my father being the head of the family that means that some day I will be next in line to lead. But I refuse to lead my family before I have earned their respect, and so my goal is to become a named Dragon, an elder, to prove that I am strong enough to lead my family and help them become strong again."

Rai sighed as he told his tale. It seemed so long ago since he joined...

[Mathew Amtrum]

Kiyr is a super tricky Hobbit and totally found Mathew. And they would be heading back toward the boarder of dragon territory. He was pleased that rai and Kiyr were following procedure, a bit. But he had an idea that both of them forgot one of the key rules of entering Dragon territory. It would just mean that Mathew would handle it. And he likely wasn't as gentle as the two young apprentices were.

Standing before Rai and the stranger furrowed brows stared at her as his arms folded across his broad chest. The claw slashes across his face still a dull red color, but healing nicely. The marks would scar though.

"Why do you seek to enter our lands?"

Right at the girl. He would ignore Rai for now. She needed to stand on her own two feet.

[Arael Hiroshi]

"That sounds like a very good reason to join." Arael replied to Rai. Then Kiyr returned with a stranger who must be the Earth dragon. As they walked up to her and Rai, she bowed her head and spoke politely. "You be the Earth dragon. It is an honor to meet someone so powerful in this new world personally."
When Arael looked up her eyes widened a little bit and she blinked at the new scars on the Earth dragon's face, but she didn't say anything. Once the man had stated his question, Arael paused to collect her thoughts, then replied. "I would like to enter your land for several reasons. First and formost would be the protection from Barker that being in your land would provide. Also, I wish to learn how to fight and protect myself and others from those who would do them harm." Here Arael paused to take a breath. "I also hope for the possibility of having a family again." She looked down at her feet where she said the last part, because she still wasn't sure as to whether or not that was a good reason to want to join. Oh well, it was out of her hands now. Up to the Earth dragon to decide her fate.
