Pass Time Information

Alexander is quite honestly a little displaced in this new world of War and Hell. Once a student of Public High School he was the sort of student to enjoy the freshman soccer team, occasional dips down by the coast line and of course ditching those so called important classes to meet girls. But nevertheless it would seem as though schooling wasn't quite as important as people made it out to be. With the sudden onslaught of war times would change and so did things he did to absorb that time. No longer was he a carefree child capable of dawdling in the investments that his parents had put forward instead he spends most of his time just looking for food, shelter, warmth away from the cool sting of a nuclear winter.

Mental Information

Alexander is by all accounts average, his GPA, Height, and General nature fairly nothing stood out about him until the war crashed down over his head. From that point on those things changed for Alex, instead of the meek young boy he adapted into a young man with an adaptive moral code. Alex doesn't necessarily live by the codes of chivalry but he stands by the merits of a debt base system. He would consider himself a Chaotic Good type personality, however this will tend to fluctuate based on what the situation needs. He has no affiliation and doesn't want to abide by any to begin with, all he knows now is that the world is in torment and truly trying to figure it out himself.

Physical Information

Alexander is an average sized fellow, though in a pair of boots that he managed to collect they often make his stance a bit more towering as they provide that extra pump to his step. He has unassuming features that otherwise look onward however that can all change in an instant as he shifts on a piercing stare. While not necessarily the strongest of warriors as shown by his muscular density he is in fact rather toned. His time on the streets have granted him very strong thigh and calf muscles that give him a fair reliance on speed and stealth.

Alexander does however have some noteworthy scars while most would assume that this magnificent specimen wasn't flawed in anyway he does however keep those scars covered. During the attacks that Barker unleashed onto the city Alex was caught beneath a building, the inciting blast wave knocked clear the roof and sparked a rather large fire. On his upper left hand torso careening all the way down his arm would be an immense burn. His skin is now permanently black and charred from the incident, while he was lucky not to suffer any major nerve damage it does however remain a rather unsightly portrayal of his flank.

During the occupation he hid for a time, family gone and on the run himself from barker soldiers to quickly break free their encirclement. In this time he received a number of knife injuries most healed up however a single one penetrating his right shoulder. He still bears the scar as the flesh healed improperly around the blade wound.

Apparel Information

Alex doesn't wear clothes He wears the flesh of his foes... No but seriously he doesn't do that sort of thing, he is perfectly sane after all wouldn't want that nonsense here. Quite the contrary in fact he basically wears whatever he can find. A scavenger by nature he's grown affectionate of certain garb, anything leather is prime for him as it is durable and keeps him warm given the context of his living situation. He has collected himself a pair of leather boots, a large Pea-Coat (cape if you will), a headband, jeans, and a long sleeved flannel. This boys not picky but given the array of what he's left with after the torment of the world you could venture to call him a hipster on first sight.

Alex is currently a vagrant. He doesn't live with anyone nor claim any alliance, he's been on the road living out of anything he can use at his disposal. His current favorite is a stoop where he's accommodated a make-shift box to live out of.

Historical Information

Life was great, though things never exactly play out the way people would like them to sometimes. Though that is neither here nor there. For the time being I will fulfill you with the perilous tale of Sire Alexander Valencia.

A man of most humble beginnings Alexander was born to Lily and Victor Valencia, the pair showed their prowess and influential parents both to their son and society. His mother a world renowned therapist and his father a local pediatrician everything looked up to sweet little Alex. He joined Public High School #259 at the brink of its existence, everything seemed normal his first day at least. Friends, good teachers... but there was always something off. People ducking their heads averting their eyes to real problems that seemed to brew around them. One day Alex got one such lesson as to why he should keep his head down.

"Get down punk and gimme your bike!"

A startled response by Alex having never had any real trouble with bullies up until.

Instinctively cringing as he took a heavy knuckled fist to the face falling over at the wayside with enough force to be there for quite awhile. It took him awhile to get up, smothered in the dust now turning to softened mud from the tears streaming down his eyes. This school was rotten, plagued by the abuse of the strong and the passiveness of the weak.

Shirking his pride the boy became a ghost from that day on. To think he'd ever been anything less the entirety of his stay was hard to say, though whatever aspirations he had were quickly dismissed becoming a fly on the wall and evading all conflict in an artful manner. On the side however he trained, not in the manner most might have simply bulking up and intensifying their cores. Alex however practiced styles of tactical assault pressure point battles, patience, elimination. Little did he know it would really come to pay off.

*BANG*

A smoke cloud overhead and the raining of tears and screams. The world had changed in an instant. The skies bright with terror, and the floors muddled with panicked faces all running, screaming, burning. Burning! His roof caught ablaze from the bombs parents inside screaming for him telling him.

"RUN!!"

And so he did, his body melting away like the sands of time blurred out only the the bloody havoc to ensue. His tortured facade dredging along the empty streets bridled with people deadpanning about, he was no different than them, all that he'd built up in his head standing for nothing. For once more he was afraid, unprepared, alone.

Qi Information

Alexander's Qi ability is known as the Affinity for Darkness, it is an ability he harnessed from a mixture of wartime and hiding from enemy combatants. While ultimately it is used to alter the shadows it does have minute specifications when you are to break it down.

From the Shadows - Passive ability that Alexander gains from his stealth derived tactics. Upon breaking line of sight from him he receives a +X buff to his next attack. (X = 10% Intelligence).

Living Shadow - Alex has developed the ability to make a "living" clone of himself in battle. This clone and him are symbiotic therefore damage is exclusive to his own stats therefore if you're hit by both the damage isn't additive and will only apply to one of their hits. Capable of maintaining this extended form based on 1/3rd of his Charisma.

Blight - Being a tactical fighter rather than one who uses actual strengths Alexander has devised and utilized his manipulation of shadows and keen eyes for pin pointing pressure points in an enemy fighter. Blight allows for him to deal additional damage based on his own mastery of the skill along with a portion of his enemy's Constitution. Each precision attack on an enemy allows for him to stack "blight" onto an enemy when these blight stacks are bursted it results in large quantity burst damage. Damage is equal to 10% of Alex's Intelligence + (#of stacks) x (3% of Enemy targets Constitution). The amount of stacks on a target cannot exceed 5.

Pros

From the shadows is an amazing passive ability that allows for Alex to deal increased amounts of damage to foes, this is particularly true in the case of ambushes where he truly shines. Atop of that he almost instantly deals more significant damage to start a fight then what he can carry on throughout it.
Living shadow allows for Alex to play mind games with an opponent, turning any fight really into a two verses one by most accounts, this also helps him fend off multiple foes do to the split focus. On top of all that Alex is able to be more mobile, using the shadow as a tactical leap frog or scouting mechanism.
Blight is possibly his most powerful utilization, it turns Alex from what would be a rather weak fighter into a strong one giving him additional damage verses foes.

Cons

His base manipulation of shadows is particularly weakened in sunlight particularly around high noon where the shadows are drastically diminished.
From the shadows requires for Alex to break line of sight to be applied to his advantage, therefore to actually capitalize on this ability he needs to constantly move into hiding to evade an enemy. However an undaunted foe may never allow for him to extend this advantage outside of the first hit.
Living shadow, however strong it may be its damage is not additive, therefore hitting a single foe will only deal damage from one source. IE: If Alex and the shadow hit a single target, said target will only suffer damage from Alex and not the shadow. When the two targets hit it will disperse this damage and ultimately weaken the hits made by Alex. The only real advantage is using this ability to fend off multiple opponents where the strikes wont stack.
Blight truly relies upon a strong enemy, its blaring weakness is in relying upon an enemy with high constitutional fortitude to take advantage of the stacks additional damage. It loses in terms of damage if an opponent is not stacking in this stat. On top of that to dramatically poise these stacks it requires Alex to land hits in crucial areas to collect on the damage output.
