Mitsuki Park
Making her Debut on the list, Mitsuki Park comes in at number ten! Having left school at the end of her final year, Ms. Park was once regarded as the number one force to be feared. Now, her status has diminished. Still, one cannot ignore the connections this girl has- Being Linked to the Gods, the Dragons, and the Crows, Mitsuki Park could potentially call on some very powerful figures. And her fighting skills are nothing to bat an eye at either!

Kiyr Barrial
At number 9, Kiyr has taken a few bruises. Once in the graces of all the Dragon elders, she suffered some setbacks, being thrown from the Sky Force and marked by the Earth Dragon. Still, the girls strength is compiling, and we shouldn't count her out yet! Despite the transgressions, her leaders still view her as a valuable resource, and as such, she stays on our list at number nine.

Leon Sudeki
Leon took a bit of a drop, mostly due to inactivity. His blindness has caused the Lightning Dragon some discomfort, leaving him to try and fix his fighting and his style of ruling. Also, he's elected to stay relatively sidelined during the reign of the Storm Dragon, and now as Amtrum runs the show. Still, he's in the top tier of the Strongest in California, and he could step up to the plate and bat some serious homers if he wanted.

Jack O'conner
Clawing his way forward- Jack O'conner. He's a lean, mean, activity machine. Despite not having as much muscle in his group as the other gangs, Jack has been gobbling up territory left and right on his march to expand. Couple that with the viciousness in which he dispatches his enemies, and you have a fight coming when you step up to this man. Still, he has some work to do in branching out, politically, if he wants to match some of our heavy hitters.

David Blaze
David has taken a big drop on our list this time around. Having taken a leave of absence from the Dragons, David has left relative power behind to search for his brother. He no longer commands armies, leads battles or sticks his hands in the world of politics. Still, he is regarded as one of the strongest individuals in California, and if necessary could call on some heavy hitting connections, so he sticks to it at number six.

Bastille Cunningham
Kicking off the top five? Bastille! She makes a surprising surge past her former flame, David Blaze, mostly due to the cleft she has with one of our big timers! By hitching her wagon to Mathew Amtrums, she's stabbed her way into the workings. As the voice of the Earth Dragon, she stands only second to the Elders as well, which gives her verbage weight when she wants to! Still, she hasn't been quite as active outside the Dragons, at least with building ties and getting things moving, which is why she's got her work cut out for her this month if she wants to keep the powerful spot she has gained!

Jonathan "Unfettered" Winters
Staying steady at number four, our relative Zero! Now, despite his inactivity of late, Unfettered still has a serious hand in the workings of his gang. add to that the fact that he can order around someone who technically has a bit more power than himself, and you've got our fourth. Still, if he doesn't start putting his face out there a little more, he might start slipping, and nobody wants that for the loveable white haired german!

Delilah Black
Last months number two, Delilah slips a spot due to the sudden DYNAMIC ENTRY of our new crowning king (Or as close as we can get!). Still, Delilah's power is not something to shrug off! She's been instrumental in the C & D alliance, as well as building many relations between gangs. Add this to her ability to snap and have every gang come running to help, and you have a problem that cannot be ignored. Watch out! I'm sure we'll see more from Ms.Black soon!

Mathew Amtrum:
Mathew Amtrum- the Earth Dragon. Elder Dragon and one of the shining beacons of the free world. This man is one not to be trifled with- he has shown a creative, even mind-boggling ability to not only get things done, but get under the skin of anyone who glances his way. He's rebuilt streets, fought many wars, and even had the stones to mock Barker and invite him to his wedding! You gotta hand it to the man- if anyone has shown this month who has the potential to dethrone our current king, it's Amtrum. Watch out Barker, you have a barefooted badass whose ready to take the throne!

As Mr. Barker would likely put it, however- "Yeah, I'll get right on that." Despite the gains from our fearless leaders, Barkers still our number one. His forces have barely felt the losses that have been inflicted, and he sure as hell won't be crying to his mommy about the widdle dragons anytime soon. This man puts our strongest to shame, and has proven it by killing Jaus, and tromping the Lightning Dragon more than once. He's got muscle, he's got ownership, and he's the only number one that we see in this spot for anytime soon.
