It would appear Mitsuki had gone to the beach to feel the nice breeze and smell the salty air as she took a long walk on the beach. What are you doing on such a pleasant day at the beach?

Exactly what was stated- smelling the salty air and feeling the fresh ocean breeze! Her feet are dipped in the water, shoes...somewhere left somewhere on dry land~

While feeling the refreshingly cool water she would feel something rub against her foot, if she looked down it would look like some sort of vegetation... THEN! It would wrap itself around her ankle and start to pull her in!

When she felt something against her ankle, she would jerk away...only to have the seaweed wrap itself around her. She would stumble, but she would quickly crouch to rip the seaweed off of her.

The seaweed would be ripped off! To expose a squid tentacle underneath!!! In now pulled harder to bring her deeper into the water where the hungry animal was surely at!

WHAT THE FREAK.
Her eyes would flash silver. She would fall back onto her butt, digging a heel into the sand to slow the drag before thrashing her foot wildly to pull away. Hands would grab onto a couple stones in the sand and bash it into the tentacle!
NO TENTACLE RAPE. NOOOOOOO.

YES!!! I mean wait what?
She was successful in slowing her being dragged in but the tendril would just squeeze her ankle harder after being bashed, apparently she had made it mad...

WHAT.
She ditched the stones and instead, would wrap her hands around the tentacle that was in turn wrapped around her ankle! Like an eel, she would send small shocks of electricity against the slimy creature to get it to let go!

The pulses of electricity were too much for the creature to handle immediately letting go and disappearing TO FIND SOME OTHER UNLUCKY TIER UP VICTIM! and leaving Mitsuki lying there soaked now from the water fight. Other than that the rest of the beach was relatively calm as if nothing ever happened.
