She whispered.
She felt the ice tingling against her skin, her hand gently lifting, the ice coming up with. The result?
What appeared to be two very small ice wings, as a testament to her past. Her eyes would open, a small bitter smile crossing her lips briefly, before vanishing.
"This is incredible."

Daniel would catch the small bitter smile that crossed Jenesis' face briefly before disappearing, and while he wondered if her creating the ice wings was the cause, he would not ask nor pry.
"Yeah, it is. I've also been trying to do the opposite, instead of making ice, make steam, but I haven't had any luck so far. I know the principle is the same, instead of lowering the temperature, raise the temperature, but unlike ice, steam is more difficult to maintain control of."

Daniel was pretty sure no one knew everything, but he wasn't going to insult someone he hasn't even met, and especially not Jenesis' "daddy."
"Of course... Wait, what? Who'd kill me on sight!? And why!?"
Daniel was pretty sure he could detect those Jenesis was talking about and instantly understand if they were stronger or weaker than him, but he wasn't going to take a chance.

Well at least someone would come to his funeral if he kicked the bucket.
"Yeah, that works for me, I'll probably be around practicing anyways. You'd better head home soon though, I'll see you next week Jenesis. Oh, and tell your dad hi for me."
He may regret saying that later... Turning around, Daniel would head off, but not before giving Jenesis a small wave as he walked back to Dragon Territory.
