Some rather heavy news for you guys.

I made a big decision a few days ago.
I plan on enlisting with the Canadian Military. The navy to be more specific as a mechanic. THis is a bonus cause they teach you the trade on thier dollar AND the skills i will learn will transfer back to Civilian life which mean when I'm done my term, I can sign on with B.C. Transit as a grease monkey and make a career out of it.

This also means that I essentialy have one year more or less before they process my application and I go in for the real shit, at that point my Free time becomes roughly ZERO.

In other words I'll be going on semi permanent Hiatus if and when my Application goes through. I honestly cant say if I'll be coming back, but if it's in the cards after everything settles down well......

Mind you that will be after a span of 5 years of more.

Anyway, I'll be spending what time I have left finishing Threads and slowly phasing Marcus out. I wont be killing him off though just in case.

Well. Shit, It's been fun guys. You've all been wonderful to RP with. I'll keep in touch on Skype of course but that will probably be few and far between once I get pulled in.

IF I get pulled in. Well, I'll be sure as shit sure determined to make something of myself either way.

So I've been in talks with quite a few people. Turns out things haven't panned out exactly as I thought it would. Some new options have opened up that I'm debating on pursuing as I've come to the realization that the navy plan was one made from deperation.

Yeah, had some time to think on that.

What I'm saying is, I'm not going anywhere. The navy was a means to an end and it looks like its now a means I may not require! So yeah. You guys are still stuck with me for awhile yet. :3

I almost did the same thing about a year ago, almost joined the military out of desperation and because I didn't see much of my life going anywhere.

It's a good thing that you may not need to go through with it though, if these new options are better for you. ^^
