People think I'm crazy. They think that because no matter how many times I've checked an area for refugees I'll check it again, and it had been a while since I checked this place out. If I can find more people that need help, then I want to be able to go and help them. And that's what I was doing in that place. Plus a walk always help to clear my head.

Wall looking for refugees Shugo would come across a random braking down building. There would be a suspicious sound coming from inside.

Now I'm no genius, but luckily for me it doesn't take a genius to realize that an abandoned, broken building with suspicious sounds coming from it is probably bad news. Unluckily for me, if it meant that someone might need help, I was going to go into it anyways. As I started to run, the Feather Cloak would blow past me in the wind with the distinct sound of wings flapping. I rushed into the building not knowing what to expect.

From inside the building amongst the creaking and shifting building he would here some moaning deep inside. BUT he better hurring because the door collapsed behind him and it seemed to cause a chain reaction in the house!

I ran. Yup. Seems a bit melodramatic but I had to move as fast as I could.
"Hey! It may not seem like it cause everything's crumbling around me but I'm here to help!"
I moved towards the moaning as fast as I could, leaping as the floor began to crumble. Out of desperation I activated my QI and dashed forward even faster than before.

Shugo would find an old man half buried in rubble, he looked to be a scavenger of sorts and had gotten caught in the house. The back door was in sight, but he'd better hurry the rest of the house was starting to shake and crumble ahead of him!

"HOLD ON SIR!"
I ran forward even faster. I could feel my heart weakening in my state of QI but I refused to back down. In fact I pushed myself harder. Upon reaching the old man, I would quickly start pulling the larger chunks of rubble off of him and throw them off with smaller pieces falling to the side.
"Sorry if this hurts."
I grabbed the old man, picking him in my arms. I didn't have time to check if he had any broken bones. I dashed for the back door and as I approached it I leaped, turning my back towards the door to slam my body through it. I held the old man close so that the door frame wouldn't hurt him as he we left the building.
Gghh... Damn I forgot how much breaking through doors hurt. I put the old man down once we were outside and fell to my knees. I would release myself from QI state in order to relieve the stress on my heart, with one shaking hand reaching into my pocket for my medicine.

The old man would be fine aside from a few bruises and a sprained ankle, the building would be demolished completely, and Shugo would be a little bashed and I'm sure crazy tired, BUT he was successful.
Tier up passed.
