Jackson wandered in and out of Dragon territory, searching for something that even he couldn't define. When a couple of months had passed, he returned back to his home for supplies and to check in on how everything was progressing, he knew he would be in trouble if his mentor Blaze found out, as he hadn't exactly been taking his duties seriously.
Jackson wasn't going to just sit around and wait for something to happen though, he thought and pondered. He supposed he was searching for a Catalyst, something that would change not only his but The Dragons collective lives as a whole.
Unsuccessful though, he returned to face the (possible) music and to help out his clan once more.

From one of the trees in Dragon Territory, a clear and sharp whistle would issue from a branch high above, the same whistle heard a few seconds later, though much quieter and slightly far away. Hidden within the branch leaves and shadows, a pair of eyes could be seen, Yukiko's gaze following Jackson as he meandered through Dragon Territory, before disappearing into the depths of the tree branch she was perched on. "... So, you have returned... Jackson."A voice would speak up quietly as a figure would stride out of the dust that had been blown up, his pupil-less gray eyes visible despite the scouter he wore and fully equipped with all his items, as per the usual. The whistle's tune having reached the ears of Kazuya, having been carried on the wind by the various members of The Fire Battalion scattered throughout Dragon Territory, the moment he had caught the whistle's tune, he had left Kaori, whom was currently napping, in the capable hands of Kimiko, and set out, as the whistle tune did signified that an enemy was spotted, but instead that an ally that had long disappeared had returned. "... You know David would not be pleased to hear I was training The Sky Force single-handed... as my lieutenant was AWOL..." |

Jackson kneeled, saluting to the Lieutenant, "Apologies, sir. I had.....things as needed doing out of the city."

"At ease Lieutenant Tellings. It is not I that requires apologizing or explanations to, as I am merely your Captain, but your mentor, The Storm Dragon, David Blaze. And I cannot say what kind of temperament he is in these days, he may be forgiving as a calm summer breeze, or unrelenting in his fury like a hurricane, though it would be wise to not delay in seeking him out... if you can."
