...is a hero.
And that's what I planned on giving them.
I had the Yuy Corporation fashion yet another costume for me. I could've just used the one I had worn when I blew up half of Shugo's garden, but there was no fun in that. I told them to go all out on this, without Shugo's knowledge of course, but it seemed they were finally starting to get sick of all of my weird requests.
I mean, when I was dressed like THIS, I could tell it was their way of getting back at me, even if they went ahead and spared no expense in its creation. I may have looked fruity, but it was definitely durable and allowed for maximum mobility, all the while hiding my gender unless I spoke in a ridiculous deep voice. Which I was probably going to do. This pink outfit would be to my advantage.
I lay in wait on top of a one story building (because any higher might be a little ridiculous, even for me). I had been camping out here for possibly an hour now, and the sun was barely starting to set. I took a glance at my watch, because every hero needed to know the time, and let out a dejected sigh.
Suddenly.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw someone running down the street in my direction. They were being chased by what looked like a half-dozen larger figures.
"A citizen in need![/i]" I got up onto the edge of the rooftop, and as the one running came just underneath me, I leapt. They would have just enough time to run past me, while the guy following immediately after them would flying kicked in the face, sent flying a fair distance away. I would land on the ground, but the increased height caused me to stumble and land on my butt, and it kind of hurt.
"What the hell..?" One of the other guys would speak when looking upon this flying pink savior. I quickly got to my feet and struck a random pose, "The Hero of Justice has arrived! Those who prey on the innocent shall be punished![/i]" I spoke in a high and mighty voice.
I turned to face the person behind me who I had just saved, a smaller man, who looked at me as incredulously as the ones attacking him had. Finally he sputtered out "Uhm.. thank you.." to which I laughed heartily. "Justice has no need for thanks! Quickly, get away from here![/i]"
The person got up and began to do just that, while I turned to face my new opponents. The one I had kicked previously was knocked out cold, which left 5 more to go.
This was bound to be an interesting sight for anyone walking by at this time.
