OOC: Didn't see a bio so let me know if I describe you wrong.

Since becoming aware of the Barker assassin's Levi had become much more vigilant about screening who entered their territory. He had also begun making sure only one of each signature existed in their territory, but it was quite the task and the strain required him to take breaks, requiring him to do some of the patrol work on foot. Today, as he hopped across rooftops and scanning the area with his eyes alone, he happened upon a rather large man walking straight into their territory.

oh really now?

Levi decided to tail the man, and did so while bending the light around himself to conceal any visual prescence. As the man shouted, calling out a Dragon, Levi hopped down, landing softly on the sidewalk. That was his queue and he began to walk towards the giant man. The stranger had stolled through their territory uninvited long enough and it was due time that someone figure out who he was exactly.

His cloak dispersed as he appeared in front of the stranger, a relaxed expression on his face, "Greetings, I am the Dragon Commander. What brings you to Dragon territory?" The man had already given Levi an idea of his purpose, but he was after more specific information.

[beige]"What is your title, Dragon? I am searching for one of your own. Any information you can give me would be helpful. He goes by the title of Iron Dragon."[/beige]

[Levi Kayamei]

The man before him was clearly not someone he would want to get on the bad side of so Levi would be sure to be more concise. Levi smiled politely and he shook his head as he sensed the slight irritation in the giant's voice, "I have no title per say, simply a name: Levi Kayamei..."

He paused for a moment as he contemplated the man's request. He had never heard of anyone by the title of Iron Dragon for starters. The second concern was why this man was looking for this "Iron Dragon" so adamantly. Levi was somewhat relieved that he would not have to lie by telling the giant he didn't know an Iron Dragon. Levi spoke plainly, "I'm sorry, I've never heard of an Iron Dragon myself. Does he go by another name perhaps?"

What happened next would potentially be interesting, depending on what the large man did. Levi just hoped it wouldn't come down to trying to force the man out of dragon territory since he would not be permitted to simply walk around.

[beige]"... How many of you are there? And are any of you familiar with Leon Sudeki or David Blaze?"[/beige]

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi's brow furrowed slightly as he stared back at the giant man. For someone who had yet to introduce himself, the stranger sure was asking a lot of questions. This man knew two of their elders by name and was clearly trying to collect information on the dragons: Names, numbers, the leaders' whereabouts. Considering how little the man seemed to know about the current state of the Dragons, Levi was led to believe that he was not a Barker spy. Still, the info he was looking for was not for strange ears and Levi saw no reason to tell the stranger what he wanted to know. Levi needed to make the man more aware of his position.

Levi spoke diplomatically, but firmly, "It seems you have a lot of questions for someone whose name I do not know. Regardless, that information is not available for public query." Levi paused as he straightened up and placed his hands in his pockets, "I would be happy to deliver a message to my master on your behalf, but I can not allow you to see our leaders or roam through our territory collecting information without permission. Nor can I divulge said information to someone who is not a Dragon. Surely, you understand?"

Levi waited for the man's reply with a slight tension in his body. Picking up on the man's Qi, Levi knew he would be hard pressed to actually force the man out of their territory.

[beige]"My name is Amakusa Takehiro, and I fought alongside Leon Sudeki for a long time, up until about a year ago. I worked with him back in New York, and I even taught him several things. The man I am looking for is named Mekiel Echigo, named the Iron Dragon and he, too, was a good friend of Leon, as well as my disciple. I am looking for him for several reasons; First, he could be in grave danger, and no one - not even his closest friends - have any clue where he could be; second, the life of Valo Morei, the Sky Dragon, is in danger, and as far as I know Mekiel is the only man who knows where to find the cure to his illness.
"Now, I implore you, Mr. Kayamei: take me to your leaders; one of them, or both of them, it doesn't particularly matter. But I need their assistance. They could have information that I don't, and vice versa, and the lives of two fellow Dragons are at stake. I mean you no harm in my coming here, and I give you my word that I will not betray you for any information I am given. I could threaten you, but that is not what I came here to do. Besides, on a less formal note, Leon or David could destroy me in a heartbeat. I would not cross them."[/beige]

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi listened intently as Amakusa divulged the information he had been seeking: A reason for his search and presence in Dragon territory. Amakusa's history with his teacher was unconfirmed, but the man's sincerity and story was certainly more to go on and deserved some credit given the plausibility. A lot had happened during Levi's eight year absence and denying Amakusa the chance to prove his story would be to assert that Levi knew he was lying, a logical fallacy Levi was not prepared to make. Though intimidating in stature, Amakusa didn't seem bent on harming them and if his goal was to visit with Leon, he wouldn't be harming anyone once they got to lightning tower.

Levi's posture relaxed somewhat as he spoke with a slightly apologetic tone in his voice and a more friendly expression on his face, "Unfortunately, I have never heard of your apprentice, but if what you say is true, I'm sure my master will. Very well, Mr. Takehiro, I will take you to see Leon."

Levi would gesture to allow Amakusa to walk beside him as he lead the man to lightning tower, very curious to learn Leon's history with him and what Amakusa's situation truly was.
