Kazuya would walk into Lightning Tower, and using his Qi, he would make his way through the crowds of people perpetually gathered within, seeking out the Blind King himself, Leon Sudeki, in his throne room most likely.

Kazuya was correct on his assumption, but with him an older gentleman with a pipe going off about his destroyed battle suit while Leon simply stood on a stool to be sized for a new jacket.

Once he was granted an audience, Kazuya would head into the throne room, standing respectfully before Leon, his Qi showing him there were two heat signatures in the room.
"... Hello Leon. Did I come at a bad time?"

Leon would let Sam finish, as he himself would finally find the seat of his throne before answering. His arms having nice burns from his finger tips to about his mid fore arms.
"Not at all. Sam was just refitting my battle suit."
"ReBUILDING more like."
"Tomato, potato. Anyways, what brings you here, Kazuya?"

Leon smiled and had to keep himself from laughing. He'd try to keep his composure as he explained himself as much as possible.
"Its not that I find the concept stupid, Kazuya, just slightly ridiculous. You are strong enough to take the naming test and be done with it. There is little I could teach you."

A small smile would make its way onto Kazuya's face, as he couldn't help but let out a low chuckle.
"I'm honored you say I am strong enough, but don't I have to be recommended by an Elder Dragon for it, though?"

But now I am asking: will you grant me your recommendation to take the naming test?"

"You have my recommendation. You may challenge any named Dragon for a title and it must be viewed by all active Elders and voted. If voted in by the Elders you will earn a name."

Bowing lowly to Leon, his fist still clasp over his heart, he would straighten up afterwards, "looking" straight at the Lightning Dragon.
"You have my thanks Leon... Truly. I shall not take up any more of your precious time, and take my leave now."
Bowing once more, Kazuya would turn and leave. Leon Sudeki, Mathew Amtrum, and David Blaze, the only three named Dragons he knew of. Aside from Leon, David was the only semi-active Elder, as Mathew seemed to have vanished off the face of the Earth. He had already asked more than enough from Leon, which left David as the one to challenge. It appeared Round 2 was in store...
