You've pick a job, a profession for your character, by posting in this thread with your character and the Job. You then make a thread for your work to be done.
Every month a mod will review the jobs and give a pay out like a pay period. Think of this like an extra monthly event where your reward is linked to your rank upon the board. A minimum[/u] of one thousand words per job per month is required for you to be paid; writing more than that will not grant you any bonus money.
