OOC: Koshiro, I do hope you realize that you have also been in almost every thread Ari has been in.

"Hmm. Well, the first really important thing about me, would be that I am the last surviving member of my family. Everyone else, died, because of the blackout." She was quiet for a few moments, then spoke again. "Another good thing to know about me. I am deadly accurate with presicion throwing knives." While Ari spoke she looked directly at Zax hoping he would, maybe, get the hint.

Suddenly, a house only a few blocks down from where Ari was going erupted in a cloud of dust! Then, just as suddenly, a man rose from the dust like a ghost rising from ashes. She was a little startled at the sight, but soon called out. "Sir, are you alright?"

David flew, quite a ways above the individuals walking below. His back was facing the earth, but he heard every word that was spoken- thankfully, one clean gift of his Qi was the ability to hear things carried on the wind over long distances. Scarlet, his mechanical pet dragon, crawled up his stomach, turn around in a circle four times, the lay in a tiny ball on his chest, closing her eyes as the Storm Dragon continue to spy and eavesdrop.

A voice. Well, looks like he had been noticed. After all, it was hard not to commotion when the "house" you were taking shelter in collapsed all around you. Well, there was really no point in acting conspicuous at this point.

"Yeah, I'm alright. Just an unfortunate turn of events that's all. Thank you for asking." replied Vincent. The young man got up from the ruins of his shelter and dusted himself off a bit. The area looked fairly different in the day than it did at night, as do all landscapes. He then looked curiously at the small group before him. They all looked very young. Most in their teens, one seemed like he was in his early twenties. The males really did not seemed alarmed by his appearance. After all, they all seemed too engrossed with the one girl in their group.

"Not sure if this is the best place for you all to be.." Vincent started. Sure he had taken shelter in this area, but he had no choice. He slowly made his way over to their little group. "What brings you down here?"

Maybe it was just a little stroll down the coast. Maybe they were looking for something. Or they were scavenging for some things. Whatever their reason was, the group did not seem hostile.

Koshiro looked up as the man started to speak. The house falling was relatively normal around here, but the guy seemed nice. So he walked over.

"Hi. I am Koshiro WarHazzard. It is nice to meet you?" He paused so the man could say his own name, and stuck his hand out to shake.

Vincent hesitated before shaking Koshiro's hand. He supposed they could be trusted to some degree. After all, their demeanor and posture showed little to no aggression. The young man responded by shaking his new acquaintance's hand.

"Vincent Chung. Nice to meet you too." Vincent looked around at the group slowly once more. He figured that there would be people walking around during the day. Not so much out in the open, but moving from one rubble pile to another. They had a lot of confidence to be walking around out in the open like that. "Are you all from here?"asked Vincent, meaning if this area was their "territory."

"Well, not here here, but I've been in California for a good while now. Why?"
