Asiv heard Kyr scream and went to check on her, but when Levi began to go down he had to check on the monitors and check their vitals, as he made sure everything was going to be okay, then the pounding on the door. Slipping on his blood red rings he'd watch the oncoming force of anger.
With the two passed out Asiv felt he was the only one between this new oncoming force and them. Then the computer sprang to life in his ear.
"Recognized, David Blaze."
No one else would be able to hear it except Asiv but he wasn't dropping his guard just knew he couldn't play his hand right now, so he'd have to let David do what he came to do until it was too dangerous.
Being gripped by the neck he put on a show of struggle as he was drawn to the wall and slammed against it. Seemed the man had concern for the girl. The questions, always with the questions.
"Emergency... union. To defend against the Qi beast... It failed... She's going to struggle with it now... If she fails she dies."

When Kyrie's body began to panic as the souls tore themselves asunder once again, the little necklace draped around Kyrie's neck suddenly...exploded, for lack of a better term.
Out of the metal wrappings, while not actually warping them or adjusting them in any way, three, ten millimeter wide and eight centimetre long spikes shot out of different points inside the necklace and would begin to pulsate, shifting both inwards an outwards again as if in a panic all it's own. There was nothing tangible harming Kyrie, therefore, it was stuck until she calmed down.
Upon passing out, the dangerous spikes would retract themselves back inside the wire wrapping itself, of which there was no trace nor mark of their exit or retraction. The intense bangs and the loud noises did not bring the tiny blonde from her unconscious state. Her breathing was shallow, but rather steady. The fresh breeze - and on it, the scent of rain from the storm that was now passed - began coaxing her back. Her body began a faint, trembling shiver, but not because she was cold.
David's aura pulled her further awake and she slipped further off the side of the table with a few short gasps.
Everything hurt.
Not at the level the rend did, or even Mason's torture she had endured. But she hurt all the same. Tears stung her eyes as she stared at the floor in Asiv's lab. Voices. She heard voices. One snapping in anger, familiar but somewhat warped. And then there was Asiv's voice. But no Levi's voice.
Undecided as to whether she had the strength to claw her way backwards, she simply breathed a word. A name in question.
"...David..?"
It was hardly even a thread of sound.
Slowly, jaw clenching in pain as her body protested her moving, she tried to push herself back so she wouldn't fall to faceplant on the floor, and then stopped as her hand slipped from the metal table. She panted, trying to catch her breath, feeling very much like a mouse laying feebly on the ground, panting with stress and pain, while the cat she had been caught by licked its jaws and played with her.

David turned to Levi, then Kiyr, then Asiv at his words. His contacts, behind the purple, sprang to life. Asiv wouldn't see them, as his power was covering his eyes...but he still read it.
'Name Unknown Power Level: 5800 Power Level With ability: 6560 Threat Level: High'
David would grind his teeth, watching the choking man, tempted to take his life. He would turn at Kiyrs calling his name, however, and drop the fellow completely, like he had suddenly lost interest. Only this time he was heading over, mask crumbling off his face, as he went to his knees next to Kiyr, taking her hand and saying "You called, and I came, Kyrie. I'm here-" before lifting her easily and resetting her on the bed to a more comfortable position. He would turn, staring at Asiv as his eyes refocused and his power was dissipating.
"Fix her."
It wasn't a question.

More events passed quickly in Levi's head, mixing between his own and Kyrie's, then, after what seemed like years, he snapped awake, sitting straight up. He quickly scoped the room and saw David next to Kyrie, the smashed door, and the man who had performed the procedure.
How long have I been out....?
Every muscle in his body ached, but he seemed to be in one peace, though his mind was still clearly sorting the vast amounts of information and he was mentally sluggish as he simply sat on the edge of the table for a moment as he heard Kyrie speak David's name. He lazily looked over to Asiv, the words seeming to weight a ton in his mind as he spoke, "Wha....What happened?"

Asiv would approach Kiyr and look back at his monitors. "That is what we had tried to do... Hopefully within the next few minutes she is strong enough to defeat the beast." Warmth.
Yes, David was there. She had said his name, screamed it before then. He had never let her down thus far, and he was here. Her gaze focused on the hand that held hers. Heard the words and focused on them, on the tones and inflections, and especially upon her name. She was slightly concerned for Levi, as she couldn't see or hear him. It was one thing at a time. And this was something she could focus on.
Warmth and safety.
She sighed, and then curled her fingers through his and squeezed.
"Thank you... S-Stay? ...please, do not leave..."
Though she knew he wouldn't unless he had to, she asked regardless, needing to hear the response.
The metal table was hardly a comfortable place to lay, and there was no way, come hell or high water, that Kyrie would willingly let go of David's hand. She held on tightly, her breathing evening out, mostly. Her head tipped towards him, gaze focusing up and on him as she curled her body towards their hands in lieu of asking him to put himself at a disadvantage and keep her with him instead of on the table. Her eyes closed, teeth clenching slightly. Right now, and likely always, David brought the feeling of safety.
And, as she said before, she would fight. It was not that she was weak without him, but despite his snapping aura and brusque words for Asiv, she was secure. She settled despite not wanting to be upon the table and its cold metal, and the bracelet on her wrist was an annoyance, but dim. The warmth was real, and right now, she had to focus on that and herself, because she could feel it - whatever it was; infection, disease, an entity - building, and it was likely her consciousness would fade in and out, if not out completely, when she would fight for her own life.

David glanced at Asiv...but said nothing. He noted Levi was awake, frowning a little as he was unsure what the male was doing here. In fact...why was any of this going on? He would sit next to Kiyr as Asiv worked...not speaking.
He would have plenty of questions for the now-walking Asiv later.
OOC: Didn't realize this was on me. Sorry guys ^_^

Kiyr is now in her mindscape, a good dream. She's at home. Not in Long Beach, but Seattle. She's out for a run with her dog, Carlian, on her leash! It's a good day, and sunny, which was why she was out and about. Kiyr enjoys the run with her dog. And reaches a dog park! Kyrie turns them into the park for good times! The park has a couple of families there with an assortment of dogs, and a famous dog statue in the middle that has places for dogs to lay down eat, so on and so forth. In Washington as usual its starting to get a little over cast, but nothing out of the ordinary its still bright out. Kyrie lets her dog sniff around and choose where they go. She glances up at the sky, but, isn't too worried. She likes the rain. Kiyrs dog goes about doing doggy things, sniffin butts and eatin treats. A small thunder roll in the sky as the first sign of a light shower, and the rain begins to fall. A familiar scent fills the air, but it isn't rain. Kyrie sways on her feet as the thunder grumbles above, and contents herself with watching her dog and smelling the air, looking for the scent of rain she enjoyed so much...but something was there. She sniffs a bit again. What was it..? She smells blood. The air is bitter and the falling rain is thick, much like bbq sauce, and colored crimson. The dogs in the park begin to one by one fall over, slowly and agonizingly dieing, the family's scream and rush to their animals ignoring the rain to check on their hairy family. Kyrie's eyes shoot wide. Immediately she scoops Carlian up - no big deal as she was very small for a border collie - and ran for the nearest shelter. Kiyr makes it to the shelter, but new fearful screams would be heard from the dog park. Kyrie sets her dog down and unclips the leash, giving her dog the firm command to STAY. She turns at the sound of the screams and, after repeating the command, tears off towards the sounds of the screams. Carlian does as told, due to the crippling pain it was starting to feel. Heading to look at the dog park she would notice the deformed dogs attacking people, tearing them apart. Blood covering the statue that was beginning to move, crack and strain itself. ...what. What even. Kyrie has no idea what she's seeing. Let alone what to do. The pets were family members. But obviously the red rain drove them mad and twisted their bodies. She moves towards the nearest dog and drop-kicks it before kipping back up to her feet, highly aware of the statue beginning to move. The dog would be drop kicked going down with a yelp. The statue ripping its front right paw from its grounding point. One of the deformed animals looks up from the throat of a young girl and would lung for Kiyr's face. Relying on her training, she sidesteps and slams a palm into the side of the dog's head, using enough force to hopefully knock it out. It would work. The statue would pull its other front paw free of its pedestal. The neck would crack as the head turned to look down at Kiyr. The mouth and jaw cracking as it moved to speak. "Why resist?" Kyrie would turn towards the statue and eye it, fingers flexing lightly as she shifted on her feet.
"Because I do not stand families being turned against one another. This is senseless." "Senseless? These families are built on the broken spirits of the weaker race... I simply evened the field and the truth emerged." "Weaker race?"
She stares.
"And what is this 'truth' of yours?" It rips one of its hind paws from its contact point. As a growling sound from behind her can be heard. "Give something power. It will use it to destroy." Kyrie spared a glance behind herself. If t was one...she had a very sinking feeling she knew it was...
"Only if they know no better. Or if they are warped and turned from what they really are." Kiyr was totally right. It was just standing there. Carlian a huge snarling beasty of furry death. Kyrie took a deep breath and bolted towards the statue, utilising all of her parkour skill to boost herself up the statue dog's stationary leg and haul herself up, hoping to get there and up before her now-transformed dog could get her. Luckily she was so good at Parkour, but she could feel the heat of the transformed dogs breath, and the slobber droplets on her shoulders and neck. But she got up the statue and out of that danger. "You see." Kiyr would begin feeling weak. She was covered in the rain, and it had been soaking her so far. Kyrie crouched a moment, panting, and then...she didn't know why, necessarily, but she held up a hand...and tried to create an umbrella.
An umbrella of qi.
Something that really did not fit with her life right now. It was simply something intrinsic. Something that felt right. A melding of worlds. A melding of time.
"You turned her. Do not dare to attempt telling me otherwise." It was working an umbrella was popping up, but it was taxing. Not to mention it felt like something was moving on her face. Breathing hard, she lifted a hand to her face, touching...what was this? She would have to let the umbrella go. And soon. She couldn't hold it for very long. Blue eyes flashed. She felt a kind of liquid wriggling on her face growing and hardening before it encompassed the lot of it. A full mask of moving blob upon her face. "I do not alter anything. I release it." Disgusted and disturbed, she reached up and swiped a hand against her face, taking a good look at the head. Was it still encased in stone?
"Lies." She hissed with a breath, releasing the umbrella. It was slowly braking away the stone to reveal a large dog face covered by a black mask. Swiping her hand across her face cause it to wriggle a bit before beginning to harden. Now that her other hand was free, she held on.
"Who are you? What is your purpose...and why are you doing this?" "I am Omega. You are weak, held back. I will take control and show you the truth of yourself." The mask now almost completely hardened made Kiyr feel stronger. He was not Alpha. He was the Omega. Kyrie grit her teeth...and tried to pull from the mask to deal with the more immediate threat that was the dog. She would attempt to make a weapon from her qi; but kept it small for the moment. Until she would rush and leap up onto the dog's head and from there perhaps stab the dagger-like object into its eye. If she was successful, she would expand and elongate it, hoping to plunge the weapon through its eye and into its brain.
She hoped, before it could attempt to take control. With the mask fully hardened the use of her shadow weapon was so easy it was scary the feel of sudden power. Tanya however notes that she is super aware of her environment. And she can sense the statue is not the actual form of Omega, all the power is coming from the mask on its face. Not only this, but she can literally see a glowing weak point on its left cheek. Kyrie withholds her attack after jumping up and shifts her gaze, trying to get a better bead on the glowing spot...before leaping and gaining a hold of the fur...and jamming her weapon into the glowing point. Once the blade went in the mask crumbled away and Omega went into an excruciating amount of pain, the world began to collapse and everything began going back to normal. Breathing hard despite her strength, Kyrie spidered her qi out through the weapon, stabbing through muscles and around bones--down its neck to the vulnerable major veins and arteries.
She didn't have to kill Carlian. She didn't have to touch or harm her precious dog... The attack is successful and the beast slowly falls motionless and not breathing. Its mask completely obliterated, the pedals being absorbed into Kiyr's mask. Kyrie released the qi, allowing it to splinter and fade in Omega's body as she lost contact with it. She breathed, slow and deep, trying to regain her breath...and gently touched her hands to her face as she noted the pieces of Omega's mask being...absorbed to what she could only think would perhaps be a mask on her own face. Suddenly there would be consciousnesses, upon awakening she'd notice she was still wearing the mask, still felt the power. { OOC: +10 Charisma with mask on. With the mask, Kiyr has the ability to see Qi, what it does, its weaknesses, and can literally read a person's stats. }

In the three seconds after the blonde went limp - even her grip upon David's hand going lax - as she passed out, a mask started to stretch across her face. For a moment, her breath was stuttered and laboured...and by the time the third second had passed, the blonde's blazing blue eyes snapped open to see that she was still on the table.
Her mask was interesting. Pitch black wings highlighted in silver and gray - with small detailing across the protective portion along her face and forehead. The feathering stretched back far, and seemed to bend so they could lay on the table. Her eyes shot from person to person, and the blonde could...she intrinsically knew what their qis were. How strong they were. She could see the weaknesses, and likely only had to apply what could be a proper countermeasure and she had the potential - if she was strong enough - to shut them down in regards to qi.
Physically was another matter. She breathed, pulling in deep breaths, her eyes on David for a moment before...before she tipped her head as she twisted her body a miniscule amount to look at Asiv. To see what she could find out about this man. Her hand tightened against David's hand, drawing and giving reassurance all at once.
Kyrie didn't speak, but absorbed. Observed.

David stuck with her without sleep for the entire time of her being out cold. When she woke up, mask on, he didn't seem scared or phased...he just watched her, curious. She was looking at them as though from a new point of view. He leaned in a bit, not bothering to hide any part of himself, or even trying to, because he trusted her and he really had no reason to be suspicious.
"You okay?"
He watched her, searching her eyes...trying to understand what she had, and what she was going through.
