Mitsuki is near the park in Fullerton that Marcus is swinging in! Suddenly! They both feel faint, before slowly blacking out! When they come to, they find themselves inside a palace. I don't think they're in Kansas California anymore... There is a doorway at each end of the pool, do they go North or South?

Well so much for a peaceful afternoon.....
Marcus jerked with a startled jolt through his spine as he came to, not even able to remember when he passed out in the first place.
Speaking of places.... 'Where the FUCK AM I!?!?!?' He thought to himself in what one would think would be a quite reasonable fashion all things considered. From a Swing set to what now looked like a Turkish Bathhouse.
"Hello?" Marcus shouted as he began to walk around the perimeter of the pool. "Anyone wanna tell me where the Fuck I am?"

Mitsuki slowly got up with a sigh. Wasn't sure if it was the guy's shouting that woke her up or what.
"I think it's just the two of us."
Brushed herself off, looking around. There were two doors...was this a game? Clearly he was in the same boat as she was, so...were they supposed to go separately?
"...I'm getting out of here."
Mitsuki walked toward the south door!

Marcus stiffened in alarm when he caught sight of the young woman. Judging by her clothes she might have been grabbed and brought here same as himself. Best not to make assumptions through, he would keep a wary eye on her underneath a friendly face.
"Names Marcus. Guess I'll tag along then. Not like I got anything better to do round here."
Marcus then followed the young Asian towards the Southern door.

Marcus hears nothing but the sound of his own maracas voice echoing back at him. He does see it's a nice pool though. The two of them head through the South door! When they do, they find themselves outside, the palace they just walked out of behind them! They really aren't in California anymore! Naturally, they stick out like a sour thumb in this area, best find some clothes to help blend in! Fortunately, they find a clothesline of clothes drying at a home nearby! What do they do?

"I'm Mitsuki."
Since he introduced himself, it would be rude not to do the same. Like him, she was wary- having another person tag along could either--
"--...what...?"
They were definitely not in the country where a Starbucks ruled every corner of the block. She stared at the scenery before her and then turned around to see the palace that they had just walked out of. She wondered if it was too late to try the north door- maybe they would have more luck finding answers within the palace rather than outside it.
She looks at the clothes line, then at herself and Marcus, then at the people walking around. They definitely stood out like sore thumbs, but ... they way these women were dressed, she wasn't sure if she even wanted to change. Graghhh.
Unnnnnbelieeeeevable.
"...we should probably change..." and heads toward the clothesline.
Do these people even speak English!?

Like any man Marcus had a natural facination with the female form. Despite this, he was above all else, a gentleman and did not hesitate to tossing the young asian woman the green vest he found amongst the clothes he pilfered. "Here. Don't worry bout me, I'll just go shirtless." He explained casualy as he began to sort the clothes he had found.
Marcus, for his part, was suprisingly taking all of this in stride. In fact it was all reminding him of an old D&D campaign he played from WAAAY way back when. "Best to get out of sight now though. You can take the pool if ya want. I'll hold the fort out here."
Saying that, the man trotted off to find himself a dark alcove Or some piece of concealment to change. Not so much for modesty sake but to ensure he wouldn't be discovered by any of the people in this strange city.
And the BUILDINGS! His body hummed with the need to explore and climb. First thing first though. Swapping his clothes and stashing his own within his bomber jacket which was tied by the sleeves into an easily carried bundle, he unstrapped his fang and adjusted it to fit as a shoulder strap instead.
He couldn't supress a grin. He probably looked downright ferocious right now. Like a Thugee mercenary with his wild hair unbound.

MARCUS TO THE RESCUE.
She stared at the little trinkets of clothing that just barely covered her. The top wasn't even a complete top- something more of a bra, and the bottom...at least it covered her legs. There were some random strips of cloth that weren't meant for anything but tying around the waist, it seemed, from what she noticed from other women passing by.
"Thanks."
Expressed with relief and gratitude.
Since she had been jogging, she was wearing sneakers, a v-neck tee and shorts- items she would like to keep with her, but still disposable. She changed as quickly as she could in the pool room, except it was hard because she didn't understand how to put some of the damn clothes on (if you could even call them clothes). The vest was slipped on last easily enough; a little large for her lithe and petite frame, but otherwise wearable.
She slipped out, a little more content than she was before seeing the clothes. They were extremely light-weight and easy to maneuver in. Heh. She could work with this. Her eyes wandered around a bit more of the different scene before her.
"...I don't suppose you would know where we are?"

Marcus and Mitsuki changed clothes just in time, as high above them, on the second floor of the palace, a young man would emerge from a doorway, walking along the outside and accompanied by a couple young ladies. Their voices would be heard briefly before they headed through the doorway on the opposite end, leaving Marcus and Mitsuki in silence. They are free to re-enter the palace and explore, or explore the outside area.

Upon hearing noises above, Marcus flattened himself against the wall and motioned for Mitsuki to do the same once she walked out the door, keeping a finger to his lips until the people above passed and returned inside.
"fraid I ain't got a clue. Buildings look straight outa the crusades though. Either we've been drugged or someone went through a WHOLE lot of trouble to play a sick game on us or....well anything else would be just plain silly by this point." Marcus did NOT want to voice the possibilty that they had actualy been pulled through time. "Right now I think the better question would be what's our next step cause we got ourselves a feast of choices."
Marcus had a few ideas of course. They could slip into the city proper and get the lay of the land, explore the palace some more while avoiding any guards or one particularly ballsy plan involved climbing the walls of the palace and interrogated the strange man who had passed them by from up above. Either way, he wanted to know why he was here and more importantly, who's ass would he have to kick to get back home.

Well, looks like she and Marcus were on the same boat. She stood against the wall and watched as a man with girls hanging on his arms walked without noticing them. She eyed the man, getting curious- was it his palace that they ended up in?
"...I think we should stick to the palace for now. There's a reason why we woke up here."
She wanted to go home just as much as he did.

Looks like they would be exploring the palace first! If the two headed back through the doorway they came out from, as they did, a pair of eyes would be watching them from the shadows of the rooftop of the building beside the back of the palace as they headed inside. The pair of eyes vanishing from view immediately, soon after a dark figure leaped from the rooftop and grabbed the edge of a balcony, hoisting himself up and slipped inside the palace unnoticed. Once inside, they'd find themselves back inside the pool area, with North their only choice. They would be lead down a single hallway, lit by oil lamps hanging on the wall, the doorway at the end opening up into a large room, with three doorways in the room, one at the west end, one at the east end, and one at the north end. There seems to be no one around or nearby, so they can explore the room as much as they wish.
