After thinking about his very first talk with sider and doing some poking around, Koshiro learned that "Qi" was a form of power. Unique to a person. After some thought on the matter he would seek out the only person he had ever seen use Qi.
Koshiro would walk up to the mansion like normal. Find some random door, and yet another shadow to lean in. Watching the resident's of the mansion move about and train like normal he would walk out to find Rai.
After a while he would find Rai and walk up.
"Hello Raikotsu. How are you today sir?" He would say with an emense amout of respect. (Obvious considering that he never calls him Raikotsu)

Rai looked to Koshiro and raised the eyebrow above his bad eye. He sighed.
"Ok, What do you want?"
Then he would lean against the wall and cross his arms, looking at Koshiro.

Koshiro respectfully nodded his head and responded
"Yes sir. I have been using meditation techniques for a long time." He said in a calm, respectful, quiet tone.

Koshiro was a little thrown off but he didnt show it. After a half second he sat on the floor as he was told and closed his eyes. He unclipped the sword from his belt and laid it across his now crossed legs. He put both his wrists of the sword. One wrist on the hilt and the other on the sheath. His palms turned upward and he sat. A few minutes passed as he relaxed and breathed. He was completely in a meditative state.

Rai waited and watched. When Koshiro had reached a good point Rai would begin to speak.
"Imagine a small flame burning in front of you."

Koshiro would take a moment and then he quite to his own surprise could see it.
The flame sparkled blue in front of him. It waved back and forth and then seemed to grow and shrink, much like a flame in need of more fuel.

Then Rai would hit Koshiro with the bat, hard.

Koshiro would not even flinch. He would speak as if the bat had swung right past him.
