Sword of Storms II - "Stormsever": (+50% base CHA)

This blade is almost a "negative photo" of its sister "Stormheart". The blade is a stark black, the handle more contemporary.Also fused in the upper atmosphere at subfreezing temperatures, David mixed bits of obsidian into the metal to give it a sharp black stain with a shiny palor. This blade never dulls and is absolutely indestructible. This blade seems to hum in the hand, as though calling to return to the sky.

Powers: None when alone

Materials: TBA

Joined abilities: Due to the nature of the blades ("Stormheart" and "Stormsever"), they seem to hum harder in each others prescence (when sheathed), yet when it battle glimmer and flash in glee silently. When a blow is blocked by one of the blades, so long as the other blade is in the opposite hand, the wielder gains 10 percent of the strength and speed the blow was delivered with for the remainder of the thread. The wielder of these blades in unison also gains the ability of flight.

Cost of stat boost explained: The reason I went for a percentage boost was due to exp limitations without fusing.The 50% boost to CHA is significant. However, the boost is to base CHA. I calculate the cost based on standard EXP cost. Let me know if there are any questions.

This blade is white, a tempered wood and steel forged in the Sky at subfreezing temperatures, using high velocity wind and compression techniques. It's blade is sharp as humanely possible, never dulls, and is in the shape of a standard Katana.

Now the cost for buying two items, and fusing them with a third was 11,000.

Just had to verify, but your sellback has now been approved.

The nature of percentage returns has been decided, and no tax will be taken off. This was agreed upon by the admin. For base items returned with simple stat bonuses, those will have a -500 to -1000 tax. Being that none of the three fused items were of that nature, no deductions will be taken.
