Reiner has gone for a walk, the market has just closed yet people are still hovering around. The odd stall is still open selling beverages. Music is playing and people are enjoying the warm weather even this late at night. Some people begin to join in with the songs, the little snap shot of peace and serenity is almost out of place in this world.
Suddenly Riener feels a surge of pride and happiness that his hard work has at least allowed the few hundred people within Huntington Park the freedom to live somewhat normal lives. He's reassured of his goal in life to protect the weak and allow many more people the joy of freedom.

SUDDENLY
The building beside Reiner begins to crumble!
No one else is in range of the falling chunks of building, but Reiner is about to get crushed!

As soon as Reiner realizes that the building is crumbling his first instinct was to check if anyone is around it. Only once he's looked around does he try and escape. Taking several large steps before attempting to leap out of the way.

The rubble slams down into you, partially burying you in very large pieces of concrete or brick or whatever buildings are made of. Looks like you were too slow...
Nothing seems to be broken. Everyone in the vicinity has disappeared, and also suddenly you're pretty freaking hungry and thirsty.
When your vision is not obstructed, you see there's this really juicy and awesome looking watermelon, just sitting there waiting to be eaten. And you're REALLY craving watermelon.

Despite how nice the watermelon looks Reiner assumes that someone ran from the collapsing building. He knows all the food he wants is provided for him at the barracks therefore he gets up dusting himself off and looks around to see if anyone way hurt. He no longer thinks about the watermelon having enough will and self control to ignore it.

Reiner resists the temptation of the watermelon and was also able to pick himself up from underneath the fallen building, with little to no injury.
