David landed gently outside the Crows Nest, a folder tucked under his left arm. He would start walking for the gate, grinning and nodding at the men stationed there, supposing that one or two of them might have been around the last time he showed up.
He would head inside, and speak to the first trooper he saw.
"Could you point me in the direction of Delilah Black, please?"

The soldier he stepped in front of would nod, recognizing the Storm Dragon immediately (the incident the last time he had dropped out of the sky helped solidify his face in the guards' memories). He pointed his thumb to the left of where they currently stood. "The First is in her office in the main garage around the corner. You can go right in."

He nodded in thanks to the man and walked into the garage, looking about for the First Crow eagerly. Once he found her he would grin and clap a fist to his heart- as was customary for a leader visiting the land of another.
"Delilah, good to see you. How have things been?"

Delilah slid out from underneath the van she was working on, and to her feet. Wiping some of the accumulated grease from her face with the rag in her pocket, she smiled and walked to meet up with David.
"Delilah, good to see you. How have things been?"
"Ah, well enough," she replied with a small laugh. "We're still rebuilding after the Barker attack, but things are getting back to normal."
Beckoning to him, she led David to the back of the shop to Delilah's work table, which for once was not littered with small pieces of her trade, but rather mounds and MOUNDS of paper. She smiled back at him sheepishly and took the papers and picked up the piles, pushing them unceremoniously to the side of the desk, leaving a clean wooden surface (gouged and sorched though it was) able to see.
"How've you been, David?"

David watched the girl crawl out from under the vehicle, a smile on his face. As she stated something about the Barker attack, he sighed and nodded- he expected, as he was sure the crows did, that time would be a major factor in rebuilding from that scale of an attack. " Well, let me know if you need some help with it, I'd be glad to send some of the Dragon Workers here to help out." He followed her into the office, the folder still tucked under his arm. He took a deep breath as he sat down, pondering her question a moment. " It has been a trying week. We have had several assassination attempts on our higher ups, as well as issues with spies. I guess Barker is tired of our meddling." He set the folder gently on the now clean surface of the desk and eyed Delilah carefully. " And I think he's going to be a little more than irratable with me after this." David opened the folder, which had pictures of individuals, paperwork, and even some with "KIA" on them. He took out several photos from the bottom of the stack, and laid them out for her, using the wind to close and lock the door, as well as sound proof it from the outside. The pictures were of her territory, Anaheim, at least the area south of it. Other photos showed its southern border with Barkers territory, and the water that bordered it. David clasped his hands and leaned forward. " You may have noticed, but the gap south of Anahiem isn't that large. North are the gods, and west are us, to the sea. Between our territories are major Barker establishments, territory and troop deployments. That little wedge south of your men is the only door to reinforcements that Barker has." David took another file, from the top- it stated across the front page- "UNITED DEATHGATE CAMPAIGN" The operation listed three bulletpoints, the first one being: " DRAGONS OPERATION SPEARHEAD:
Dragon Soldiers move into Crow territory and mass in it's southern border. Crow Troops build at nest and filter the rear of the field behind main dragon force. Dragon troops strike south and create a wall to the sea, cutting off all enemy troop movements in future battle zone (GRIM PRESAD COMMANDING OFFICER). - Note: Crow Navy necessary to prevent Barker encroachment by water - Note: Dragon Troops on the field total 150. - Note: Dragons remain here to assist in case of Barker retaliation. - Note: Although alliance terms incur that Crow assistance necessary, Taken territory is too far from rendered Dragon territory. This new gate will be gifted to Crows." David watched Delilah and would only smile and gesture for her to read on. " OPERATION FLASHSTRIKE:
Fifty Percent of Dragon Soldiers remain at initial landing point to assist Crows in case of Barker retaliation (COMMANDER KAYAMEI COMMANDING OFFICER). Other half melds with Applicable crow forces to slice wedge west to CROWS NEST. (GENERAL HIKARI COMMANDING OFFICER). 150 of Dragon Core marched south from Dragon territory to cut Barker territory in this region by fifty percent (ELDER BLAZE, COMMANDING OFFICER)
- Note: Dragon and Crow casualties, at this point, will be assessed. - Note: ALL BARKER STRONGHOLDS WILL BE BIPASSED FOR FUTURE SEIGE - Note: All Crow and Dragon Armies will, at this point, meet and meld to forge attack force. Reinforce as necessary. (GODS FORCES ADDED) " He leaned back and waited for her to finish. " OPERATION SEASTORM:
All united forces will slash north, to UNDERGROUND FACILITY 2. They will then push west, forcing enemy to surrender or be slaughtered on californian beaches (FIRST BLACK / ELDER BLAZE COMMANDING OFFICERS). Upon surrender or anniahlation of Barker forces, territory will be divided up between participating gangs.
- Note: Territory Claims will be decided at end of Campain - Note: Campaign is a methodical process, as Barker Reinforcements unlikely due to OPERATION SPEARHEAD. - Note: This Campaign may undergo any analysis and change by united forces prior to it's beginning." David took a deep breath and would smile when she looked up. " I discovered a high ranking spy in our midst, and when i explained this, it was very different and suppose to begin tomorrow. But obviously, that won't be the case. It's starting date can be...well, whenever you have spoken with your commanders about it. But I'd like it to be soon, before Barker can move. You are welcome to add things, or alter some and speak with me for confirmation. I'd like to have a meeting with all of us involved within the next forty-eight hours. There, we can go over it all and set a starting date." There is was. All laid out, nice and pretty. He grinned. " Dragons and Crows will free the world together. It begins today." OOC: This was a bitch to do from a phone.
