Action: As Nick peaked over the wall he called down what he saw. Deciding to come down he spoke over his plan with his lieutenants. The other squad had inspected the street, looking around for any houses. Three men decided to scale the baricade using the same technique as before. Two men at the base and one man being supported by the two at the bottom. If another was required they would climb up to stand up on the third man's shoulders.
Question: What do they see?
Action: The other group would continue out until they got to the steel door at the base of the library. The whole time scanning the area, especially looking up.
Question: Are there any boarded up windows on the back end of the Library or for that matter windows in general? Also what is the base con of the walls and steel door?
Action: One they got to the door, they would gently try and push it open. If it didn't budge they would gently move out from there splitting up into two groups and checking the walls for any impurities.
Question: In what condition is the back wall? Are there any imperfections or impurities?
Action: The squad reports their findings to Nick who comes up with a battle plan. He sends a running to fetch Jack and tells them to bring a map of the region.

Jack received the message from a runner who and been sent over the barricade. Nodding he requested a map and followed the man Nick sent for him. Taking two steps he jumped off of both feet and vaulted up to the top. It was a 10ft high barricade but nothing he couldn't do since he was 14 years old. Leaning down he outstretched his hand to help up the scout who had to jump to reach him. Once Jack's vice like grip got hold of his arm he yanked him up and they both jumped over the barricade. Looking at Nick he heard the plan. Rolling the map out they marked points on the map that they had scouted. As reports came in about the library wall and the barricade at the end of the street they began discussing.
"So Archer, what do you have for me?"

The group that was inspecting the barricade behind the library would find that on the inside of the barricade (the side facing closest to the library) there was a large latch that would open up the barricade, letting it swing like a fence door.
The steel door (CON: 50) wouldn't budge, and would be the only opening that existed behind the library, with the only windows in sight being on the sides, about two levels up, and boarded. The wall had some weak spots, but overall it was pretty solid, even after withstanding the bombs. (Reg CON: 20 Weakened CON:15)

Question: The group that opens the hatch what do they see?
Action:
Nick begins to point at the map.
"We assume the entrance is somewhere here, it may be guarded we do not know. We have an entry point on the second floor through a window It looks like an office window I can not be sure." Moving over to point at the side alley "With a reinforced steel door guarding the rear entrance we should look for an alternative route into the Library. We do not know the enemies numbers but we have scouted the intermediate area on our side. They are held up in the Library and it may be best we apply a zerg technique. I will lead a squad up the side of the building and then breach in through the office window. We should send Reiner in from the rear of our column up into a frontal assault here on the entrance. You are the only one capable of breaching the walls, therefore once you make an initial breach open up the hole as much as possible and swarm the soldiers through. Reiner coming in from the front and my squad going in from the top. Enough confusion should be initiated from your assault to allow my squad the time to find and extract the captives. I motion that one of my squads be sent in with Reiner allowing you to take and use the full combative force of Invictus."
Nick looked up at the commander and hoped it was going to work.
Action once Jack gives the command:
Nick would throw the tin can over the wall and then begin to scale the wall as he had done previously. Dropping over the wall, his men went to work and through a combined effort got everyone over the ten foot wall. Once they were on the ground they would all begin to scale the library wall. It was slow going as they tried to find hand holes but they used the boarded up windows as a starting point.
They would climb to one floor above the window and then swing themselves in. This maneuver wouldn't be possible by the average person but all DV soldiers had been trained at a level befitting that of elite soldiers. Once they all kicked through the glass they would begin to search the room to gain some barrings.

Clapping Nick's back he agreed to the plan and issued the command to begin their preparations for the imminent battle. Over the next ten minutes all personnel had been informed of the plans, troops began moving all around. Five were with Nick ready to scale the wall and then then to breach the library through the second floor office window. Ten were with Jack and nine were with Reiner. He would walk to the barricade which separated them and the main street and pull himself up.
"When you receive the signal start moving out after twenty seconds"
Dropping down Jack turned to Nick. "Here" he said after reaching down to pick up a tin can. "When I give the order throw this over the wall at Reiner's squad so they know when to go." After receiving confirmation from Nick Jack would move out and line himself up at the alley entrance so he had a clear run to the library's steel door.
Turning to Nick Jack gave the order. Nick would throw the can over the barricade and then begin scaling the wall with their team. Dropping over the wall and into the library's grounds. Jack however would take a sprinters stance, somewhat like how Olympic sprinters get down on the blocks. A four point stance.
He counted down the seconds in his head before pushing off the ground with enough force to cause the concrete underneath to break. Picking up speed until he reached his maximum sprint speed Jack began to angle his body down and at the last moment before impact he lunged off of his left foot so he could slam his left shoulder into the wall. He would strike about a meter away from the steel door with the intention of entering the library at an angle. Effecting ending up where he would have been had he just knocked the door down. Drawing his mace in his hand he swung it out while extending it into it's morning star shape and swung it around in a circle breaking the walls all around him to allow more of his men who were just catching up room to enter.

Reiner moved out at a slow melodic pace, building up speed as the jogged down the street and turned into sight of the front entrance.
"Forward!"
The German yelled as he too broke into a sprint, his intent to barge his way into the library and take down anyone who opposed them. There were two guards there blocking their way. Forming into a wedge formation Reiner lined himself up to hit in between the two guards. Running passed them he would attempt to clothesline the two blocking their path and breach the front entrance. while he was a slow moving person, he moved with intent and conviction. Anything short of his goal of breaching the front entrance would be considered a failure. His men, his commander and his comrades were all risking their lives in or to complete this mission. Even the scouting squads were being called upon for direct combat. This spurred him on.
Once they made contact with the enemy Reiner would be ruthless in how he engaged them, while never showing hatred or anger toward his enemies he could never show mercy.

Three Front Assault
The group that was inspecting the barricade would open the latch, and swing it open, to reveal... an empty alleyway. No one, or thing, in sight.
Nick's team would infiltrate the office, and with no one in the room, their infiltration was so far unnoticed. Books lined the walls, and a large oak desk stood to the side of the room. A page was kept out on the desk, and there was a simple message written on it.
"We know you're here."
Jack would slam in through the back wall, and be faced with a large room, with many startled people in it. Half a dozen sets of eyes made their way over to the armed Jack, and his incoming squad.

Reiner's team would meet resistance, as the two guards at the door braced for impact as they collided with Reiner's meaty forearms and immediately got swept off their feet, and trampled upon by his men. Once inside the doorway, a barricade would stand before them, three soldiers hiding behind overturned book shelves. One of them, standing in the center, looked like he was wearing a Navy SEAL uniform. He looked at Reiner.
"This is the part where you fall down and bleed to death."

Clearing the ground in a matter of steps Jack would lunge forward raising his cleaver up into the air and bringing it down with the intention of impaling the tip of the cleaver into the skull of the closest enemy. Simultaneously following through with his swing he would use the momentum generated by the downward swing to step forward and torque his upper body. Almost as if he were doing a reverse back hand strike he would spin around and swing his morning star around at all that was close by.
By now his men had entered the breach and were swarming forward. Lifting his cleaver up into the air ready to block any incoming attacks Jack waited to advance until his men surged around him.
"Kill them all!"
His clothes were torn and covered in dust from the bricks he smashed through earlier but his eyes were ablaze with passion and his heart yearned for battle. Today he would once again successfully defend the lands he had claimed.

Looking at the three in front of him, they slowed their advance right down. The commander of the first blockade spoke up. His American accent annoying him greatly. Raising his fists he took the lead, four of his Invictus soldiers were directly behind him and behind them were the recon squad. Letting out a low disapproving growl. "This is the part where you fall down and bleed to death."" Vorwärts Marsch!" The command to march forward was given, and one step at a time they marched forward, each step painfully slow, their eyes locked onto their targets. They moved as a solid unit, letting out a growl with each step. Reiner dwarfing them all had the scariest expression. He was at a deep conflict he had dedicated his life to the protection of the weak for the greater good of all humanity. But here, today he was all but a soldier and soldiers had to follow orders. When the pack got close enough to attack the rear line of five would split up into two groups of three and two. Two went right and fanned out jumping over the barricade and attacked the one on the right from his left. While the two directly behind Reiner on his right launched themselves forward in an attempt to pincer him. They would punch, kick, bite and grapple. If they ever got the upper hand by pulling him to the floor they would stomp the man to death. What ever it took defeat him even if they had to kill. The same thing would occur with the man on the left, three recon troops would attempt to flank while the two to his back left would surge forward and attack in a frontal assault. This left Reiner and the Lieutenant left. Hoping to capitalize on the mayhem caused by their maneuver Reiner would reach out and grab the man. Attempting to pull him out from behind the barricade and throw him away from his support. From here they would begin their solo battle to the death.

They slowly paced around the office and looked around the top floor. Looking for materials of use. Studying the books that lined the walls he tried to find anything of interest, before reaching the desk at the side of the room. Crumpling up the note he had to calm the rage he felt inside, this mission required that he be calm and composed.
Question: Is there anything which can be used as an effective weapon in the office?
Once they finish scanning the office they begin to move out of the room and look around.
Question: What do they see when they exit the office? Is there any stairs near by that lead up or down?

Jack
His initial strike with the cleaver would instantly kill one of the thugs, and the sweeping move with his morningstar would knock back two more, causing them to fall to the ground in pain.
That left three baseball bat wielding thugs, who looked somewhat hesitant to attack, due to their buddy just taking a cleaver to the brainpan. After a moment, one of them rushed forwards, aiming his bat to take a swing sideways at one of Jack's men. Mustering up all his strength, he would swing right for the head.
The other two acted a moment later, rushing in on the opposite flank and swinging their bats vertically downwards at two of Jack's other men.
Reiner
Reiner's men would successfully overpower the flanking men to the ground, and, even with the struggle, with the combined forces, they were grounded fairly quickly. The Lieutenant, however, was not.
Being thrown from the barricade, he rolled from the ground and landed on his feet, spinning as he rose to face Reiner. From there, he rushed forward, keeping low. He then suddenly jumped quite high, aiming a knee spike right for Reiner's chin.
Nick
Nick would find nothing really that would stand out as a weapon, but there was multiple items such as metal pens, letter openers, and did I mention a ton of books/magazines?
Anyways, as soon as they tried to leave the office, they would find the door very much locked. It was locked from the other side, for some odd reason.

The three men who met the thugs front on would try and protect themselves. Raising their arms up over their heads and trying to avoid the initial blow attempting to minimize the damage. After the first attack they would if still standing grapple with the thug. By then the rest of the team would surge around them and fight them. Taking them to the floor and stomping them to death. If one of his men were knocked down by the exchange Jack would engage the thug and use his cleaver for a precision attack. The odds were in their favor and his men were moving in on the thugs at an alarming rate. If the skirmish had not been resolved quickly Jack would again engage the remaining two soldiers.
"Take their weapons, and lets move out. Invictus! TO GLORY!"
Jack would lead the advance.
Question: Now that the thugs have been killed in the initial skirmish are there any pathways available?

Nick swore when he couldn't open the door. Looking around Nick studied his surrounding once again. Tracing his hand along the wall to the right of the door.
Question: Describe the wall's condition and give a description of the wall. Does it have wallpaper, is it wood or is is brick? What is it's constitution.
"We're locked in, it seems. I thick we need to break through the walls. Lieutenant, to me, the rest of you study the book shelves their may be like a secret passage or leaver that opens this door. I don't know, their might be something."
When his Lieutenant stood next to him, they both studied the walls and tried to find any and all weaknesses.

Reiner was a large man, he was used to fighting people who were much smaller than him so it was no surprise that the man tried to attack him in the head region. He was in a standard fighting position and when the man's knee came he he tried his best to lean back and raise his left hand up to protect his face and his right hand down to try and parry the knee or at least provide enough resistance to just move back with it. From there Reiner was still on the back foot and recovering from the initial attack.

Jack
After a few quick seconds, the battle was over, and in the favor of DV. Not one of Jack's men were injured in the skirmish, save for sore muscles or bruises.
There was an open door to Jack's left, and connecting to the door was a wall made out of glass. Through it he could see small shelves of books, about 4 feet tall each. They were arranged around a circle with pathways coming in and out. There was also a large hanging sign that said "Children's Books".
Reiner
The Lieutenant was parried, and his forward momentum was somewhat dissipated, but as he fell into a standing position within Reiner's grappling range, he began to strike the large man around the ribs, rocking back and forth with a right-left hook combination. While one hand was attacking, the other was in a high guard, wary of a quick movement that could send him flying.
Nick
As his team made an effort to try and find any secret passageways, Nick and his Lieutenant would search the wall. It was an inner wall, and not load bearing. A wood frame with drywall (Con 5) was all that stood between the team and their freedom.
The team's search would come up empty, save for a few scattered bookmarks and lost pocketchange.
