Staring down at his empty hand, his mask having vanished in a small blaze of black flower petals, he would blink once, before making a motion with his hand as if he was pulling on a mask. Because it was worth a shot.

(If at all possible I would like my mask to cover the left half of his face, leaving just the hole for the eye)
He would reach his left hand up and cover the left side of his face, he would try and pull the goop all as one peice across and off his face.

Kazuya's mask seems to solidify more and more as he moves his hand. He can feel it in his fingers before its visible. Not only that, but once he finishes the motion... Kazuya can see.
Koshiro's quick swipe rubs the goo all across his face it covers the left side of his face and solidifies boringly.

Curiouser and curiouser. As he moves his hand he can feel the mask seem to solidify more and more, and can feel the mask before it becomes visible. But that wasn't what caught him off guard, but instead...
"I... I can see."
Which normally wouldn't sound like the news of the century, except Kazuya had become blind. With his new-found vision, he would start by pointing his left hand at a nearby ruined and abandoned building, and would fire a blast of fire at it. It was hard to believe, but if the fire hit the building, he'd believe it.

Koshiro would feel the simple, not at all stupid or boring looking mask solidify.
"Hmm" he calmly stood.

He received no answer to his plea to Delilah, and he started to doubt that he had even said it. The strange fluid crawling across his face started to solidify into a hard white substance. It hadn't fully formed yet, but at the time it was encroaching over his chin, he noticed Kazuya and Koshiro with their 'masks' fully formed.
"What... is going on... Can anyone hear me?"
For some reason he felt lost in the mask, lost in himself. And, not at all claustrophobic.

David tried to wipe the goop away, but as it swarmed over his face, and hardened, he would reach up to the edge and grip it roughly, not talking to anyone else as he would attempt to rip the friggen thing from his face.

Yachiru reached up to her face, curious how it hardened on the others. She wondered how it would take effect on her. Though she stayed silent until she could find out more.

Koshiro and Rai set Marcus shoulder back into place with a sickening suction sound. Just in time for the man to begin scratching at his face where he felt the ooze flow and harden, sending the leader of the wolfpack into a panic!
"This is gross, this is GROSS, THIS IS OH SO FUCKING GROSS!"
He would cry as he tried hard to pull the encroaching black plating off of his face. This was NOT something he wanted happening, for all he knew this was some sort of final attack of that strange beast.
"Get this shit offah me!!!"

Koshiro ran back to Marcus' side.
"Sir, Calm down! Its fine. You need to relax. A calm mind slows the ooze down."
He tried to hold Marcus' arms so he wouldn't move too much.

Marcus would hollar, his voice a mix of fear and frustration. How can they all be calm at a time like this? They had OOZE pouring from their FACES! The fact that it was hardening only made him feel worse.
Noone seemed to be suffocating.
Yet.
And it was that yet that freaked him out so.
This was beyond his comfort zone. Even worse that when he first got his Qi.
Did he miss the 'giant black Qi monster that makes you spew black pus' chapter in the Book Leon sensei had given him?
Still, he was a Grim. Can't let people see him flip out like this.
Taking a deep breath, careful not to inhale the hardening goop, Marcus let it out slowly before raising his hands to waist hight, palms out in a gesture of centering himself.
Then he opened his eyes, not having noticed they had been clenched shut since the goo came forth.
"Sitrep. Now."
He demanded, targeting Lucien and Koshiro. His voice cool and authorative as he felt his heartrate return to some semblance of normal.

Annnnnnnddd this is what she wanted to avoid. Panicking. Not that she didn't find any of this strange and worthy of some form of freaking out. Actually being too calm about the situation if found a bit more concerning. Nothing was happening to her as it was with everyone else. Now to her that was alarming considering she came back from the supposed dead with no memory. The moment Marcus started freaking Eury instinctively let him go.

She wanted to tell him to calm down as she stood up to give him the space needed. Though another, as the guy from the beginning - the fire bender- rushed over with his mask? She looked up to him watching what he did, watching it solidify. He was blind? Well Eury hadn't gotten close enough to notice in the beginning. She looked around at everyone again, her eyes targeting Rai. Had to make sure her nephew was ok.
"You alright over there Rai?"
She began to walk passed Marcus which of whom had finally calmed a little. Good cause his freaking out was starting to effect her. She felt some anxiety momentarily. Her right hand touched Marcus right shoulder as she stood side to side with him.
"Thanks for relaxing you were starting to give me a little anxiety there.."
He might start to feel a little good. A little too good. She wasn't meaning to but she was accidentally increasing the pleasure receptors of his body. She really needed to stop touching people bare handed until she was in control of everything again. She'd let go and speak with an even tone.
"I think everyone's a bit in awe right now to answer... It looks like you guys killed it but it let something behind. Whatever that is on all of your faces is hardening into a mask of some kind..What I'm wondering is why and what does it do? Not going to lie I kinda want to study this"
The end was a bit under her breath as she moved away from him and looked around to the others and then the area itself. She was too curious about it all. Curious if there was something left behind she could study. Science and history how she loved both equally.

Lucien was all about the sitrep. It kept his mind off of what was happening to his psyche.
"Sir! An unknown creature of unknown origin appeared and started displaying aggressive behaviour towards anyone it came across. The creature has now been.. neutralized.. B-but as a final act, it shot out pieces of itself into the people of the immediate area. These pieces soon dissolved into a strange non-newtonian substance which is now encroaching on our faces, hardening into some sort of..."
And he looked at those around him, then. Some were developing faster than others, but with a clear outline and marks for detail, it definitely looked like a...
"Mask... These masks have unknown effects, other than that which has given Kazuya Hikari of Dragons the ability to see."
Looking to the woman touching Marcus' shoulder, then to Koshiro, then to Marcus.. The masks were fully forming now.
