Grayon opened the door to the small cafe, and walked inside. He walked briskly to a small table in the corner near a window, setting down his black briefcase by it. He then approached the counter and looked at the young woman behind the counter.
"A Grande Cafe Latte. No whipped cream, and hold the foam if possible."
The young lady dissappeared behind the counter, a few noises heard while she began to make his drink. A few minutes later, she came back, his drink exactly as he ordered.
"Nicely done. Here's the payment, keep the change."
He did that not simply because he was feeling nice, but more along the lines of not caring. He did think the drink was well made as he sipped it, but did not care to make a fuss over getting his drink. He had more important things to attend to anyway...
Grayon walked back to his table and set his drink down, pulling up his briefcase and setting it on the table as well. He then opened teh briefcase and pulled a slim, laptop. He took a cable fromt he case as well and plugged it into the laptop and a nearby plug in the wall. He then sipped on his latte as he impatiently waited for his computer to load up. When it finally came up, he opened an internet link and surfed to the only site he cared about.
Stocks.
Grayon browsed through his different stocks, making mental notes and formulating strategies. He then began to log in to make the necessary adjustments, selling certain stocks, and buying others. After he finished, he sat back and waited for any updates. This was the part he hated the most... simply waiting for it all to happen... but that was the way the world worked.
