As Daniel slammed the ground with his ice-encased fist, the ground rumbling and shaking beneath him, opening up fissures, Lucien would come flying straight at him, arms out in front. With no time to evade, all Daniel could do was concentrate, and just as Lucien's arms began to wrap around him, a circle of wind would slam point-blank into Lucien's chest, hopefully not only knocking Lucien back, but also knock the wind out of him.
If Lucien was knocked back, wasting no time, Daniel would dart towards him and try to punch Lucien in the side of his head with his ice-encased fist, keeping his ice blade close in case he needed to block any counter attacks.

As he grabbed hold of Daniel's collar, a blast of wind struck up and hit him point-blank. His momentum was dissipated, and a backwards momentum soon caught hold of the skinny man. Luckily enough, he had the presence of mind to keep his hold on the man, and as he was sent backwards, he used his weight to drop himself and Daniel backwards, kind of like a suplex, with Lucien dropping as Daniel flew over him to drop a few feet away, on his back. Then Lucien would continue his backwards momentum to complete his back-roll, coming up in a three-point position on top of Daniel.
If all that was successful, Lucien would keep his grab on Daniel with one hand while the other hand offered punches to the face.
If he's just using his Qi to knock me away and keep me at a distance.. I just have to keep a point of contact with him.

As Daniel flew over Lucien from the Crow grabbing his collar and dropping him in a suplex of sorts, just before he hit the ground on his back, using the remaining water left in most of his water bottles, saving the rest for now, a pillow of water would form beneath him, cushioning his landing as he landed on his back on the ground. With Lucien still maintaining a hold on Daniel, he could only quickly form a full body armor of ice from his blade and the cushion of water beneath him just as Lucien ended up on a three-point position on top of him and begin launching punches with one arm.
With both arms held in a cross shape in front of him, he would take the punches while maintaining the ice to prevent it from cracking from the punches, but to Lucien, he would feel like he was, well, punching solid ice. Despite the hold he still had on him, while Lucien continued to wail on Daniel, wasting no time, he'd concentrate, and without warning, thick spikes of ice would form from his armor and shoot straight up at Lucien, and if that wasn't enough to force him off Daniel, then the circles of wind that would slam into his chest repeatedly would.
If he managed to get Lucien off him, he'd quickly climb to his feet while offering him a wide grin, the spikes sticking out of his armor retracting back into his armor.
"Was that your best? Sorry Lucien, better luck next time."

Lucien threw four punches at the ice wall before it started to really freaking hurt. Just before he was about to find a way around it, spikes appeared from the ice wall and started to grow out towards him. On top of that, a blast of wind knocked into him, trying to force him upwards and away from Daniel. With those forces working against him, it didn't take long for the slim man's grab was loosened, and he eventually was blown off. But as he was, he used his legs to jump upwards with it, trying to stabilize himself in the air.
Landing on one knee about ten feet away, Lucien stood and saw the spikes slide back into the armor plate. He sighed, exasperated.
"I can tell you're playing with me. You're obviously much stronger, quicker, and more adept with Qi than I am. So why don't you fight at full strength?" He asked, slightly irked at how this fight was going. Meaning, they'd been fighting for a good few minutes, and no one was badly injured.

Davids left foot touched first, then his right, lightly kissing the concrete twenty feet off to the right of both fighters. He lowered himself into a full standing position, watching both of them with mild interest. He didn't even seem like he was going to get involved- he just slipped back and leaned against a light post, watching, waiting.
His contact lens flickered on, giving him a small graphic interface- The crows Power Level, and the Dragons.
The Crow was displayed as : 1520- QI NOT ACCESSIBLE
Decent. Away and above from the average. He was obviously not a standard lackey. Perhaps something akin to a Luitenant? He wasn't...quite sure how the command structure worked. His may alter drastically depending on what happened with his Qi active. His lens filtered the Dragons statistical power value next.
The Dragon: 2110 - QI IN USE
David frowned. Quite high. He didn't recognize this kid- perhaps because he had not been in the gang for weeks but...he was strong. It shouldn't take quite so long in a fight with gaps in strength of this magnitude... Though it could be him testing the waters. Both of them. Wanting to see how each other stacked up...but he tended to agree with the Crow when the man told this kid to step it up. He was the audience, after all, and wanted a show.

"Because nobody fights at full strength right away. But since you ask so nicely, I guess I can show you my full power."
Grinning at Lucien, meanwhile Daniel had been controlling the remaining water left in his bottles to trickle out of the bottles, pooling at his feet, before making it run along with two melted layers of his ice armor along the ground in an almost ankle deep stream of water towards Lucien, the water splashing up against his feet.
As it did however, Lucien would find his feet suddenly encased in ice, as more water from the rest of Daniel's full body armor would stream along the ground, leaving Daniel with just a pair of ice gauntlets as he moved his hands back and forth, mimicking the motion of the ocean tide, the water he controlled following his action and splashing repeatedly against Lucien, encasing him in more ice.
If Lucien was unable to escape, he would find himself encased in thick ice up to his mid-thighs as Daniel would dash towards him, any remaining water on the ground trailing after him as he splashed through it and would coat and freeze, thickening his ice gauntlets. As soon as he reached Lucien, he would launch a fast and furious barrage of punches at his head, each punch packing his full strength, and would continue the barrage until the Crow was knocked out, or escaped.

Lucien didn't have the foresight to notice the ice that encroached on his ankles until it was already up past his socks. As he tried to budge out, it kept rising, and Daniel got closer as it did. Mid-thigh in a layer of ice, he was rooted to the ground.
This is bad...
As Daniel surged in for the punches, Lucien would move and turn from his hips, hoping to dodge most of the barrage. His hands were also helping deflect and guide the punches away from his face, but there wasn't much else he could do without moving his feet.
When he found the opportunity - maybe 5 or 6 punches in - he would turn his body and thrust a straight jab into the man's neck, just below the ear where the jaw turns upwards. Hopefully the stunning move would allow enough time for Lucien to move on to another move, or to try to escape.
Though, he was enjoying this more.

Most of his beginning punches dodged or deflected by Lucien's movement and hands, about five or six punches into his barrage, a straight jab was launched at his neck. Unable to pause in his barrage to evade or block the jab, all Daniel could do was concentrate, and would repeatedly launch circles of wind right at Lucien's fist, hopefully strong enough to counter the jab and stop The Crow's fist dead on, before it reached his neck.
If he was successful, he would continue with his barrage of punches at Lucien's head, to try and knock out The Crow quickly, while continuing to maintain the ice encasing Lucien's legs. If the punches didn't knock Lucien out, Daniel controlling temperature of the ice to steadily drop lower and lower would, while one layer of his ice gauntlets would slow move up his arms, forming full arm armor on both arms.

Lucien almost landed his punch, and if it weren't for the blasts of wind fighting against his fist, it would have been a direct hit. Unfortunately enough for him, it was the case, and as his punch literally stopped short he was presented with another barrage of blows to the face. This time, he wasn't so lucky.
Taking almost every hit directly, his face lurched from side to side, reacting to each blow. It wasn't long before his desperate struggling stopped, and as the icy armoring got more tough, his arms would soon fall to his side.
Blow after painful blow to the face, and he couldn't pass out. His weak frame was only supported by the encroaching ice, and though he couldn't move, he was conscious through all of it. He could feel everything, his skin splitting, his bones vibrating, his brain shaking in its cavity. He felt the spark inside him, and it cried out still. But he couldn't move.
Whenever Daniel decided to stop, Lucien would simply stand there limply, panting, wavering eyes staring at him.

The motion of Lucien's face lurching side to side from the blows raining down on his head, a sad, almost pitiful sight, Daniel would keep the barrage up for about half a dozen more punches before slowing down, then finally stopping. Panting from the amount of physical force expended, though he was slightly worn out from the exertion of energy, Lucien on the hand, looked worse for wear.
His limp body supported only by the ice encasing his lower body, Daniel's hard as flint eyes would meet Lucien's wavering eyes as the ice gauntlet would recede away from Daniel's right fist and he would concentrate and combine the circle of wind with his attempt to uppercut Lucien's chin, to try and put an end the fight.

By this time, David was staring at Lucien, waiting, watching. Seeing what kept him on his feet. If it was stubborness...strength of will...or a desire to do more. To be better.
Whatever it was...he liked it.

Lucien could only stand there, slumped over, while he watched the ice move from Daniel's fist up his arm. It moved like a glacier, leaving everything behind clean and new.
He stared, body slumped and held in place by ice. The fist came to him in slow motion, even when accelerated by the wind blast. He saw it approach, aiming for a thick uppercut. It would be a knockout punch.
No muscle control. No nervous response. No reaction.
BAM.
His head swung back with the force, his whole body rocked back, slumping backwards, only as far as the ice would allow. There, he stilled.

His uppercut slamming dead-on into Lucien's chin, his aim straight and true, Daniel would watch as The Crow was partially lifted up into the air by his fist, the ice encasing his lower body the only thing keeping him grounded, before retracting his fist.
A brief moment of sadness appearing in his eyes before returning to cold and hard as flint at the sight of Lucien's limp body, Daniel would reach out and control the ice to break off in giant pieces and form a pile at his feet, making sure to catch Lucien the moment he was freed from his ice prison.
As the limp body of The Crow was supported by his arms, Daniel would raise the temperature of the ice to cause it to melt and become water again, controlling it to flow back into the bottles strapped about his person, and would shut the bottles tightly. Proceeding to hoist The Crow up on his back, Daniel would then begin making his way to Dragon Territory, so that Lucien could rest and recover before returning to his own territory, the land of The Crows.

David would take A little breath, eyeing them as Lucien finally went down. He would push off the pole and follow from a distance, hands in pockets, to wherever Lucien was left. Once Daniel was gone, David would step inside and sit in a chair next to the couch or at the end of the bed, and cross his legs, waiting for the man to wake up.

Good fight, good development, out of your characters this is one of my favorites. The way you wrote him in this showed his coldness and his internal rationalism with it.
Lucien DeChain: +1 Exp
Good fight, I like the direction your heading and the way you pushed at the end, it gave a feeling that Lucien wanted nothing more than to find his limits and break them down to rebuild them in the image he saw.
David Blaze: 0 Exp
As you where just watching you get no experience, but as usual you bring a sense of analysis and focus towards some goal. I'm curious to see what the next roll of thoughts are.
