In Neutral Territory, just outside Dragon Territory, Roscoe Sudeki was casually strolling through View Park, his twin sister Raine Sudeki meeting up with him later on. Although the main reason Roscoe was out was because Kentler literally forced him to spend some time apart from Raine (much to his displeasure), it really had been a while since he had some time to himself. Because seriously, he wasn't expecting to run into members of the Sudeki clan, main and/or branch family. |

"Dammit."Rose said aloud. "Guard Raikotsu he said, It'll be easy he said!"Rose remarked mocking Kentler's voice. "Yeah well when was the last time YOU watched your son for extended periods of time?!"She was now yelling at an imaginary image of Kentler. All the while Kokuryū just following behind her listening to her rant without having any input, though even if he had something to say it was probably best he didn't say anything. "I mean really! He knows we have to watch over him and protect him so why does it seem we spend half of our time 'protecting' him JUST TRYING TO FIND HIM?!?!"Kokuryū just shrugged but otherwise staid silent. Rose would finally let out a sigh. "Whatever you know what? We should just go do are own thing today, forget Rai. Let him go be in danger by himself, we are going to have fun by ourselves for once, what do you say big guy?"Kokuryū would sigh and start to shake his head but before he could even twitch Rose was speaking again. "Good! I'm glad you agree, now where are we..."Rose and Kokuryū would stop and begin to look around the area to see if they recognized where they were.

Rose and Kokuryu may not recognize the area they were in at first, but they would recognize the guy that walked past them. His eyes sliding over and past the two guardians of Raikotsu Sudeki, just as he began walking away and wondering what he should have for lunch with Raine, Roscoe's brain would finally process and recognize the faces he had passed. His foot hovering in mid-step, he'd quickly whirl around and stare at Rose and Kokuryu.
"What the... Rose? What are you doing here? I thought you were supposed to be guarding that idi- I mean, Raikotsu? Unless he's hiding, I don't see him anywhere."

Rose stopped and looked to the person who had said her name, complete surprised to find that there was even anyone there.
"Who the- Roscoe?! Well I'll be damned. No Rai has escaped us yet again to go do something of some sorts somewhere, as if he ever actually tells us."
Kokuryu would stop as well and actually opened his mouth as though he were about to speak but was quickly cut off by Rose.
"What about you? What are you doing out here I don't think I've ever seen you outside of the compound... Well then again I didn't leave much before Rai so I guess... But thats aside from the point what brings you out here? And where is your other half?"

"You have my sympathies, having to watch over and run around chasing after the heir apparent to our clan all day every day."
Roscoe would comment dryly, a wry smile on his face. He would look over at Kokuryu as the tall, silent man opened his mouth to speak, only to be cut off by Rose, Roscoe shifting his attention over to her instead.
"Me? Oh... Kentler forced me to go out and spend some time by myself. He said I'm spending too much time with Raine, so here I am, wandering around like a little lost puppy... Or something like that. Raine's back at the compound I think. We're meeting up later for lunch. What about you guys? Going to head off on your own, since Raikotsu ran off again?"

Kokuryu opened his mouth to speak again but was cut off, again.
"You know what? Yes, I'm tired of hunting after Rai all the time its time we get to go do our own thing."
Kokuryu looked at her and shook his head. He knew that they should keep searching for Rai but he also knew there was no point in trying to convince her otherwise.

"So what exactly does your brilliant idea of spending your time doing your own thing today involve?"
Roscoe would ask dryly, his arms casually folded across his chest. It was clear to him Kokuryu thought otherwise, but Rose seemed pretty set on spending a night out in town, so to speak.
"If all you plan to do is wander around... That's not much of a good time."

Kokuryu would use one finger to re-position his sunglasses on his face as he turned to look at Rose, who was caught off-guard to Roscoe's question.
"I, uh, well..."
She had no idea what to do, she was honestly not use to this kind of freedom.
"Obviously... we will, uhm, go and do... stuff, important stuff! That can't be discussed now because it its, uhm, important! Of course."
Kokuryu just shook his head and sighed.
"I mean... that is what we will do unless you want some company for a little while and then we can go do our important stuff."
Rose looked way to confident, it was obvious that she though she pulled that one off smoothly...

An unimpressed look on his face, it didn't take a genius to figure out that Roscoe was anything but convinced by Rose's response, continuing to keep his arms folded casually across his chest. Real smooth Rose, she almost had him convinced! Really, she did!
"So what you're saying is, you have absolutely no idea what you or Kokuryu were even planning to do today. Riveting. ... How about you two come join me for lunch with Raine? It beats the whole lot of nothing you were going to do."

Kokuryu smiled and let out a small chuckle, Rose would turn beat red.
"Wha- I, no we, we had lots of stuff like uhm well we-"
Kokuryu placed a hand on her shoulder and shook his head. To which she would sigh and collect herself.
"Ok, we had nothing to do, and yes if you really don't mind it would be nice to see Raine again."

"All you had to say was no, you had nothing planned. C'mon, let's go, Raine's probably already at the cafe."
Letting out a low chuckle, he would lead the way out of the park and back towards Dragon Territory, Raine having decided they would be eating at the Peace Cafe.
"So have you thought of anything to do after lunch? Surely you have some idea of something to do."

"Well you two could always just hang out with us. Sit in the cafe, relax, chat, have a coffee or whatever either of you like to drink."

Rose would try to speak this time with Kokuryu stopping her by placing a hand on her shoulder. Then he would look to Roscoe and nod, waving his hand as though to say "Lead the way."

Giving Kokuryu a slight nod of his head, Roscoe would turn and lead the way out of View Park and towards the Peace Cafe. A few minutes later, he would pull the door of the cafe open, his sister, Raine already seated at a table, waiting for him. Hearing the door open, Raise would lift her head up and see her brother come in, followed by... "Rose? Kokuryu? It's nice to see you both. Are you two joining us for lunch?" |
