OOC: Levi Kayamei.
When she briefly visited Chicago, she and her older brother dove into topics they hadn't touched upon in years. Because she had gone in August, she happened to be visiting during her birthday and, consequently, her twin brother's death anniversary. It had been nearly a decade since his death and Mitsuki still had no idea how it was her brother met his demise; she knew that he had been heavily involved in the black market and assumed he mixed himself with bad business. She knew nothing of his relations with others so it wasn't as if she could just go around and ask, except that he had been loved- and she knew this because there was always a new bouquet of flowers every day she had gone to visit during the two weeks she had gone to Japan. He shielded that aspect of his reckless lifestyle from their biological parents that even they were left in the dark.
There was something she always wondered- why. He chose to push her completely out of his life. She thought she and Reita had this 6th sense of knowing what the other was feeling; the content of their thoughts were always so transparent to each other, from what she remembered. She understood why he chose to stay with their biological parents, and he understood why she chose to leave with their adoptive ones. So on top of not understanding his death, she came to realize she didn't even understand her other half.
So when Reita - her older brother, who consequently shared the same first name as her twin - brought up Reita Yun in conversation out of the blue...she knew that he had newly acquired information.
She had no idea who Levi was; she had assumed it was Kaz because she knew he had ties with the Yakuza... She knew she could always ask David or Kaz to point the man out, but because this was personal business...
So she was in Dragon territory, wandering around in the open. She was there often, asking around for a 'Levi' and how she could reach him, or if he was even available. The soft murmurs of her request should have reached his ears by now, since she had been seeking his presence throughout Dragonland for a couple of days- and Mitsuki herself was no stranger, as she and David were close friends.

"He was tied to the Yakuza."
"...so that's how he died?"
"I'm not sure... But he was friends with someone who's a part of the Dragons now. High ranking. I think his name was-"
"-Kazuya Hikari?"
"What? No. Levi. I don't know his last name."
