HA! Got 'em!
.::And so they fell, she almost forgot to take a breath as they fell back. Actually he fell back as she fell forward. The breath was taken just before hitting the water, her eyes closed at first contact then opened after they were underwater. Momentarily she was on top of him until she smirked and kinda pushed off, meeting him at the surface of the water. Taking the needed breath she began to laugh as she kept herself afloat not to far or near in front of him::.
"Hahaha... You have to admit this is more fun than mediating."
.::She'd give another little splash towards his face afterwards::. |

"... Heh. I will admit it is."
Receiving another face full of water immediately after, Kazuya would slowly spew the water out from his mouth like a fountain, no visible reaction on his face, before suddenly sending a splash in retaliation at Eurydice with one hand, his trademark smirk back on his face. He'd then start swimming away from her, his muscular arms and legs easily powering him through the water.
With the steam continuing to thickly blanket the area, not to mention they were behind the waterfall, this was as private as private could get.

.::Once the splash hit her face she visibly showed a playfully shock with a gasp. She wiped her face a little and tried to splash back but would only get his back as she began to swim away::.
"Oh so now you run? Or, umm swim? Tsk it's not that easy!"
.::She'd swim after him immediately::.
See what he doesn't know is I love love water. I've always made sure to swim as much as a could. Water and I we've become buddies you see. So if he thinks he's muscles are going to get him away from me that easily, well buddy you've got another thing coming. This girl has her own set of muscles. I don't care for that steam you're making mister. Nope not covering you this time.
.::Tricky little Eury would possibly eventually catch up to him but before she reached him she would dip herself under the water. An eerie calm would probably surround him since the roar of the waterfall would be the only thing left to hear. There was no extra thrashing water for him to hear. If and when he stopped, she'd give a moment of silence before tugging hard on his legs to bring him down. When she did, if she did she wouldn't stay under long with him. She would try to reach the surface and move away trying not to laugh to lose her air::. |

Powering his way through the water, his arms sluicing through it like it was nothing, soon after, only the sound of the waterfall would reach his ears. He didn't like that. Swimming forward for a little bit, he would come to a stop, looking back, forth, and around, only to realize with dread, where Eurydice had gone.
And he was right.
Just as he was yanked underneath the water, he'd take a breath of air, his eyes shutting immediately, but as soon as he was underwater, he would open his eyes, watching her try to reach the surface. She wasn't getting off that easily. Moving through the water, a smirk on his face, he would slowly move closer and closer to her... But she would not be pulled under.
A couple minutes would pass by without a single sound except for the waterfall, until suddenly, Kazuya would break through the surface of the water right in front of Eurydice, his face mere inches from hers, as he would lunge at her, to tackle her back down into the water.

.::And then the Jaws theme started to play::.
.::She was starting to laugh under the water causing bubbles to hit the surface before she herself broke through, gasping for air. She was filled with so much laughter she couldn't contain it as she tried to hold herself up on the surface. She didn't even notice that Kazuya had yet to return up, she really for once paid no attention to her surroundings::.
Well damn look at me. How long has it been since I laughed like this? Since I've had this much fun? I mean it's just so simple but that's the fun part about it. It's simple. It's nothing spectacular or over the top. Hell I feel like a teenager again. And even some of those days were stolen, but god this feels so good. And the water feels amazing. And wait wher-
.::She was calming down her laughter enough to now realize he was still missing::.
No way I drowned him rig-
"GAH!"
.::He popped up right in front of her just barely inches from her face. Eury wasn't easily surprised but he did it. He caught her by surprised as she reeled her head back just in the nick of time, but was suddenly lunged at. Oh the poor las wasn't prepared at all for it. Barely took a breath from her scream as he dragged her down into the water. She struggled to get free, again trying not to laugh but she couldn't help it and a burst of air bubbles rushed up. If he'd let her go she swim quickly up to get some air, gasping heavily. If and or when he surfaced after she would push his head back down before he came all the way up. If he never let her go, he'd be finding her losing more oxygen::.
*Speaking through gasps* "Ho-how..you..li-like... it..huh?" |

As soon as Kazuya had gotten Eurydice underwater, he would let go of her, letting her swim back up to the surface. Following after her, he would break through the surface of the water, only to find himself dunked back down into the water. He would automatically engulf his entire body in flames out of sheer instinct, not only causing more steam to form, but also a soft orange glow would be visible beneath the water.
Once he was able to come back up for air, a smirk would slowly make its way onto his face even as he would tread water while gasping for air.
"... Hah. I guess... we're even. It's b-been... a long time.. since I had fun like this..."

.::Eury noted the interesting glow his fire gave off under the water. Good thing she pulled her hand back before she got burned. Yes again he created more steam but this time he was underwater near her form doing so::.
Whoa ok, he needs to stop doing that. Because it's getting a little warmer where it shouldn't be. Geezus I mean that would potentially be good if given a different scenario in which it was being prepared for. What the fuck am I thinking right now? Wow ok this heat is certainly going to my head right now. I
.::Her thoughts were caught short easily by the fact he was indeed smiling and enjoying himself::.
Oh would you look at that? Mission accomplished Eury. Even though I didn't quite accept that mission until recently, still job well done. No I was truly pleased by this. I understood completely where he was coming from. I felt the same way. Like it was a long long time coming. Like a new breath life.
.::Her breathing was becoming controlled as she bobbed there in the water near him with a smile of her own::.
"Heh, I know what you mean.. It feels refreshing..but umm, you gonna keep randomly bursting into flames on me? Or is it a reaction of some kind? Cause I'm not trying to get burn scars. Those are the worst!"
Yea I noticed. It wasn't hard to after some time.

"...? Oh... It is a reaction, or rather, a natural instinct. It only happens when I'm caught off guard."
The flames engulfing his body dying down, a thin layer of steam would hover above the water while the water itself would continue to stay warm even after, as the flames were at a high temperature that they did not go out upon making contact with water. Smiling wryly at Eurydice as he continued to tread water, inadvertently moving closer and closer to her, his breathing had returned to normal by now.
"Sorry about that. The last thing I want to do is burn you accidentally. That would be another tragedy."

.::Chuckling at the thought. Continuing to bob freely in the water, the weightlessness that the water gave her allowed her to be carried at its will. Obviously a little ways towards him. Her smile hadn't faded yet as said that tragedy comment again::.
And there he goes with the 'it would be a tragedy' comment again. It wasn't a bad thing, it was just the way he said it. I don't know how to describe it. Like there was some comfort but how could one find comfort in that comment. But yet for some reason like there was a seductiveness behind it. But what the hell? How the hell did that work? How the hell did I even get that from it? I'm usually pretty good with figuring things out, but I'm at a lost here. Like I'm just drowning in thoughts here.
.::Her composure was kept well, still smiling with a giggle::.
"There you go with the tragedy thing again.. So dramatic...But when you say it that way kinda makes a girl feel all fuzzy."

Continuing to smile wryly at Eurydice, even closer to her at this point, more than three quarters of an arm's length away, she would feel the water surrounding the both of them warm up from his body heat, making the cold pool of water feel like a hot spring.
Dangerous waters indeed.
Sending a small splash back at Eurydice, just sprinkling her, his hand would inadvertently brush lightly up against her arm before he would dive down into the water, disappearing from view.

.::She smiled with a slight roll of her eyes at his comment. And then there was that sudden warmth again. The water's starting to feel like a hot spring. Soothing and rejuvenating. But again the closer to her he was when he created the heat, meant the more she felt it. Meant the more he unknowingly was stimulating things he shouldn't!::. "Ye-oof".::The sprinkle of water no matter how little got her in the mouth just as she was about to speak. As she laughed wiping her lips she didn't quite notice the touch on her arm as he disappeared under the water::. Who knew a trip to the waterfalls would turn out to be this way? Here I thought I would just end up being alone to my thoughts. Actually thinking with all my frustration meditating was really going to help. Maybe in reality I was hoping for something like this. Hoping for some action, some fun. Speaking of fun..::Eury was going to follow suit, but her eyes caught a glimpse of a small cliff. Considering the way the cavern was with all the rock formations and the pockets of sunlight it was no surprise it was there. And like a little kid her eyes lit up with the thought of jumping off of it. If Kazuya caught her heat signature he would notice her quickly swimming away. Once she reached the rocky land which wasn't too far a swim, she would pull herself out of the water and then climb onto the cliff. It wasn't so high up. Once above she would look down at the water through the constantly flow of steam, shouting to Kazuya whether he surfaced or not::. "HEY! Check this out!".::With that Eury would back up a little bit, run and jump off just at the edge. The height was enough to perform at least tuck roll in the air, before straightening her body. Hands coming in front of her head to cut the water as she was splash on in. Coming back to the surface like Ariel. Well she needed to get her hair out of her face after all. She settled treading in the water moving over to him if he was still in the water. So much excitement written in her face and voice. Almost a little child like squeal::. "Kazuya! You have to try it! Seriously you have to! Come on! I'll show you!"Ok I know he's blind. And I gathered he can read my heat signature but I don't about going to the cliff himself. Would surprise the hell out of me if he could. Maybe he remembered the exact path I took? Maybe the wave of heat would help make it out for him from all this steam he created. I don't know. All I know is that was fun as hell and I wanna do it again! Eee!.::She would pull on his arm to follow then swim back to where it was and climb back up waiting for him::. "Come on!" |

Underneath the water, everything was calm, quiet, and if he could see, clear. But he couldn't except for heat signatures, including Eurydice's. Looking upwards and seeing the shape of her body heat quickly swimming away from him, he would slowly ascend his way up to the surface, breaking through the water a few seconds later and glancing around for her.
Hearing a shout come from behind him, he would swiftly whirl around and see her standing on top of a cliff, like the steam wasn't even there. Watching her perform her dive, it was almost mesmerizing, especially when she broke through the surface, as he would hold his arm in front of his face, blocking a few droplets of water sprinkled at him. Lowering his arm, a wry smile would appear on his face from hearing the excitement in her voice and on her face.
"Alright alright I- !?"
His arm pulled on, he would follow and swim after her, climbing up and heading to the top of the cliff face, a smile torn between amusement and exasperation on his face.
"Alright alright, I'm here."
Stepping up to the edge of the cliff, he would then back up a bit, and with a running start, would jump off right at the edge. In mid-air, he would perform a tuck roll of his own, before straightening his body, his arms coming out in front of him, and would slice through the water like a knife... well, a unrefined knife, making a splash. What did you expect, he wasn't an Olympic athlete, duh.
Breaking through the surface with a splash, he would smile wryly up at Eurydice while treading water, continuing to warm the water up with his body heat.
"... Okay, that WAS fun."

.::Eury chuckled as Kazuya went off the cliff and into the water. He should be happy he wasn't hesitant cause she was going to indeed push him off if he was::.
"I KNOW right! Well move out the way unless you want me to land on you!"
.::She joyfully shouted from on top the cliff. Moving back she took the running start and instead decided to swan dive into the water. Straightening just at the right moment, hands above her head again cutting the water this time with little splash. But she wouldn't resurface immediately. She easily could've been toying around with Kazuya like before when she pulled on his legs. Moments would pass and the waiting might've started to turn alarming long. If he dove under the water he wouldn't be able to pick up any heat signature. Maybe she surfaced somewhere else in all that steam, like on the rocky land around. But if he 'looked' still nothing.
Two minutes top would go by before suddenly an excited Eury would pop up just in front of him. As close as he was when he popped up in front of her the first time::.

Who wouldn't want Eurydice to land on top of them? *cough*Marcus*cough* Kicking his legs and pushing himself backwards, away from the cliff, Kazuya would watch her swan dive into the water, making a small splash, though she would not resurface immediately. At first Kazuya wasn't concerned, and would simply keep an eye out for her heat signature, but as moments turned to minutes, he soon began to grow worried. Even diving under the water, he could not see her heat signature, and would resurface. ...Until she popped up right in front of his face two minutes later.
"!?"
Jerking back slightly in surprise, his eyes wide with shock, his expression would slowly return to normal and he would glance to the side, given how close in proximity she was to him, appearing very much like a reluctant boyfriend right now. His player is laughing his ass off currently.
"... I thought you had drowned. I was worried about you... What did you find?"

.::She cocked her head to the side completely ignoring how close they were, hearing him speak of her almost drowning. Things he needed to learn about Ms. Eurydice, she is hard to kill. Death eludes her like no other. Some could consider her like a phoenix rises from the ashes constantly. Drowning was not going to be the way she was going to go::.
"What?! Pfft no! Oh stop it.. Come on I'll show you!"
Ya know I actually forgot that he was blind as I told him to come along. Maybe he wouldn't be able to see what I saw but maybe I could describe it perfectly that he can envision it. Yeah I can do that.
.::She touched his left wrist oppose to his hand and smile. Though there was something unknowing she did that lasted momentarily. An ability kicked in. An ability that allows her to either deaden the senses to say pain, or excite them for a more pleasurable sensation. Well it wasn't the first one::.
"Take a good breath and follow me."
.::She would breathe in and out, then inhale once more holding it as she went under. Her hand was still on his wrist to pull him down gently then she would let go and swim down and down some more until they reached a fairly large hole. She would put her hand on the top of the entrance so he could 'see' where to duck as she slithered inside like a mermaid and kept going forward for a short way. Once through she swam up and to the surface of what was a small cavern. There was a medium hole in the ceiling that a little light in. There was one platform to climb on to get out of the water if need be. But it was the sparkle of the area that grabbed her the way the blue hue of the water lit up in the cavern and the type of rock in the cavern sparkled like glitter. Once Kazuya surfaced, she'd look his way::.
"Se-"
He can't really see this right? Even if he created steam again or could he? I'll describe it
"It's a really beautiful cavern.. I noticed the hole when I dove and I just curious."
Yea ok I'm a really curious person sometimes. I like adventures. Was it smart considering what if it was something else? No. And that would've sucked. But I lucked out so there. I played to possible danger and won.
"Umm.. there's a medium sized hole in the ceiling where some light comes through and gives off an extra shine.. But it's really the way the blue hue of the water reflexes about the area. Bouncing against the sleek rocks that look like they have glittered sprinkled on them. There's a platform a little ways to your right.. But..aw man.."
.::She ended up leaning back to float in the water, letting herself drift::.
"It's so beautiful.. You don't find these so often and to have this in a world like this.. it's-it's refreshing..It looks like little stars with blue moon light striking it." |
