Papers, stacks of them and her mind was going to split. Planning a anti-Barker raid was harder on her nerves than she thought...her hands were shaking. No really, they were shaking. When was the last time she'd eaten? Or slept? She couldn't remember but for some reason she only felt at peace when her mind was going a million miles a minute. Anything to escape that horrifying dream.
Coffee..forgo the tea...she'd consume any vile American caffeinated beverage still in existence if it meant this being over and done with.
Bastille sat in Dragon Territory, once again pouring over every map of southern California she'd managed to muster. There had to be something here...the crows, the dragons..didn't matter, in her mind they were one people. She had to focus on finding and exploiting what resources she could. She was herself, she could do it....but that option was unavailable.
If she could take one damn fortress, one little god forsaken hide out of that hell bound disgusting piece of filth than she might feel like she was going somewhere, getting something done.
She couldn't stand to look into her two little girls eyes anymore and know the world around them would constantly be full of terror. She couldn't....
She had no right to tell them to get over it, they wouldn't understand anyway. So here she stood, trying to secretly plan a mission of her own...something to test herself, but something that would get the ball rolling again.
She needed a plan. And the blonde continued to stand inside that tiny cramped room full of books and maps....with an empty mug and a look of stressed disdain on her face. She was having trouble coming up with one...and it was so frustrating that she might just openly attack the next person who walked into the room.
