Olesya would turn to see the man she recognized from Leon's announcement the other day. What was his name, even? She certainly hadn't seen him around the barracks or really, much of anywhere. She'll settle with calling him Leon Jr.
She narrowed her eyes ever so slightly.
"Glad you could join us, Lightning Dragon."
There definitely wasn't a sneer to her voice.

David stared at Lucien, but said nothing, turning his eyes back to Mathew and waiting.

Rai too would finally make his way to the small group that had been forming. Walking in he would go and stand at the left side of Mathew nodding to everyone as he passed by them. Once at Mathews side he would bow his head.
"Master."
Then he would stand there silently and listen unless otherwise instructed.

Levi walked in, hands in pocket. His eyes scanned the area quickly, taking in all of the faces before his feet stopped at the table. He gave Matthew a small smile and bow of the head before his eyes began to assess the situation on the board.
barker eh? Interesting...
Levi's smile remained as he spoke, "Bold. Not surprising coming from you, but bold." He felt no need for more greeting than that, at least not at the moment; Assuming they survived whatever was to come, he would have plenty of time to catch up with the elder. Levi would continue to observe the table and formulate his own strategies to possibly be of assistance and, unless spoken to, would stand in quiet thought.

And then the much heard about Lightning Dragon showed his face to the meeting. Was it just Mathew or was this a super comfortable feeling in the air. He moved over to Lucien and gave him a Dragon Salute.
"How nice of you to join us Lightning Dragon."
He said with a way to chipper of a tone. Turning to give Rai a nod of his head and another one to Levi.
He moved a piece with for the Lightning Dragon onto the Left of Olesya's piece. The Lightning Dragon's piece had half of Leon's face, and half of a blank face.
"You will have the honor of showing your men first hand that you can lead them into glorious battle. And that you have the thirst of a Dragon."
He paused.
"Can you handle that?"
He turned to Levi.
"Oh it is bold. And he will know we are coming."
He starts to put out pieces between our forces and the base. To represent Generals.

The door would quickly open and close with Delilah slipping inside with a small, apologetic smile on her face. She wasn't decked out in her battle attire, yet, though she was professionally dressed in the uniform of the First.
War was always a formal, dirty affair.
She approached the table with a nod, taking her place beside Lucien...almost protectively. The looks some of the Dragons were casting him had not gone unnoticed, but she knew enough to keep silent. This was Lucien's uphill battle, not hers.
She also knew enough to be silent and let Mathew speak.

John came in behind Delilah, cowboy hat flicked upward with a roll of his finger. He leaned in to Delilahs ear-
"Whew, looota pretty ladies here, ain't there? Don't hold a candle to yeh though."
He'd lean away and wink, following her to wherever she stood and taking a gander at all the big names and muscles and fancy titles, unmoved.

Lucien steeled his eyes from the glares of the people gathered, and only when Mathew came forward with his salute did he move. Returning the salute perfectly, he spoke in an unshaken voice, "It's nice to meet you face to face, Earth Dragon."
The Lightning Dragon's piece was placed on the board, with half of Leon's face, and half a blank face representing himself. Though it might have been insulting to anyone else, to Lucien it was quite fitting. He was also the Ghost Wolf, after all. He nodded his assent, just in time to turn to see Delilah enter...
It was the first time he had seen the woman since he had been appointed. And it was nice to see her. As she made to stand beside him, he offered a nod as welcome and thanks, being quite grateful that she was here.
With her was a man he didn't recognize. He assumed it was one of her Tengu, but one never knew. Might be her new personal assistant or something.
... He hadn't visited the Nest in a while.

Kyrie was the most neutral of all the stares, and nodded to Lucien. Her blue eyes flicked away from Lucien after a moment, their curiosity still brimming. The others that arrived were looked over in turn, each with nods, keeping it short and respectful, but not like she was dismissing any one of them.
They were all needed and not to be underestimated, after all.
She remained quiet.

"We'll see how you feel about that when this is all done. Assuming you're still alive at that point."
And like that he was done, Delilah was here.
"So we aren't getting stood up for Prom Night. Good to know."
His hand moved to grab Delilah's piece, but he kept it in his hand.
"So Miss Crow. Do you trust me?"

Her eyes flicked around the table as she got settled in, gazing at every one in turn with a nod and a smile. Except John, he got an awkward smirk and a small blush. Mathew addressed her, and she moved her eyes towards him, slightly narrowed, still smiling.
She folded her arms across her chest, nodding once, the brim of her hat dipping low over her brow for a moment. "I trust myself and my judgement of your character. As well as the strength of the people in this room."
In other words, yes.

He grinned and put her piece to Olesya's right.
"I don't know who that guy is, but put him in your piece. You'll be taking the Right Flank. Our newest Dragon will take the Left. Olesya will make sure nothing breaks free of the Center. We are stirring the hornets nest ladies and gentlemen. And they are going to be pissed."
Understatement.
"Where is the Wolf?"
His piece was a werewolf. Because reasons.

"Sorry." A voice would echo around the Colosseum. If anyone bothered to look around, they would find the man in question Sitting upon a stone slab high above where the Audience would sit and judge those below. One leg crossed over the other knee, with his elbow resting on it and his chin on his fist as he smiled down with his wolfish grin.
From an early age the man had a love for good entrances.
Slowly he would rise and begin to walk down. "Took a wrong turn somewhere. You'd figure an old school thing like this place would be easy to find, huh?"
Eventually Marcus' shoes would hit the dirt and as he approached, he would greet everyone with a nod and a wave before taking his place at the table beside Lucien, a show of solidarity as the lad was now Flanked by his First and his Grim. And a new face. Crow obviously else the woman would have probably gutted him by now for that little show of familiarity, but If he got the lady in Blacks seal of Approval, then that was good enough for him.
Still, He found himself fighting the urge to smack the man in the back of the head. Sucking on his front teeth, The man looked Mathew over. He had been here before. Maybe not this close, but certainly in the same situation. "So we play this game again Mathew Earth Dragon whatever the heck thousand titles you have." Of course Marcus was referring to the 552 Civil war. The twinkle in his eyes were mischievous. "Plan on seeing it through to the end this time?" A Jest, perhaps one in ill taste, but the atmosphere was alittle too grim for the grim anyway.

Olesya nodded. Delilah would be her right, Leon Jr would be her left. She was to hold the middle. It was an honor, but that also put her on the front line. Her talk with Delilah came to mind, and something told her this was going to be a big assault, if not the biggest.
She made a mental note to tell Youichi to take Maddie into one of the safe houses until all was clear. If they failed, if she failed...she needed to ensure Maddie's safety from any backlash.
Her gaze flicked up at Marcus' entrance. She would have flicked him a smile if her mind wasn't running at a million miles an hour. This was business time.

Mathew took note of the Crows and how they seemed to merge around Lucien, the newest Dragon if Leon was to be believed. Though he imagined that this would not do him any favors of being welcomed into the fold. Not everyone was as friendly as Mathew when it came to new blood. Well, new blood that was spitting in the face of their traditions that have been maintained for nearly a decade.
But traditions could be broken for something better. If it didn't turn out to be better then there were ways to fix that. He just gave Marcus a wink at his snide little comment and slammed his piece next to Mathew's inside the building with Barker.
"Do you want me to see it through to the end Marcus?"
He was amused. If he had seen the last one to the end how many things would be different? Marcus probably wouldn't be standing where he was now. Ripples in a pond.
