Anja would feel her legs grow tired after a little while, and about that time, another dancer would come in. Anja gestured to the blonde hair blue eyed female who edged her way through the crowd to find a platform at which to dance at. At that point in time, the girl looking for a platform would come up to Anja. Anja began to get off and the blonde replaced Anja for the time being. Avoiding the dance floor, she inched her way along the wall to the bar. Luckily, a seat emptied at the point in time at which she arrived at the bar.
"A lot of hydrogen bonds with oxygen." Hopefully, the bartender would understand what she meant, "And no, not H2O2." The bartender did catch on after she said that and within a few minutes, a bottle of water was in her hands as she took off the white lid. Raising the bottle to her lips, she would spin around and again look at the mass of people. Nobody caught her attention, but watching the body move would give her inspiration, surely, in her own sick mind.
She glanced to her left, seeing the trio (or duo-- I'm too lazy to read back and find out exactly which), but didn't bother to recognize their appearance. It really did not matter to her who they were as of right now. Taking another sip of her water, she would remain in silence, lost in thoughts about the past as eyes drifted back to the mass of people. A nostalgia, perhaps, but something that she knew that she would maintain in the end. Nobody else was allowed to. Periodically taking a drink of her water, she would finish within fifteen minutes before pushing herself off the stool she sat on, maintaining perfect balance on her feet once she touched the ground. She tossed the bottle into a trashcan nearby, having a clear shot because nobody was no attempting to occupy the seats to the right of her. Feet carried her to a nearby bathroom, where she would splash water on her face and dry it off soon thereafter before returning to her post to allow the blonde a break.
Once back on the platform, her form once again was concealed. Normally, a dancer would wonder which DJ she was dancing to that night, but she didn't care. The blonde, however, looked up at her boss, Anja, and mouthed:
"Who is the DJ?"
Anja would shake her head, not knowing. The blonde, almost offended, would realize that Anja did not care about the boy who had gotten a gig here. However, without another mouthed word, the blonde walked off, greeting the crowd in a friendly manner-- something Anja wasn't too capable of when it came to niceties.

"That's cool, though."
Oh yeah...all that stuff is really soo exciting! Rude, sarcastic thoughts filtered through Max's brain as she downed another one of the tiny glasses. I guess the best people'll always turn out to be the worst in the end, but ... Levi? ... Chi?! She was still in disbelief that the two'd do such a thing to her, but then again, both of them could've just been hanging like they -- probably -- usually did and couldn't quite understand the obvious. Maybe. Max shrugged mentally, but she didn't care still and still, it hurt no matter how anyone put it.
She was getting warm, all the alcohol was effecting her almost, but she held on and kept strong. Dipping her pinky finger into the tall glass of clear beverage and running circles through it, she sighed, biting on her lip. The music runnin through her ears, a calming feeling surged through her body, but of course didn't stay for long, being sitting next to Chi still.
OoC: Oh man...drama all around, I hate my boring posties...

It seemed they didn't have too much in common, but that was alright. She was still pretty fun, and beautiful to boot. "Ya know, either the lights are messing with my eyes, or you're the best looking girl in here." The red head teased after feeling her leg brush his.
Again, the woman wrapped up with the scarf caught his attention. Why had she come to a club if she was so depressed? Or had something recently made her like that? He wasn't sure, but the fact remained he hated seeing people said, especially women. Just looking at her made him feel bad, like he was the one who had hurt her. You're just being crazy. Stop zoning out! He told himself before taking the second shot.

"I don't think it's the lights.."
She smirked, leaning forward the small space between them, lightly placing her left hand on his cheek she captured his lips with her own in a kiss. She, Chihiro, was kissing a stranger. A totally hot stranger at that.
Okay, maybe it was the warm all over feeling of the rum mixed with the heightened sense of intimacy brought about by the dark room and everyone being intoxicatingly close to one another...it didn't matter what made her make her the move, it was just that she did.

"Ya know, either the lights are messing with my eyes, or you're the best looking girl in here."
Must be the fricking lights... Max thought to herself, she felt emotions surging through her at full speed but was able to contain her feelings a little longer as her -- supposed -- friends flirted wrecklessly right in front of her. But ... they couldn't be that selfish ... could they? No, but, Levi was her friend. One of her only friends. Wha-? "I don't think it's the lights.."
Max snorted in thought, she had taken the shorter girl as tough and able to stand on her own, but never egotistical, but she figured she had guessed wrong. Taking the risk of looking over at the two, she saw them ... kissing! I... "Okay, that's fucking it!" Max shouted, moist started to come to her eye but what drove her to standing up and shouting at the couple was not sadness, it was anger. Depression. Agony. "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you two!!" She swung her arm out and knocked one of the small glasses she had emptied earlier off the counter, the scarf unravelling from her pale face, her green eyes glowing with ... anger.
OoC: Hurray! Max finally gets to kick ass! ^_^

Straight to the chase, I like that. Levi thought as he began sucking on her top lip, tracing the outside of it with his tongue. Her touch combined with the buzz he was feeling was the best. The blaring music and freaky lighting didn't hurt either. Yes, tonight had been a damn good so far. Than again, it wasn't over yet.
Of course it wasn't, how could one damn night pass without Levi getting screwed over somehow? This particular event came in the form of an angry...Max...yelling out and knocking a glass from the table. Needless to say, Levi was a bit surprised. So much so that he almost fell off his chair. Luckily he was able to grab the bar to steady himself. For a few seconds all he could do was stare at the green eyed girl. Once the shock had subsided, he began to wonder what her problem was. It's not like he was cheating on her or anything. Sure, he flirted with her a bit, but he did that with a lot of girls! She had pretty much turned down his advances anyway. And after that she disappeared for a few weeks. What had he done wrong?!
"Uhh...hello Max..." He said, unable to bring himself to yell at her, or even assume out loud what she was angry about.

Chi let out a slight laugh as he sucked on her top lip, pearly whites grazing his bottom lip in return. He was a pretty decent kisser, but the kiss was broken off as the girl next to her stood up, knocking a glass over and screaming.
"Holy fuck..!"
The obscenity escaped Chi as she jumped, turning to face the disturbance and falling into the hot red haired boy in the process. The scarf falling away from the girl, she recognized the face, contorted in anger.
"Max!?!"
She exclaimed, shocked beyond all belief. She glanced at the red haired boy as he greeted her as well, in almost a guilty sort of way. So he knew her? What's going on!? She thought confused, dark eyes flitting from Max to the boy and back again as she waited for an explanation.

OoC: omg, did you have to go in detail with the kiss? (:
"Uhh...hello Max..." "Holy fuck..! Max!?!"
"Yeah, holy fuck, alright!" Max blurted out, emotions racing atthe speed of light inside her until finally nothing but blankness floated through her head and across her face. She stared at the two, Chi fallen in Levi ... how romantic. "Oh wait, I'm sorry...did I interrupt you two? Because no really, I wouldn't mind at all if you went ahead and continued making out on the stools! Seriously!" In a sarcastic tone she said this, the leather pressing against her skin coldly and restricting her from some movements as she tried to stretch out a bit, the scarf that was moments ago placed amongst her face was now hanging off her shoulder as she stared at the two in disbelief. White teeth gritted behind two perfectly slender lips that had been formed into a frown, confusion and stress was an obvious on the young lady's face as she stood there, keeping still for a few moments.
"Go straight ahead and start stripping each other, because really, I couldn't be having more fun!" Now kiddies, remember on her first day at the school known as #259 around the block here in quiet California, Long Beach? Well then, you should also remember that glow Max had in her eyes that day ... when Aureus had accepted the cloth she had offered to him to wipe his blood, even though she herself was O blood so it was quite a risk when she took it back afterwards, but either way, the look in her eyes was such a thing of beauty it was pretty much hard to forget, ne? Well boys and girls, picture that but: the complete opposite. Max's stare was so cold and raw that she probably could've started a fire if someone threw alcohol in her iris or something, as she stared down the two people that she wouldn't expect to be caught red-handed by the person which they had fooled into making believe was their friend.
Her stare went from both of the two to just the red-head, and that's when she had calmed down a little bit and took everything slow as she spoke through hassled pauses, "And hey, Levi, I never thought you could be such a good actor ... heh, really ... I mean ... yeah, we're good pals and all and you wanna buy me popcorn and I'm so pretty, mmhmm? Really, right? Well if that's so, all in all, I wonder why you're the one I've caught sitting here sticking your fucking tongue down my friend's throat?!" Max shouted, a drizzle produced in her left tear duct, it found it's way down the pale girl's cheek and onto the ground with a bouncy landing as she shook her head in disbelief. "Oh wait a second ... my bad. My former friend's throat." She added, disgust lurked deeply in her voice.
OoC: Sorry, shabby post. Got to go to bed now, see you on monday(?) (:

Whoa, slow down... Chi's mind was in a million directions at once. Why was Max getting so upset? It had something to do with the red headed boy, who the girl had called 'Levi.' Wait, wasn't that the name that she mentioned back at the hospital...along with Aureus', along with something bad. She stared at Max for a moment before turning to the red haired boy.
"Levi?"
She echoed in a not understanding sort of way. Did this boy know Aureus? Chocolate hues were full of confusion as she looked between the two of them, frowning slightly as Max called her her former friend. Ouch. Though instead of somehow defending herself liek she somehow should have, she simply stared between the two of them, completely clueless.

Wow...this is a record for even you. Shut up! It's not my fault women are insane. I wonder how she'd react if she heard you say that. Quiet you! Levi yelled at his alternate personality while listening to Max literally tear him and the girl apart. She was pissed, that much came in loud and clear. This was the first time he had ever made a girl that angry, and to be honest, he was a bit scared. He still thought she was blowing the situation way out of proportion. How did she even know the short girl anyway? Regardless, the last thing she said stung more than anything. She was really hurt, and that made him feel like shit. She had even almost convinced him that he really was a jerk!
So now the schizo had to make a decision. He could either say nothing and continue to take the abuse that he only half deserved, he could defend himself and hurt her even more, or he could just leave and try to forget it all. Unfortunately, Levi was nice, and really couldn't bring himself to hurt the green eyed girl even more, but he had to do something. He couldn't just let this happen. If she felt bad, that was on her. He hadn't done anything wrong.
By the time he had thought this all out, the attention was back on him again. "Yes, that's my name," He said in reply to the shorter girl. And Max, I don't understand why you're so mad. First, I meant those things that I said. I do think you're beautiful, and I do enjoy talking with you. Second, I flirt with a lot of girls. I thought you knew that. Was it wrong for me to assume your rejection meant you were interested in me? It's hard to figure that kind of stuff out when you disappear for a few weeks without saying anything. If I hurt you, I'm sorry... He said being as diplomatic as possible. Everything he said was true. He wasn't lying to get out of this. It was probably safe to assume that his night, and his friendship with Max, were done. Christ...why can't things go right even once?!

Alright, so that was Levi. Levi was the boy Max mentioned, she was sure of it. And now it looked as if she and the boy had been involved if not completely exclusive. Well if that doesn't make you feel like an ass.. The sophomore looked from Levi to Max again, still shocked and still confused. Levi seemed to be making his own plea to the girl, though he did have a point when he said that it wasn't his fault that he mistook avoidance (?) as interest. Now she guessed it was her turn.
"Max, I had no idea...I would have never done anything had I known you liked him. I didn't even know his name, or that he was the guy you mentioned before.."
Well, if that didn't make her sound like a total sleeze bag. Oh well, they were at a club, that was what people did. It was an escape from all the trouble one usually faces on the day to day...but it seemed this time she had walked right into it. Damn. She bit her bottom lip, unable to come up with anything unincriminated to say to ease her fury.

OoC: I should've let the kissing go on longer, >.>
"And Max, I don't understand why you're so mad. First, I meant those things that I said. I do think you're beautiful, and I do enjoy talking with you. Second, I flirt with a lot of girls. "Max, I had no idea...I would have never done anything had I known you liked him. I didn't even know his name, or that he was the guy you mentioned before.."
Wha... Max took some of that energy out of her angry drive to lift one of her soft textured pale hands, wiping the bits of brown hair behind her right ear so the eye there was visable on her face. Wow, wow, wow. Was it wrong to think that these two sounded a little too much alike? Max was dumbfound, true, she might've liked Levi, yes. He was clever and smart, fun to be around, and very flattering but ... no. Was that the reason why they thought she was mad? How ignorant can people get? The dark-haired asain girl thought to herself,
"Wait a second...hold up, Levi," Yes, let us deal with the one Max was probably not too mad at, well, she was furious and obviously would be avoiding him for a couple of years after tonight, but she wasn't half as mad at him as she was with the girl, anyhow, ta-ta. "Why don't you go and ... and try to make friends after experiencing the worst thing a teenaged girl could go through at half past twelve?! -- why don't you? Yeah, it hurts, you know? And you're not exactly in the mood to just sit down and say a bunch of stuff after something like that happens!" And that was no lie. Max had been down that road, in that dark alley in the dimming time of midnight by that barrel of fire ... and she had gotten through, better then most girls, she'd say, but would you feel exactly willing to tell someone something ... hmm ... difficult like saying you've got a crush on them after such a thing? Or even talking just regularly?
And besides, Max didn't like-like Levi, he was her friend though. Or, he made her believe he was her friend. And now to the smaller asain girl, a very cold eye rest assured laid on the black-haired girl's face, the stare was just cold though. Emotionless and cold, as she hassled a word at the girl, "And now, you see, get four things straight here: I. Don't. Like. Him! -- or, wait, maybe there was a very small percentage of a chance that I may of a few minutes ago before I even thought about going out today but -- if you two really think this has to do with some crush or anything ... open your fricking eyes! Oh wow, you two were my best of best friends, and now I find you kissing in a night-club! ... hmm, wouldn't I hate you for a different reason? And stop trying to circulate this all around Levi ... because he's just this bad, but when it's Levi and Chi you've got this bad! ... I ... " Ramble alot? Max sighed.
She was done with the two, she couldn't even speak straight or proper English. She wanted to point out two things though: One, she hated them and never wanted to see, speak, or even think of ever again in her life. And two: Levi was not the reason why she had been so angry, no, you see, Levi was her well, best friend, and Chi was her well, other best friend, and uh, to catch your two best friends kissing in a night club was just a little ... realy irritating? And the fact that she might've liked Levi before ... Pfft. "You know what, whatever!" Max near-muttered, "I'm just...so done with you two." She explained, beginning to stir from the counter in motion to leave.
OoC: I'm sorry...rambled for a lot, and now it's back to class >.>

For some weird reason, it seemed what he said, and what the girl said had calmed Max down, if only a tad. He waited patiently for her to respond, and when she finally did he was even more confused than before. What the hell is she talking about? No clue, bro...I'm just as confused as you are. Women are insane... The schizo though after Max finished. He felt that whatever it was, it was bad, but the simple fact was she wasn't giving him enough to go on.
She may have seemed ticked before, but when Levi saw the dark haired girl turn to the short girl, he could just feel the ice cold hate coming from her. But that didn't match with what she was saying at all. If she didn't like him...what had the girl done wrong? Was she just pissed that her two friends were kissing? If so, why? What was the big fucking deal? He just couldn't understand it for the life of him. And than came the clincher.
Chi?! That loud mouthed, bossy girl from the hall, the one who let me get trounced in the showers?! No way! Ohy, isn't she with you? ...Chi? You were kissing Chi?! Fucking hell! Wait...no...stop. I don't have feelings for her. She's just a friend. Do what you want. Christ you're a bad liar. I said I don't care! The Pillar argued with himself, Aureus shutting his thoughts off completely from his red headed counterpart. This whole time it would look as if the Freshmen had completely spaced out, which he had. So by the time he had come back to his senses, Levi was too confused, annoyed, and just bleh to stop Max from leaving. It probably wouldn't even help if he tried. All he could do was sit there...

Chi didn't understand what Max was saying to Levi, none of it seemed to be registering in her mind, she was too shocked. Then Max rounded on her. The sophomore couldn't help but cower slightly at the hate eminating at her. Why was she so angry? She said she didn't like Levi, then what was the problem? She stood there, trying her best to understand what the girl was rambling angry about, but it was like her brain had completely shut off.
Something clicked, however, as Max turned to go. She was terminating their friendship. One of the real friendships she'd actually pursued and she had messed it up somehow. SHe just couldn't let her walk away. Chi cast a lance at the red haired boy, but he appeared too shocked, or spaced maybe (?), to go after her.
"I'll be right back.."
She said hastily to him, touching his upper arm in a 'stay here' kind of way before taking the few steps Max had managed before catching up with her. She took her a few more steps away out of earshot of the red haired boy before turning on her friend, chocolate eyes wide.
"Max...don't leave, not like this. I know you're mad, but I don't understand why. You've been acting so strange and I'm worried about you, Max. You said you didn't like him, but something tells me different. Do you like him?"
She asked, emphasising the last four words in a 'don't lie to me' sort of way. Sure, Max may be pissed, and think that she can just walk away, but the truth of the matter was that Max was one of the best friends she had, and she assumed it was the same. You can't walk away from that.

"Do you like him?"
Max turned to listen to Chihiro, but was only able to stare at her for so long, now it was just like an uncontrolable hate she had against the asain girl. Furthermore, against Levi. She sighed, leaning her head forward and letting the dark hair amongst her head drape down onto her body covered by a thick sheet of leather as she took a breath,
"Okay...did I not make sense back there?"
No. She thought to herself, noting that she hadn't really, all she did was get a bunch of words and sum them together with tiny invisable stiches, unseen by the naked eye. She was confused with Chi, probably just as much as the girl was confused with herself, she didn't want to lose the girl as her friend but she just couldn't bare to even look at her anymore.
"It doesn't matter now, right? Because you've just come and like ultra-mega-hottie turned him on. The drinking. The kissing. -- okay, let's say I was talking in some freaky weird language over there, let me translate: Me, supposed to be you two's friend. Me, liked Levi?. Me, comes in and finds you lip-locking with Levi! Me, hates you and Levi! And last but not least, I have to go home now!"
She exclaimed, much, much less furious now and she was able to flash a glance at the girl before her, maybe that wasn't good enough an explanation though ... "You know, actually, I probably didn't like him ... yeah, Chi, I don't know ... " She began, "Whether I did or didn't -- before now -- I don't really know. You see ... it's not really easy sorting out your feelings after you're raped!" And ended just as quickly, turning to leave again, she didn't want to be sympathized with or just plain ol' talked to, sensing there was no meanin for either of the two.
