The leather and metal in these have been inscribed with a runic design, and while not magical, they do aide in the wearer's ability to manipulate their attuned element.

Effect:

Charisma is considered 15% higher when using elemental Qi.

Item Description:

These stylish gloves are made from black, treated leather with a runic design etched into the leather itself. Across the back of each glove, between two layers of leather, a solid metal plate covers the back of the hand, serving as a guard. The palm of each glove is open as these were designed with parkours usage in mind.

Please note that I have not been using the +15% CHA bonus since we got rid of item percentages. However, I would like to replace that and prefer to keep the bonus CHA-based.
