So wherever little old Leon might be, he is sitting there just enjoying the day, nice outside, little cool maybe but otherwise nice... Then something seem to blot out the sun. But did Leon bother to look? Nope. Then there would be an awful bad stench in the air like just plain BAD, but did Leon even bother to open an eye? Nope! And because he had no care in the world about anything, he got splatted. By some god-awful large piece of shit. Like, God just flushed down the mother of all shits... right on top of Leon. He was now completely covered in shit, it will probably be a year or two before he doesn't smell like it. Is Leon still enjoying his day?

Leon would investigate himself, as he had been meditating on the beach, stand up and clean himself off with his hands, gathering as much of the shit in one place as he could.
"I think Rai would like this as a present."
And so, after bagging it up he'd go wash off int he ocean. After clean off he'd go back to his bag and take it to Rai's bleeding mansion. Set the top of this fucking huge back of god shit on fire with a lighter then scream.
"Rai, your house is on fire!"
After which he would run away, heading back to the beach. To do what he actually was aiming to do for the day.
He'd meditate on the new feeling of Qi flow within his body. See if he could bring it to the surface once more.

Too bad Rai wasn't home, most likely ended up being Malakai... poor bastard.
Anyways, Leon would feel a tingly sensation. Oooohhh, sensations!

Leon liked tingly sensations, only not when it was inside him. He'd have to explore the feelings though so he can figure out what this was exactly. Maybe he could explore it with a feeling of command.

That was strange... Maybe it was combative. Like before, maybe his electricity really was returning to him. He'd raise his hand and concentrate like he did with his old Qi and see if that worked.

Leon would get frustrated a bit and use the hand to strike the ground. Maybe it was similer to Mathews in it might be a transference Qi.

Leon would hop up and run over to someone gripping the shoulders and shaking the individual.
"HOLY FU- wait, why are you glowing?"
Leon would inspect the person closer seeing some sort of colored mist, and an orb of some kind in their chest signifying something... He decided to move locations and spend the day wearing his shades to hide the discoloration and pass off the symbols as tattoos so he could study his visuals.

Needless to say the little 7 year old girl that Leon ran up to pissed herself and immediately started crying. Before Leon was off and away everybody would be running in every direction in panic. After he left and traveled about testing his eye stuff people seemed to real stand off-ish and not really wanting to be around him...
