Bastille would have headed straight to the Dragon stronghold. Even with the battle done there should still be some remnants here of where Lucien lived, what he did, or anything about the guy. Sad to say, but her captors had not made this one easy...she had literally just met the guy before leaving,....and maybe have drank with him once. That didn't constitute knowing the guy well enough to murder him. She would have broken in, passing the guards easily as the voice of the Earth dragon- albeit with odd looks.
She would be rustling through the office papers, desperate to find something.

Bastille would find a file named DeChain, Lucien. In it, there was a full profile of him, including the location of his residences, the Lightning Tower and the Hermosa Lighthouse. Hermosa was labeled as 'active'.
Under the psychological profile would be a large number of question marks.

Bastille would grumble and shake her head. Placing a letter inside an envelope, writing as the voice of the Earth Dragon- she quickly summoned someone from the building and sent it off with the young female officer who ran to find Lucien and deliver the letter. Written on it was a simple summon, nothing urgent looking, but something that would flow easily under the radar of concern- but just enough hopefully to bring him there.
'Hey,
We need to talk. At soonest convenience please?
-V.E.D.'
She rolled her eyes- but she was out of time. Something told her that the older personalities were fighting back, they were holding onto information, forcing her to slip up. It was like a crazy episode of doctor who...

Lucien received the letter, and opened it hastily to read it. He stared. Though he had never known those as initials, he knew what they stood for. Voice of the Earth Dragon. Bastille Amtrum. "It's a trap." Lucien breathed. Sunny, Wedge and Brig were sitting at a table nearby. The trio turned to Lucien, their faces confused and concerning. "So what's the plan?" Wedge asked. He knew the drill already, more than anyone else did. Besides having known Luc for years, it was simple protocol that things came on a need to know basis. Lucien's eyes scanned the page, looking for some kind of indication that Bastille was in her right mind. That this wasn't what he thought it was. But, there was none. Just words. Bad grammar, too. "I walk into the trap." He replied succinctly. This time, it was Sunny who reacted. "You're not going alone."[*] Lucien would be standing, in the park a little ways away from Lightning Tower, waiting. The agreed time was almost upon him, but as always he was early. Unstealthed, about as armed as usual, with his weighted clothing intact. It would be like he didn't know what was going on, and just came to see Bastille. Bastille is sent back a letter: 'Hello,
Yes, of course, I'll make arrangements to meet as soon as possible.
Hope nothing bad has come of the E.D.
L.D.'

Bastille approached the meeting place totally unarmed it seemed. She didn't know Lucien, and what she did know her older personality was keeping under tight wraps and away from the front of any ones mind. Bastille had to play this in a clever fashion. She had received the letter back and at the appointment time would show, also slightly early. She would look up, her blank expression looking a bit bored.
"Oh." She said quietly. Then shrugging she walked up to him and shoved her hands into her pockets- none of her nerves from delilah resurfacing early, or her run in with eury or aryn showing anywhere on her face. If she played this right, David would be next. Even if she was in a slight hurry, she couldn't give any of that away.
"Lucien something or other- the Lighting Dragon. Sorry, but I'm sure you already know I'm not a big fan of idolizing imaginary creatures..." She closed her eyes.
"Nothing is wrong, I'm here to talk....as much as I hate to admit it. I need your help" She said looking up, her eyes narrowing a bit with her suddenly serious tone.
"Would you mind....us taking this somewhere...private? I dont care were just...I dont like being outside" She said nonchalantly, although she hinted at an unease as if they had tested something on her that effected her in terms of the outdoors- they hadn't really and to be honest she was just acting, but she might was well push forward some damage...it would be odd to just come back from torture like it was nothing after all.

But here she was, clear as day. Bastille Amtrum. She was back, suddenly and inexplicably. Lucien didn't trust her, but he was at least willing to hear her out. Though, that being said, private didn't sound like a good idea.
He eyed her, weighing his options. He had to think fast. "Sure. I know a place."
"...After you." He raised his arm in the intended direction, signaling her to take the lead.
He would take her to a small alcove behind Lightning Tower, into a building with concrete walls and a wooden roof. There was no electric lighting, but windows along all walls allowed for ample light to get in.
"Will this suffice?" He asked, his tone a little more flat than usual. He wasn't even trying to hide the fact that he was suspicious of her.

"Perfect" She said, her voice just as bored sounding.
"I'm sure you know they kidnapped me right..." She started quickly, looking around in a curious manner- obviously keep her eyes off of him. It was if she was speaking something she really didn't want to say out loud, or even ask for help with. Also, it sounded like she was trying to beat around the bush.
Frankly the real Bastille wouldn't have even sent him a letter. Assassination was all about perfect tact and knowing the pray well enough. Even the real Bastille knew, and cared less to know more about the new Lighting Dragon. Still, her mind was programmed to take out the threat..though who Lucien was a threat to didn't seem to matter. Apparently it was on a need to know basis and Bastille hadn't been cool enough to need to know. She was unarmed except for her usual sword by her side which she quickly set down.
And that's another thing he mind had conveniently concealed from the new personality. The memory in which she had decided to NEVER let go of the sword. Sure the memories about the training was there, but not the initial driving memory. Bastille had been quick and clever enough to conceal the tiniest yet more pivotal moments. Just short clips that would go unnoticed- so the new personality had no problem setting down the sword to the side as she began to rummage through boxes and old things, studiously acting aloof to this whole scenario.

"Yes, I know. Which makes me wonder why you're back." Lucien replied, noticing the sword being parted from Bastille's person. He didn't know the significance, he just hadn't noticed the sword before.

[totally cool]
Bastille shrugged.
"Beats me, thats why I'm here. I need you to kill me" She said standing up straight and looking him in the eye.

With that, Lucien froze.
He stared at her for a long time, trying to gauge her face. He eventually concluded that there was no joking in what she said.
"...Why?" He asked. He had gone through the scenario in his head, thinking about how he would react if in her position. She apparently didn't know why she was free, which meant there was a lapse in memory. He had heard about Barker's previous human experiments, and knew what kind of things they produced... Was Bastille afraid of hurting the ones she loved?
More than that, Lucien wondered why she came to him. They barely knew each other, only affiliated because of their ties with the Dragons. Why not go to her husband, or her friends? Because they'd try to save her. She's counting on the fact that I won't say no.

Bastille just stood and stared at him, unblinking.
"I failed in my mission as a knight, and now I am a liability. It is best to eliminate me early. You are the only dragon I do not know well enough to fight against....similarly you dont know me enough to save me just because you care. I was prepared for death the moment I entered battle...to me, it never ended." She said calmly, stepping further away from her sword.

Lucien frowned. It was as he suspected, but he didn't entirely understand why she had such a strong tie to the 'knight' analogy.
But she was stepping forward, now. And Lucien was so conflicted. Here was a woman, asking him to end her life. It didn't make any sense to him at all.
"Why not just kill yourself? Better yet, think about the possibility that you don't need to die. Life can go on. You can still fight, right?"

Bastille walked right up to him and looked him straight in the eye.
"I've tried killing myself, and frankly, there is both a mechanism keeping me from doing so as much as there are my own morals in the way. At this point, for letting them get inside my head- there is no right or honor I can mantain in killing myself- it is no longer mine to have. That being said, to live? I suppose- but I'd rather not take chances"
She said, and she raised a hand to point at her own heart.
"You got Leons powers right? Just send a bolt straight through here" She was standing resolute, but there was something screaming behind her eyes. No- yelling and cursing...with thousands of British colloquialisms and profanities. She was not the one in danger of dying. It was obvious on her face.

Too close. Way too close.
Lucien looked her in the eye, their eyes about level. He frowned. "You don't know me, so I'll excuse you for this. I am not a person who will just kill someone. It's true I have killed people, but I will not kill you just because you ask me to."
Especially considering who her husband was.

She stood still.
"Then what will you do?" she wasn't going to press the point, that much was obvious.
