www.youtube.com/watch?v=LW2_vTN-QJQToday... It was a day of irregularity. Leon had to be alone for this. He had been feeling it all morning. If there was one thing Leon valued in the world, it was the life of people close to him. He had sacrificed so much of himself... So much of his own life for them. Murdering countless people. For what reason? Bringing pain to others that he feared so much. What did he get for those sacrifices? Everyone he did it for died, or is presumed dead in Leon;s life. First, Akira Kaito... Then Jimothy Clavish... Athalia Falkland... Saito Kurokotsu... Celeste... Hyune... His family, his older brother, mother, cousins, nephews, nieces... His first love. Leon finally broke down again. So much pain to burden, no one can just sit and forget it all. The price of life... The price paid was not worth what he gained. Leon was dropped by the blow, it wasn't physical, but it pained him non-the-less. Tears... Tears that he hadn't shed in many years. He kept his eyes open however. Grinding his teeth together, trying desperately to control these feelings. But why? Why did he have to fail? His one goal... Leon's elbows would buckle and he'd be on his knee's and elbows on the ground, clenching his fists in the grass and dirt. Tears dripping off his chin and cheeks wetting a bit of the grass. Letting his hips fall he'd reach his hands up to the sides of his head, dropping the dirt mostly as he gripped his hair now. Leaning back onto his legs his teeth would separate. Leaving his mouth slightly open. Taking in a few more breaths hoping to reign it all in until he finally let out a cry. A legitimate pained, saddened, desperate, depressed cry. Several minutes later. Leon would be standing in a local pub. Somewhere in california. His arms, parts of his lower chest, legs and feet, all covered in blood. Droplets scattered on his face. His face stern, focused looking out at the mangled bodies. His right eye gold, the whites having turned black, the tribal symbols forming about the eye. Yet, tears where still falling. The entire inside of the building was trashed, the bar was on fire, tables broken, glass shattered. This wasn't even a fight, it was a massacre. Leon would stumble out into the rain and the thunder clouds, standing in the rain for only a few moments, letting the drizzle hide the tears. He'd wander off to find a tree, where he could sit. Once to the tree he'd pull his legs to his chest, lean his head back into the tree, and sob. "Jimothy... Why... Why can't I protect? Am I only this? Am I meant to just destroy?" He'd wait in the silence of his sobs for an answer, to see, or hear Jimothy tell him... Support him like he needed. No answer came. His sadness and depression evolving into a sad rage. Standing quickly and spinning around to punch the tree. "WHY?!" The tree would topple as Leon lowered his head. The rain landing on him once more. "Why did I have to pay this price? This torment?"

[OOC: Seemed a perfect introduction for this NPC.] .::In days where silence filled the air in such a manner it always felt like some kind of omen. Bad or good was hard to decipher. It was ever rare that the world fell so hushed. Everything at some kind of pause where only what was needed to be heard would be audible to anyone that was truly listening. The young woman was someone who was listening very intentively to her soundings considering the eerie nature of the day. Calmly she roamed almost in search of something. Like she wanted something to appear from the almost soundless world and pull her towards it. Curiousity was a strong affiliation with the dark haired woman. As sure as she hoped was as sure as it would come in the sound of sobbing::. ~Hm?~.::The crying seemed so painful and clear enough that proved she wasn't so far from the individual. With an umbrella clenched in her right hand the woman would turn her body towards the direction it came from and ever so quietly make her way towards it. She creeped over to find a man gripping tightly at his hair sobbing into the ground. She watched from a safe and unseen position as he seemingly tried to control himself letting out such a hurtful howl. A howl that was undoubtedly felt straight into her chest. Approaching now wasn't a risk she was willing to take but that didn't stop how intrigued she was. She was pretty good at reading people and from his looks she immediately didn't peg him for such a man to allow this out in such a manner. But that didn't surprise her as most men tend to keep such deep turmoil hidden within until it just explodes and no one wants to be around for that. The rage is never a pretty thing. Though it felt like a gravitational pull that drew her to follow him to the bar, it in truth was the curiosity. The intrigue that caused her feet to move forward::. ~Those men didn't stand a chance. A wounded animal is the most dangerous.~.::Luck favors the prepared as the rain had began to pour down on the earth she popped open her umbrella and moved out of sight as he exited. Again she followed him till he sat against a tree, she herself slipping behind another sure the umbrella could've potentially been seen but she knew he wasn't paying any attention to such things. He was far too lost in his inner turmoil it was too obvious to not notice. Her head tilted hearing his words then perked straight up at the massive strike to the tree. It toppled over like it was nothing::. ~Even more impressive.~.::She started to feel more drawn to him and found herself moving towards his positioning. Cautious and carefully approaching in hopes to not alarm him. His wrath she did not wish to feel after the display she saw. She was intelligent enough to know she wouldn't stand a chance. That was her quick analyst of him to her. Nearing she would raise the umbrella a bit to cover him considering he had about four inches on her. The woman stood behind him with the flash of lightning occasionally illuminating her form. It wouldn't be surprised if for a moment he saw a certain individual whom was still in a deep slumber but at another glance he would realize how false it would be for that person to be there. But she did have similar features oddly enough. Not to mention the gray eyes instead of the warm hazel greens. Her voice broke the empty air with a sincere tone::. "Seems like you have a painful story to tell..It sucks when you have many questions and no one to give the answers for huh.".::Oddly enough there was something a little familiar about this. The approach to a injured Leon yet this time he wasn't physically injured. The reference of a story he could tell. A woman being sincere to his plight. De ja vu? For now the nameless woman would stand with her weight mainly on her right leg, gracing him with a warm smile. How things proceeded would depend on the wounded soul before her::.

Leon would see the umbrella overhead, turning around to see the woman. His face turning stoic in some manners. The situation was rather familiar, it brought back memories of a time when things were simple. At least not as rough as now.
"My story is not well known. Nor is it likely worth spinning the web."
Leon kept looking from the Woman's face to her stature. Then to her eyes. He couldn't help but place her features.

.::The stoic nature of his face wasn't surprising to see. He had shed so much emotion earlier with his cries, then the rage he let out on those people in the bar and finally the downing of an innocent tree. Funny that if it wasn't a being of flesh and blood that felt the rage of an individual mother nature was the next option. If you couldn't make a man bleed then make mother nature cry with you for someone needs to feel that pain buried inside. His nature didn't wipe the warm smile from her face as she watched him scan her over. She would tilt her head a little to the right catching the light of a quick lightning strike through the sky upon her face once again. Gray eyes remained cautiously on him yet still pleasant, as pleasant as the sound of her voice was::.
"You may feel that way, but everyone's story is worth telling to someone who is willing to listen. To allow them to release the burden upon their soul. Not to judge, just listen."
.::The nameless woman would pause briefly as she let her eyes run over his form before returning to his orbs. There was no malicious intent coming from her just a mere cautious aura. She knew better than to antagonize a wounded beast. Any small slip up could turn the tides to a disastrous situation no matter how prepared she tended to be she knew well he would easily overpower her::.
"Forgive me for having followed you around, I couldn't help but hear your cry. The feeling was too strong to ignore as it seems it's gotten to a breaking point with as well. The storm brewing inside turned outward in that bar and now on that tree. Something I learned about choosing the path of a protector, it's the hardest path one could walk. With that being said I'm not asking you to tell me."
.::She felt herself saying too much at the current time and decided to place herself in a momentary silence to give him the room to react in whatever manner he chose. She planned on elaborating on those words after the fact. Her wisdom, her choice of wording might again be a resemblance to something a certain someone might've said to ease the situation. Would a reminder be more harmful than helpful in the current situation? It was hard to say, though it wasn't as though she knew she was doing it. For now she was attempting to create a calming atmosphere amidst the storm within himself and the physical one beating upon the umbrella::.

Leon would raise brow, first instinct going the spiritual route.
"An empath?"
Leon didn't have any more rage to push out. He was exhausted mentally.

.::The woman perked a brow at his simple questioning. Her an empath? Maybe she did come off that way considering her words. But did one really have to be an empath to truly understand another's current feeling? To feel the anger or sadness that dripped off them like beads of sweat? She couldn't help but to start a small chuckle thinking about it with the curious expression he made::.
"Heh no sweetheart I'm not that special. I'm just good at getting a read or so I like to think. What you exhibited was too strong to ignore by any standards. I just understand that path you seemingly are trying to walk. How one desperately wants to protect all those around them especially the ones they care for the most. Like a family member, a lover or child. But it just isn't so easy."
.::Casually she switched hands that held the umbrella now holding it in her left, flexing her right and placing it loosely at her side::.
"Hope I'm not alarming you."
.::Looking him over she smiled gently once more::.
"Such a long road you've walked. You look tired."

Leon's hand would twitch. It wanted her throat. No he'd not kill this on.
"I care little for everyone around me. Those I need are all that matter. Everyone else can burn."
Leon would retort, though she was right. He was tired.

.::The woman merely stared at the blonde. She didn't come to cause problems with him. She came with the utmost calmness. The intent to give him someone that could maybe help him answer his inquires. She noticed the twitch of his hand because she was the kind of woman that looked at everything on a person, not to mention she had just so happened to glance down for a moment. But would he really kill someone that resembled a certain someone? If so what did that mean if that person was really before him. Would he really take that life? Her grays glanced back up to his face remaining still and calm as she found him slowly providing himself with insight. So it was slowly working::.
"Indeed. So with all this rage output have you found who you need?"
.::There were ways in which she meant those words. It depend on how he took it. But she didn't give him the opportunity to answer just yet if at all as she continued::.
"Look how about we get you somewhere warm? Dry clothes and something to eat? My treat considering I'm not too far from here."
.::Odd indeed for her offer but it was because she didn't care. There was nothing malicious he would find on her soul if he could look::.

He could, he cared not to activate his Seikatsugan, not yet. Though what she spoke made him raise a brow. Her next offer however...
"Sure."
He'd hold a hand out for her to lead. He'd follow. He wasn't sure of this woman just yet. She brought up too many questions in Leon's book. Especially after declaring the land he ruled a kingdom, and himself a king. No doubt that pissed off some people, and that assassination attempts are possible.

.::With a simple nod she would turn and begin walking in the direction of her place. She kept a steady even pace so he could still remain under the umbrella unless he choose to walk in the rain some more. She wouldn't stop him if he had. She remained silent for most of the walks duration as they approached the apartment complex she was staying at. At the door of the complex she paused and looked back towards the sky watching the lightning dance. The storm seemed like it wasn't letting up just yet. Hopefully her motion wasn't alarming to him because last thing she wanted was to alarm him any further. She wasn't showing it but there was a slight nervousness within her. One false move. One false statement could set a guy like him off. She had to tread the waters carefully::.
"I've always found lightning fascinating."
.::Her fair face turned towards him with another warm smile. Finally closing the umbrella as they were dry under the little arch that came out over the doorway. She turned back around, shaking out the umbrella as she opened the door into the complex. Once inside she'd head for the stairs with him in tow::.
"I'm just on the fourth floor, I hope you don't mind taking the stairs. Sorry I'm not fond of elevators."
.::Actually she wasn't fond of confine spaces in general. While she walked up the steps she'd glance again over her shoulder and finally introduced herself::.
"I'm Kara by the way. Kara Armitage. Excuse my manners for not introducing myself sooner."

Leon would walk in the rain. The feeling was peaceful, clearing and he hadn't enjoyed the feeling of water for quite some time. When she spoke of Lightning he would look up, a half grin would flash on his face. He once was the ruler of said element. And he was its servant.
Leon would let out a low chuckle at the mention of fourth floor. The thought of his superstitious cousin who believed four was an unlucky number would leave right now. Simply because the word for four shares the same word as death in japanese.
"Leon Sudeki."
Was his reply, he couldn't help, but feel like he had heard that surname before. Everything it would seem, was just out of his current grasp.
"We would of got to names eventually."

.::Kara would pause on a step to briefly turn half way as she heard the low chuckle from him. A smile continued to grace her face as she made a verbal note of it::.
"Oh so he laughs! That's a good sign."
.::It was a start. She was hoping he would slowly start to lighten up though Kara knew it would take some time. Based on what she saw it wasn't likely it would happen so soon. Yet maybe everything could steadily be subsided. She keep walking as he said his name. A glance over her shoulder produced a face in thought::.
"Leon Sudeki. Hmm it has a nice ring to it. Nice to meet you."
.::Clearly it seemed she didn't know who he really was. Which probably would seem rare and odd considering how popular he was. Kara could be playing dumb to someone who might be a bit paranoid in a situation. Finally to the fourth floor, she opened the doors and turned right walking all the way down the hall to her door. As she placed the key into the door she opened it half way turning her back a little towards it stepping backwards a little into and seemingly going behind the door::.
"I assure you there's no random person waiting to pounce on - AH!"
.::She screamed as it 'appeared' she was yanked to the right behind the door. But in truth she actually trip over a small step stool she had happened to foolishly left behind. Which he would obviously hear the thud, and he would find Kara on the ground rubbing the side of her bum. She'd glance up his way with a childlike grin and embarrassed laugh.::.
"Hehehe oops... So umm yea I should've put the lights on first. Yeeaa hehe like I was saying no one here but me."
.::She just wanted to make him a bit comfortable. She felt a sort of edginess from him before so her goal was to assure him she really didn't mean him any harm. Just a friendly gesture. Now the apartment was simple for the times. A couch with two matching chairs. Kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom but it was still fairly spacious. Most notable in the room would probably be the upright piano against the left wall of the living room. If he'd flick the switch near the door the apartment would illuminate a bit dimly unless the lightning on the switch was adjusted to be brighter::.

Leon'd raise a brow at the understanding she didn't know his name considering the near by land was his kingdom. Leon would have to make a show of power for his people soon. Maybe parade the troops or something.
Watching her enter and the words she spoke began to play on his PTSD. Then she fell in, Leon activating his eye technique mid leap arms raised slightly at his sides in claw form his teeth bare eyes focused. His right eye now black, gold and surrounded by black tattoo like markings.
He would be able to see any life f orms in the room, but at her words he relaxed.
"Ah."

.::From her still grounded position Kara looked up at him in a blinking manner. The flash of the lightning that entered the room for the moment gave her a glimpse of her eyes::. ~Weren't they blue?~.::Kara cocked her head to the side a little almost examining him for a brief moment. She noticed how jumpy he was. How quickly his hands raised into claws ready to tear into someone. The way he bore his teeth ready to sink them into someone. Indeed Kara had her work cut out for her keeping him on a less jumpy side. Steadily with extreme caution she rose to her feet with a slight groan after all she didn't really brace for the fall so it was a little sore. Since he had jumped inside she moved to close the door behind him, but glanced his way to see if it was alright to lock it. If he approved she would if he gave her any other type of look she would release the handle and let it be. Either way her next motion was to turn on the dim lights to give the room a little illumination at least::. "It's ok to relax a bit. I know it's not easy in a strangers home but try, cause you look like you need it. The bathroom is that way on your left. There's a small closet just before it where you can find some clothes and a towel to dry yourself. The clothes were my ex's, but he's never gonna need them where he is. I think they'll fit you.".::If he took her offer Kara would let out a long breath to ease her nerves. She ran a hand threw her hair and went to her little kitchen area and placed a pot of hot water to boil. Some hot coco would be nice. While that started up she walked over to her piano and sat before it. Every time she felt a little nervous she always played a tune, this time was no different as her fingers touched the keys and began to play a certain song. It wasn't something that was well known at all but even with that he might know the tune. It would've been played in his house a bit often by a certain brunette. That brunette also often played when she was nervous or in the need of clearing her mind. But of all the tunes Kara could play in the world it would be this particular one. Her fingers danced across the keys methodically as she waited for him to reappear from the bathroom::.

He'd nod, however he didn't drop the Seikatsugan and would go to the bathroom, use it before changing into some jeans and a dark blue tank top. He would look in the mirror at his plethora of scars. Taking a quick stroll down memory lane, before leaving the bathroom once more.
"Thanks for the clothes."
The now barefoot man would say.
