Just gonna put all my purchases here.

I went simple with the materials since they're basically just souped-up contacts, but if I need to add something lemme know and I'll add it.

Immaculate Eyes:
Materials: Glass (1)
Description: A set of contact lenses that offer the user an additional sense of clarity; a prototype bought from Hikari Industries. When worn, the eyes seem to be completely white.
Stats: +5 Wis
Power: These contacts enable the user to focus on a specific object or person and see only him, her, or it. If there is an obstacle in the way, he can maintain a visual lock on them for a short period (2 posts)before he loses said lock.

I.E. Takehiro sees Leon Sudeki on a foggy road. The Immaculate Eyes target Leon Sudeki and isolate him, so that the fog is no longer an issue. He turns a corner, and he can see Leon through the walls. He does not follow, and after long, the sight breaks. Were he to follow instead, contact would be maintained.

None of the items you have listed really bend into "healing". The closest I could gauge would be the Leather, but it's technically enhancement. Perhaps if you could incorporate the Medallion (Mystic), somehow, the power would better fit.
