Mathew is sitting with his back against a tree with his eyes shut, feeling the ground under him and focusing on introspective calm. He needed better control of himself if he was going to keep progressing.

Suddenly a tree would start to fall towards him!

Hearing the snapping and cracking of the tree as it began to fall Mathew's stone hand moved to the ground under him. Hitting it quickly but calmly to force the ground around him to rise up around him in a protective dome. His eyes staying closed the whole time.

It would work Mathew would be safe and nothing else unusual happened. He was free to deal with the rest of the day as he saw fit.
