Jyo listend to his favorite song (Theme song link) As he jogged through the steets of L.A. on a nice Saterday morning. Normally he wore a tank-top and a pair of shorts when Jogging. but the weather had been getting colder so he had thrown on a pair of sweats instead of the shorts and a pair of comfortable sneakers instead of his normal suit shoes or combat boots.
It had been a pleasent morning though Jyo had alot on his mind now that he knew Mr. Asiv was giving out brimstne to the students. He wasn't sure how he was going to handle this situation as he didn't have the status to rally the students like he did at #499 when he was captain. But still he had to do something to help the students here. He always felt like he should help others in such situations. Probably from his past experiances.
He rounded a corner and saw some kids playing in the street. Not really dangerous in this part of the city as it was a suburban area and cars went by slower when they came by which gave kids time to get out of the way. One reason Jyo liked jogging out here. He didn't often run into trouble.
Besides some troubles at the school which hopefully won't inflate I think I like it here. Much more calm and so forth. Not nearly as much trouble. Of course Kazahana isn't running the damn city. that can make a huge difference. he thought as he jogged past the kids who stopped at stared at the tall Senior who could tower over them if standing close. But Jyo gave a smile and a wink showing he was a rather friendly guy and not out for any trouble.
Like I'de ever hurt a bunch of kids He thought as he rounded a corner.

Hmm.. such a peaceful day... It feels like one of those days like nothing could go wrong...like everything is just.. right..[/color]
And why shouldn't things be right for this young beauty? After all she was happy again, truly happy something that she thought she would really truly feel until he step into her life back in New York. Unfortunitly he exited it for awhile and now he came back and everything was good again. Ever since his return into her life, that Eury that had once disappeared and became a wilting flower.. began to blossom once again under his light. So young and engage, but she didn't care- he meant everything to her. Though one wouldn't know she was engaged since she hadn't received a ring yet, but she was asked and excepted a ring didn't mean much - it's just an object, a symbol but it wasn't their love.
A new Eury was rolling down the sidewalks of the suburban area of the city. No..seriously.. she was rolling down the sidewalks cause she just was happened to have Inline rollerblades on her feet- black ones with red wheels. Truly it had gotten a tad bit cooler but not that much it was still Cali you know. She wore a blue jean jacket which only had three buttons buttoned, matching her blue jeans with a white short sleeve shirt and black leather knuckle gloves. A black Jansport bag clinged to her back, the contents fairly simply - her white Nike sneakers. Her brown hair was tied back into a pony tail, while her crystal blue orbs hide slightly behind blue square frame shades. Skating down the sidewalks her mind wasn't paying attention and as she came around a corner - someone was coming at the same time and then BAM! A collision just waiting to happen. She stumbled back not being able to keep balance on her skates and fell on her behind.
"Oww.."
She said as she rubbed her behind slightly. Not looking up at who she had run into.

Jyo felt something or someone crash into him. he had quick enough reflexes to keep his balance. Not only that his arm shot out grabbing the girl's upper arm in a firm yet somehow gental grip. He was lucky to have spared her the fall.
"Hey sorry about that." He said letting go and scratching his head.
"I've had the worst luck with this sort of thing lately." He said with a small chuckle.
"My fault I wasn't watching where I was going. Happens when I get distracted. I'm Jyo a new transfere at the school. I take it you go to #259 as well." He said.

Good thing he had quick reflexs and good balance - she did too but with rollerblades on balance isn't something easily kept when you run into someone. As she was stumbling on her skates, she felt him grab her - holding her so she could gather her balance. It would've been a hard fall but a funny one at that. She had grabbed onto him as well till she regained her balance. She took a deep breath as her balance was stable and they both let go of each other.
Crystal blue orbs looked up to him as he began to speak, towards the end introducing himself as Jyo. Eury took another deep breath and started laughing a bit. She had found it funny that he and ran into her and she 'rolled' into him. Now normally she would've snapped back in some form or another - but she was in a really good mood today. She shook her head and responded back.
"Heh.. no no.. It's alright.. I wasn't paying attention myself.. Could've been worse... Thanks for the save though..."
She smiled and streched her hand out to him, and spoke playfully.
"..Nice running into Jyo...Names Eurydice and yes I do go to 259.. I'm actually I'm transfer myself..."

Jyo gave a soft smile and took her hand shaking it briefly then slid both of his hands into th pockets of his sweats.
"Will nice to meet you Eurydice. Always a pleasure to meet a fellow student from the school." He said. Then an interested look showed on his face.
"Eurydice. Thats an interesting name. A nice one but interesting. Where does that originate?" He asked. most people he met had names that were not exactly common. But most of the time he had done enough studying to understand the origins. This one was completely lost on him.

Eury nodded as he greeted her with a 'nice to meet you too'. Then she noticed her facial expression had changed into a look of interest. Eury blinked twice before he had spoke wondering to herself what was with his look. Then his next words answered the question bouncing around in her mind. A soft smile appeared on her face as she snickered a bit, her laugh a bit muffled since her lips were closed.
"Thank you... My name is Greek... Ya know your name is rather interesting too, something I haven't heard before...."

Jyo nodded at the explaination.
"Ahh that makes sense. I'm not familair with much of anying Greek. Something I plan on studying this year." He said and gave his own small chuckle when she returned the question.
"It's Japanese. My mother wanted to name me John. But my father said while it was a nice name he felt it a bit common. So I was named Jyo. Which is John in a different laungage. It's a compramise." he said.
