It's 1:30PM in the afternoon, and Takehiro finds himself walking past a library. What is he doing?

- Today was a day of relaxation for the squad, and Takehiro spent his day doing just that. As he passed the library, he decided it'd be nice to take a moment and read, once in a while, so he headed inside.

Upon walking into the building, Takehiro would find himself in the main central area of the library, with these statues gracing the entrance to the foyer, on either side of the wooden doors. Directly in front him, seated behind a desk, he could see a young woman reading a book before looking up at the sounds of footsteps and stared briefly at the giant, before regaining her composure and giving him a warm smile. "Welcome to the Midgard Central Library, how may I help you Amakusa sir?"

- The Behemoth stopped a moment to address the statues before continuing. They were pretty imposing.
- Takehiro cocked a brow at the lady at the desk. He never gave her a name. Though, this was Midgard territory... He dismissed it, offering a warm smile in return. "Good afternoon, Miss," he spoke with a wave, moving up to the desk. "Do you happen to have anything on mythology?"

"Second floor, Bookcases Number 70 to 100. Is there a specific kind of mythology you are looking for information on?"To avoid straining her neck, the young woman would push her rolling chair back a bit from the desk, so although she still ended up looking up at Takehiro, she wouldn't have to crane her neck just to look at his face. Meanwhile, at a nearby bookshelf on the first floor, a young man was reading a book, and would briefly glance over at the desk at the sounds of footsteps then back at his book, only to do a double-take immediately after. Staring at the giant, he would quickly regain his composure and it would go unnoticed, but he would keep an eye on the giant at the desk.

- "No, thank you very much. That will be all, Miss." He bowed his head and made his way toward the stairs. As he turned, he noticed a young man not far off, and it seemed to be nothing special.
- He continued to the second floor and made his way to the bookshelves and began running his fingers over the spines of the books, searching for the Japanese section, should it exist.

Takehiro would find the Japanese section in Bookcase Number 88 after a bit of searching, and the collection of books was nothing to sneeze at. From books on the Goddess Amaterasu to the Seven Gods of Fortune, it wasn't called the Central Library for nothing.
The young man watching the giant head to the second floor, he would continue to remain in front of the bookcase, reading his book, like he was waiting for something, but what exactly, remained to be seen.

- If he could find a selection on Susasno-o, his reading would begin there. Otherwise, he would start by reading up on Amaterasu. Pulling the book from the case, he would head to the nearest seat and begin freshening up on the false gods of times past.

Takehiro would find plenty of information on Susano-o,the Storm God. But just as he sits down and begins reading, he would get through the first paragraph on Susano-o when he hears the sound of the wooden doors opening, followed by a voice speaking up loudly and clearly. "You were right brother, he IS here."If Takehiro looked over the floor railing, he would see a young woman standing side by side with the young man he saw previously, who would look up at the giant and grin. "Takehiro Amakusa. Didn't expect to find you in a library of all places, especially this one. A Squad Leader reading up on literature, now that's a new one. Too bad it'll be the last thing you'll ever see!"Suddenly, without warning, the young man would point his palm at Takehiro and fire a barrage of shards of ice at him from his hand, while the young woman would watch, but otherwise take no action against him, for now.

- At the noise, Takehiro let out a long, drawn-out sigh, closing the book and setting it to the side. Turning to face the source of the noise, he was simply confused at the fact they seem to know him, and yet he could not recognize their faces for the life of him. He calmly set the book down, coming up to his full height as they spoke to him. LOUDLY, mind you, for being in a library.
- He stepped to the side as the barrage of ice came his way, avoiding a few, and lifting the bench and throwing it in the way of the rest. Without hesitation, he propelled himself off of the railing and toward his first attacker, cocking his fist back and aiming to slam it into his skull and smash him to pieces.
- "If you will make threats like these, knowing your opponent, then you must be prepared to bleed."

With a sneer a thick wall of ice would form in front of the young man, allowing him to dart backwards and avoid the punch, as Takehiro's massive fist would shatter the wall of ice into chunks of ice. As for the young woman and supposed sister, she would dart backwards as well, merely as a precaution, and would point her hand at Takehiro, firing a blast of lava from her hand at him.
"Prepared to bleed? The only one that will bleed is you, Takehiro Amakusa, and by the hands of us, the Kurosaki twins."
With a rather unnerving laugh, the young woman would fire a barrage of lava blasts at him, while the young man would control the chunks of ice on the ground and attempt to anchor Takehiro's legs to the floor in a thick layer of ice, preventing him from moving and making it easier for his sister to attack.

- The name was unfamiliar to him, so he paid it no mind. He dashed to the side to avoid both the lava and the ice on the floor, and summoned his lightning whip from his wrist. Without a moment's notice, he cracked it at the boy's wrist, since he seemed to be the bigger threat at the moment with his ice powers.
- For the moment, he felt like they weren't too much of a threat, though he only wondered how much they were capable of.

The giant managing to evade both the lava and ice, the young woman would telekinetically take control of the blasts of lava, preventing it from hitting any of the bookshelves nearby and burning them into piles of ashes, while the young man would erect another wall of ice in front of him, protecting his wrist and effectively himself as well from the lightning whip.
Casually shoving his hands into his pockets as the wall of ice would crack apart from the whip, Takehiro would see the young man smirk at him through the spaces between the falling chunks of ice before the ice would rush towards him and completely surround him, forming a complete suit of armor of ice, complete with an ice sword. With a swing of his sword, he would send a barrage of ice shards flying at Takehiro, while the young woman would gather the blasts of lava to her and form a protective ring of lava surrounding her, while watching on.

- The giant pulled the whip back just in time to swat a few of the shards of ice to the side. Several, however, made contact, cutting his cheek and side as he dashed forward and to the side, looking to tackle the ice man. At the same time, he would be aiming his fist to the boy's stomach with - hopefully - enough force to shatter the armor and wound the man underneath. Lava girl seemed to be on the defensive more than anything else, so he'd wait to strike her.
- Whoever these two were, it was clear they weren't inexperienced. And to have wounded him so quickly in their encounter, a small cut or otherwise... Perhaps he may have been in trouble.

With an arrogant smirk, wasting no time, as Takehiro's fist came hurtling for his stomach, the young man would concentrate, and without warning, thick, razor sharp spikes of ice would form from his armor and shoot straight out at the giant, the young man concentrating to ensure the spikes held their shapes and did not shatter upon possible impact.
Simultaneously, the young woman would point one hand up and fire a blast of water upwards, and controlling the lava, would make the lava scatter into large droplets of lava, making it rain down solely on Takehiro, to not only make him bleed from the ice spikes, but also burn him in multiple areas of his body. It was clear Takehiro's lightning whip would not be enough against the two, who worked seamlessly in tandem with one another, despite having opposing powers.
