I currently have two items that give % buffs instead of static buffs: Earth Dragon Gloves (+25% Strength) Light Plated Pants (+5% Con) Let me know what the breakdown should be.  |

The gloves now give a static +25 Str.
Light Plated will also change to a static +5 Con.

I'd like to recommend the gloves being taken down a few more notches in reference to this modification (or my own). I'd recommend +10 (+15, max?) STR instead of +25 so all item transferences from % to straight stats remain cohesive with one another (which would likely grant a refund higher than my own). Final say is up to Leon, of course, as he's handling it.
I'm okay with the LP remaining as-is.

I'll take it down to a +12 Str.
It can still keep its intended creation as a god item.
