She takes a deep, steadying breath, trying to keep her hands and grip steady.
She takes the tubing and carefully maneuvers it into position. She might have appreciated extra help on this, but the space was just too small and she didn't want to chance letting go of the vein she had clamped.
'...steady...'

She gets the tubing into position and gets it into place with good clamps. All she has to do is close the wound and cover it with clean bandaging until the right stuff can be used.
This man's life is saved.
Congrats you got a Tier up!

Breathing a sigh of relief, Arianna carefully ensures everything is secure before beginning to careful task of closing the wound and dressing it.
"Thank you for your help. I need one O-negative bag of blood and a sixteen-gauge needle and tubing to replace the blood he lost during transport. I'll start him on an IV right away..."
She would inspect the stomach wound and arm while she spoke, moreso just checking things over to make sure he was out of immediate danger provided he got proper after care.
"...we need to see if we can get our hands on some arterial patches, the ones that gradually disintegrate once it heals up. He only has the equivalent to field care right now, so he won't be moving around too much."
