She's up to her normal mischief in the 'hospital', of course! Bein' all doctor-surgeon-y and makin' people better and such!
She sighs and wipes the back of her arm against her forehead. It wasn't hot...but she could still work up a sweat working.

Emergency patient comes in on a stretcher from the front line scouts. He's the only one that made it back and he is bleeding profusely from the left arm, left leg, and has a sizable gash along his left side.

And the work never stopped!
Tired she may have been, Arianna immediately moves to assess the damage and whether there were arteries hit on the arm and leg and just how deep the side gash was.
"I need a tourniquet around this man's left arm and leg, stat. Any others free to help I'll need your assistance!"

Arianna gets only two helping hands moving to do what she said. She can see profuse bleeding from the leg, but the arm doesn't seem very bloody. The side however is very open, and deep enough that if he didn't have such good muscle tone some innards might start spilling out.

Ohhh she didn't like the look of that. She stops the one putting the tourniquet on the arm and directs them instead, to add it to the leg's.
"Have either of you sewn up a patient before?"
She ushers them to a clear room that they could work on him in and immediately opens her surgical pack on the counter...there's a small amount of alcohol she keeps there, and douses her hands with it. She immediately threads a couple wicked looking needles. If they could...she would direct them to carefully stitch up his side while she could focus on the leg unless things changed.

One of them speaks up.
"I have."
Its another tiny female and she goes to work stitching after sanitizing. The other finishes the tourniquet on the leg and does what they can with the arm and helping of the sewing till ordered differently.
The guy is getting a little pale. clammy to the touch.

Arianna sets herself to work on the leg, knowing that in particular was a race against time.
She glances quickly at the ones that brought him in.
"What happened? Was he hit with anything else?"
She quickly refocuses and wipes away the blood so she can better see the damage and what she was working with; and whether she could seal the artery at all if it was indeed that.

"He dove to the side when a large energy beam. It shattered in mid air and sliced up everything in its path."
Arianna after cleaning the area can see the spurt of blood from the artery. Its reachable, but she would need to dig in.

Ouch.
Arianna, nowever, hardly winces. She selects her scalpel - it was stupid to dig as long as she cut, carefully - and makes a few slices to widen the area she had to work with, careful to not cut directly towards the artery or she'd have a real mess on her hands.

She looks to see how much damage there is to the artery...and quickly, mentally, runs through her list of supplies.
Did she really have what she needed to repair this?
Did the Dragons themselves have the arterial patch she would need? She'd been around for some time, working for, with, and alongside them! She should have a fairly good idea...

She has things that will work as substitutes and temporary patch jobs. But tubes will have to be cut from breathing masks to attach one end of the artery to the other until supplies can be found or acquired.
It will have to be fully treated later, but saving his life was more important at the moment.

A fact she knew all-too well, even though she was still fairly "new" as a surgeon.
"I need you to cut a section of sterile tubing and bring it to me. As quick as you can."
In the mean time, she gently uses her fingers to pinch up one of the main veins leading into the artery itself to buy herself a little while longer.

The free one runs off to do so as quickly as possible. Arianna grasps the artery shut, but she can tell its tugging as it pumps and might slip out of her hand. If it does the Artery will shoot back into the leg and retract to almost irretrievable. The internal bleeding alone would be serious.
She is able to hold onto the artery until the helper returns with the tubing.
