[OCC: This is a result from this thread.]
.::The mind was a cruel place to be trapped in. The tricks it plays in its unforgiving, endless depths. Truths could be so easily twisted into lies. And lies swirled into believable truths. Corruption filling the brain like it was much needed oxygen. It felt like an inescapable prison with heavily reinforced walls to keep you in. Walls that sometimes turned to glass to torment you with glimpses of the world outside your mind. Making you painfully watch and reach out with such longing and desperation for the world you once belonged to. The abyss was deep for many. Deeper than ever could be imagined for some. Light and dark existed in everyone though in some one out shined the other. Sooner or later everyone was going to take that journey whether they were prepared for it or not. It matters little.
This was the odyssey that Eurydice had been enduring for the past few months. Before the battle with Barker Eury met up with Leon and was soon taken into a Barker facility where truths were revealed to her. Everything had still been such a blur. Nothing came one hundred percent concrete at the time. There was so many thoughts. So many emotions. It was a whirlwind secrets. She hadn't been able to truly place her feelings into one subject. To pull the context out and decipher it. The brunette wouldn't get that chance as she shared a possibly long overdue moment with Leon. The following morning all bets were off as she fell prey to what felt an attack on her mentality. The pain surged through her core dropping the woman within a few seconds. On the outside it looked like she was fighting until she let out a scream and sent a psy pulse through her home. Her body had fallen completely limp as her mind drifted away.
Alone. She was alone to fight her way back to the world. She had slipped deep down through the depths of her mind. The darkness swallowing her in its twisted embrace. In the obscurity she laid motionless surrounded by nothing. Silence. Deafening silence. No wind. Naught. Emptiness. For a few moments there she laid until she popped up with a gasp. Her chest bounced up and down from quickened breaths as her eyes blinked rapidly. Quickly she scanned the area to find nothing in the blackness. Scrambling to her feet she tried to regain her composure wondering what happened::.
~What is this? Where am I?~
"Leon?!"
.::There was no response other than her own echo::.
~This - this is crazy. Where am I? Where is- ~
"Welcome Eurydice."
.::An unfamiliar voice finally cut through the silence. Eury looked around as the voice surround like it was all around her. She couldn't deny her nervousness but she kept her composure as much as possible::.
"Who are you?"
"You know me but it seems you still don't remember me. That's fine."
"Soon enough she will no?"
.::The second sounded extremely familiar to her. It caused her to freeze in place until her brows frowned and his name rolled off her with a hiss::.
"Caleb."
"Little sis."
"What the fuck is this?"
"Your torment."
