A Breath for Defeat [Damien?]

He frowned.

"Kiyr...I wouldn't recommend going there. They have Wreckless, a Qi halting system. And...they will likely take you. None of the other titans could help there either. Once inside, it would be impossible to get out with Qi. If he were there...I would say we are forced to leave him until we can mount an assault."

He was just being honest, but watched her anyway to see what she would do.

[Kyrie Blaze]

"And your current priority is the assault on Kronos, correct..?"

It might not have pleased her, but it made sense. She sighed and worried her bottom lip.

"Do you know anything about how the as Wreckless system is powered..?"

Tricksy Hobbits at work...but regardless of if it was now or later, it would be good to know. And right now it didn't seem like it would even be possible, so Hyperion would see that she was rather resigned. There was no way she would give herself to them.

[David B.]

Hyperion shook his head.

"Sorry Kyrie. Ain't got a clue. Kronos is my first priority, and once he's down it will be to consolidate my people. After that, I will see what I can do to help you."

He seemed pretty set on that, and Kiyr would know it was unlikely she was to sway him from his current goals.

[Kyrie Blaze]

The blonde's expression was solemn, but she nodded.

"I understand, however unfortunate it is. And my priority is helping you to overthrow Kronos." She gave a waning smile. "I may go to try and seek out Gaia, but I will be there when you strike. We have four hundred soldiers August can retrieve if you would like. David had mentioned letting you claim control over them, and as far as I can tell that still stands."

[David B.]

Hyperion nodded.

"Take someone along, remember. Better to travel in pairs. And as for the troops...they would be welcome."

He wasn't going to argue. The more men he had storming the gates, the better.

[Kyrie Blaze]

"Of course~ Thank you once again, Hyperion." The smile came back, easy and warm. "I have a few things to do before I take my leave, but I will let August know."

Unless there was anything else, she would head out of the fiery forge to tell August and pay a brief visit to Scene.

[David B.]

August would be out telling a joke amongst the Titans, who were laughing quite uproarously! He would turn to Kiyr and smile, offering a soft salute that didn't require a snap to attention, just a touch of his fist to his heart.

"Marshal. What can I do for you?"

[Kyrie Blaze]

Blue eyes softened a little; it was good to see that they were getting along. She returned the gesture after August and nodded.

"I will likely be departing, soon, and chances are David will be accompanying me as we have an errand to run. I need you to head back to Ceres and gather four hundred of the Core to supplement Hyperion's troops. Hyperion himself will be commanding you, and I need you to make sure the Skyforce and Core know. David and I will be there, tomorrow, when we march on Kronos, if we do not return, tonight."

[David B.]

With the orders issued, he did turn and snap an official salute.

"It will be done, Marshal. Sorry boys, guess we'll chat later."

And August would head off!

[Kyrie Blaze]

With a nod, she would watch August go before turning to give a nod to the Titans with a small smile.

"See you all on the battlefield, as well."

Not incredibly likely, but, they would all be there.

She would turn and head down the passages to Scene's cell! She used that time to relay to Ceres that August would be returning and needing transport for four hundred Core.

Ceres would acknowledge and begin preparations!

Scene was still in his cell, laying on the cot, writing nothing in the air. He would whistle as she walked in, the tune being "sunshine, smiling at me, nothing but sunshine, do i see. Blue days, all of them gone, sunshine, all day long".

He turned his green hues down on her.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kyrie would return the look with a slow stare of her own before tilting her head.

"How is the pain, Scene..?"

Obviously somewhat manageable if he was still conscious.

[Scene]

He grinned.

"Delightful. How's yours?"

Namely in regards to her sister and all the things that were flooding her body at this moment in time.

[Kyrie Blaze]

She blinked, slowly.

"Manageable. Do you happen to know anything about Atlas and his whereabouts, or the ARC Facility in Aurora, Ontario?"

Might as well get directly to the point as she was fairly certain he knew what else was going on, anyway.

[Damien Blaze]

Damien took her down into the pits, where they would locate some hot springs that were generally reserved for Titans. He walked passed the guards like he owned the place and would smile at Arianna.

"You care for a bath? Get that skin clean of ash and...death."
